Not the type of place for everyone or anyone - but it's the BEST type of place for ME!…read more This place was a blast, but it wouldn't have amounted to anything .... without the talented local bands breathing life into the building. Worth mentioning and surprisingly pleasing, was the free parking right across the street. Casual place, for me anyways. What may scare the average person was amusing to me. I liked the aesthetic of the place, there is notable paintwork on the walls of the interior that's very skilled and original. Logo stickers from all sorts of bands that have played at Buzzbin were patched all over the walls and various surfaces, creating a one of a kind territorial 'quilt' - displaying local history and personal pride. The place homes quite an impressive collection of pinball machines and other arcade games, to pass the time between band setup switches. Necessities like the restroom was fairly maintained and properly stocked. There are a few surprisingly comfy couches, a fairly roomy bar, and plenty of space inside the building to sit down, stand, or thrash about! I found pleasure in the bar. The bartender was patient and very helpful in finding a unique tasty drink I would love. I loved her recommendation for the "Gummy-bear". A raspberry vodka with a delicious sour bite and mixture of other candy like flavors, with the addition of bubbly Sprite. It was so enjoyable, you could actually easily ignore the taste of liqueur or forget about its presence all together. I was basking in a nice buzz after only a few drinks, to the steady cascade of free - quality musical entertainment - some preformed by my very own friends.... and appreciating the polite company of awesome like-minded and fascinating folk. Boy, for the hard ass looking people that come here to mosh up front during an intense show, they sure can be sweet.... To clarify, people are having a blast, bashing into each other with reckless abandon and dancing, play fighting with prop weapons and letting off steam... but when anyone got shoved too hard and fell on the floor, multiple people were always quick to help you back onto your feet. I won't lie, when I fell on my ass the first time by a good shove, I was concerned about being trampled on. But that never happened to anyone. No hard feelings, nothing held back, just good rough fun during the (Exostra) show I attended. People playfully knocking each other around, roaring, head banging - just generally ..... releasing. You know? I couldn't ask for a better n' fun way to recharge on a Saturday night, before another mundane work week ahead. I wouldn't hesitate to delight in another night of fun in the city, at the Buzzbin.

However the second time, our lane would not work at all, tables were sticky, floors were gross, they stopped our 3rd game with 2 frames left and when we called service to see what happened they insisted we did not pay and made us pay again. (It was $19 per person including show rental for each of us, and then $7 for every game past that) Beyond this, the staff was very rude when we reported any issue with the lane (not resetting, game shutting off, not registering pins hit, putting down the wrong number of pins, etc.)...yes these were all issues we had between all 3 games...repeatedly...they got snappy and refused to answer us on the speaker...only stormed to the back of the lanes whole giving us dirty looks. I had high hopes as it was a Saturday night, so they had the black lights, music and all on. I've never tried their food or drinks, but I never see people try either of them and the food is VERY overpriced, plain hotdogs were sitting at $6 the first time I was there, so I assume drinks must be much worse. Overall I'm very disappointed with my experience, and my friends were as well. I had high hopes for what presented itself as an awesome night.

Definitely make some time for the live presentations they do every hour. We saw the evolution of helmets, defect or not defunct teams, and odd objects from football. These penetrations were only 20- minutes, but we learned a lot! Logistics: 1. Canton is 1-hr drive south of Cleveland. Allocate at least 2.5-3 hrs to do the museum and the presentations. We could have easily stayed another hour, but we ran out of time. There's also a football village around the hall of fame with restaurants and a Ferris wheel to explore, so you could easily downs a half day here. 2. Buy the combo ticket if you plan on doing both the rock and roll and nfl pro football hall of fame. It's $65 and will save you $10+ vs buying tickets individually. Highlights 1. Hall of fame busts were really breathtaking. I can't wait to come back in 20-years to see recent players in more familiar with 2. Exhibit in the latest Super Bowl winners (Philly Eagles) 3. Goose bumps for life indeed! My dream came true as I got to visit and spend some great time in this epic institution and meet my heroes in person. The beautiful displays, the uniforms and helmets from 1925; the ability to design and make my own Super Bowl ring, the write ups about players and teams I did not know much about( 32 teams), the inspiring videos with that music, Steve Sabol's voice. On to comparing my scrawny bony arse 209 lb physique to those of these Greek Godesque superheroes. Then there is the fun and spunky staff that is a walking and talking encyclopedia of sports info. They love football and it is so fitting to have them be our hosts and guides. There is so much more. You need a good 7 hours to truly enjoy and take in all this magical place offers. Parking is $25 per car( cash only) and $200 for an RV. This is a must experience for every NFL fan stateside and also for our new fans in Europe and South America. Love the NFL!

We had a mix of boys and girls ranging in age from 5 to 11, and it was amazing to see how every single one of them equally loved it! We were there in the winter and it felt like we practically had the place to ourselves. The variety of things to do kept everyone entertained--we went snow tubing, played a ton of games in the arcade, bumped cars (that even my 5 year old was tall enough to drive alone and she was absolutely thrilled!), rode the rides, and even had a blast dancing. The 'paintball' (the little gel beads) was such a hit with the kids, and we ended the day perfectly by roasting marshmallows by the fire. I was shocked at how inexpensive it was for our family of 4 to have 3 hours of uninterrupted nonstop fun! What really stood out was the atmosphere. You can tell that whoever runs this place truly cares about it. It's so well-maintained, and honestly, the bathrooms were incredibly clean!!!! This was a huge deal for us because we drove an hour and a half to get there--we needed a clean spot to change everyone into snow pants when we arrived and back into regular clothes before the long drive home. It made the whole trip so much smoother! Every single staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to the lady working the concession stand--she gave each kid a different patterned cup so we could keep track of whose was whose! Little details like that really went a long way with me. You can tell the staff takes real pride in the guest experience. We had the best time ever and are already planning our next trip. We will definitely be back this winter, and we can't wait to come back in the summer! Highly recommend for families!

If you aren't going to ride, it is free. My boys ages 9 and 16, my nephew age 13, and my niece age 6 always have a blast. From 5-6, they do the water slides since they close at 6. From 6-8, they do everything else in the park. There is a mini roller coaster, bumper cars, go karts, the infamous tilt a whirl, mini golf, a batting cage, an arcade and so forth. For the price of $16, you can't beat it! We have local places back home and they cost more than $16 just to ride the go karts twice. Last summer, I wrote a review about the grounds not being handicap friendly because it was all gravel. Well to my surprise, they paved the grounds so now handicap individuals can also attend with family and friends. You don't have to wait in long lines like you would at a local city fest/carnival, state fair, or themed amusement park. No outside food or drink is allowed. There is a small concession stand that sells water, pop, pretzels, nachos, pizza, etc. The 2 vending machines located by the go karts are still out of order. Instead of buying a 65 cent can of pop from the machine you must pay $3.00 for a bottle at the concession stand. On my last visit in June, I mentioned the machines being out of order but they still are inoperable. I guess I will call the vendor myself because $3.00 for a bottle of water is ridiculous. The manager Christine is very friendly. She found my iPhone magnetic charger that I left at the entrance when purchasing wristbands. They have lockers for 50 cent where you can place your personal belongings. Overall, the kids had fun and it didn't break my pockets so that's all that matters. I don't know what people expect for such a minimal price! I guess you can't please everyone.
