If my memory is not failing me and they are actually new rooms, that is very cool to know that they're always being updated and you can have new experiences despite having been before. Even if not, it's still a great place that I would frequent. I just need them in Tucson and I would have a monthly membership! There are a couple of things I think they can do to improve. For one, they should have benches, for those who may need a break from going into the rooms. I know the Atlanta one I went to did have benches. I also feel that there should be a water fountain. Should they add these things, I think it would really be the perfect place! (they are also losing out by not having a snack bar area with water bottles, snacks, liquid IV, etc.)!

This may sound like a bum deal, but it was actually a blast! We had the whole place to ourselves, which is arguably way more fun than going when it's packed. Because there were only a few of us, we could pick our game mode, choose (and switch) sides, pick the music, choose to play in the dark, and just generally have it our way. If you had a bad experience playing when there are a ton of people, try going on a weeknight. It might change your mind!

When you select a date, time, and location you end up with the right date and location, but varying times. I booked for 2 people for the 12pm - 4pm session and ended up with one at 12pm and the other @ 4:30pm. = 1 star The staff is friendly and generally helpful in getting issues worked out. That definitely helps, but with all of the online reservation stuff that has to be un-FUBARed, it takes away from the experience and play time. I'm not a web designer, but with most people using technology to purchase goods, services, and experiences, you'd think they'd do some market research to gather feedback on how to build a user-friendly website. We haven't tried any of the other Airsoft locations in Phoenix, but after our three (3) past experiences, I'm ready to move on from VIP Airsoft. It kinda sucks, because this place is close to our house and easy to get to.

OMG this was SOOOO much fun!…read more I whole-heartedly agree with Jinah Y that the sucky part about Tour de Tavern was that it ended. If possible, my group probably would've kept the bicycle pedalling ALLLLL night. Two hours wasn't enough. We most definitely will return. One of my friends made a private group reservation so all 14 seats were accounted for by friends, with Captain John steering. He really did make the night [plus the badass spotify playlist one of my girlfriends made]. As a group we decided to go ahead and meet for dinner @ Brat Haus - so funny that we ended up seated next to the check-in booth for TDT. We didn't have a specific plan for bars/routes around Old Town, we just wanted to have fun. So Captain John made sure to just hit up a few select places because nothing is more fun than going wild on a beer bike with friends [although the swing at Gilligans was fun]. Because we were loud and fun, one of our friends who lives on the top story of a condo in Old Town heard us screaming out the "500 Miles" song along the way. Cannot wait to do this again!

As "pedalers" on their inaugural tour, we enjoyed the celebrity treatment of cruising down the winding streets of Old Town Scottsdale as onlookers snapped photos and cheered us on! We rocked out to top 40 hits and, by special request, our Lonely Island favorites on their awesome sound system. Our guides were flexible and let our party run the show. If we needed more time for let's say...... an impromptu horseback ride in front of Shotgun Betty's, they were more than happy to wait. As an added bonus everyone gets to burn off some of those unwanted cocktail calories in between your favorite watering holes. If you are concerned that after a few stops (and a few shots) your legs might lose some of that forward momentum, there are a few coveted "non pedaling" seats in the back of the bike. We all compromised with a friendly and fair rotation system. Our tour guides were helpful, accommodating, and entertaining. They even proved to be exceedingly patient upon discovering that we did in facts have "that guy" in our group. If you're saying to yourself, "Such a marvelous experience could only cost an arm and least the majority of a leg" then you would be wrong! With the cost of gas being substituted for sheer earth friendly man power, our group of fifteen people spent less than $30 bucks each for the experience. But wait, there's more! Included in this price are all the amazing special deals that Tour de Tavern exclusively brings you at select bars along the route. On our tour we were offered drinks specials ranging from $3 to ONE PENNY! I say this in all caps because it's ONE PENNY! So next time you are planning an event, I recommend Tour de Tavern 100%!
