I love me the suns/mercury games! Colby Claridy from the clippers is the best athletic trainer in the game!!! We saw him while the suns played the clippers and we told him we were huge fans of him! Soooo cool! Great stadium and I love the value menu hahaha I still ended up splurging on stadium food hahaha but it is what it is. Arizona has the best fans! We will be back again.

What an amazing arena! Really efficient design where you walk right into mid level. Everything looked modern clean. Downtown Phoenix was clean and felt safe unlike many other big cities, especially near an arena.

Patio area ~pre-game chilling

A fan filled arena. Very hospitable Parking is the least favorite aspect, but it is a big city. No bad seats. Kept clean. Nice fans.

Drinks available in multiple areas of the arena

Pride Nite was the first time I've attended a Suns Game, and one of the last valley supports team Pride Nights I've been to. I thought I was saving the best for the last... I was very disappointed in the Pride Half Time performance as it seemed to be more of an afterthought - their usual dancers and announcers in Pride colors doing Lady Gaga songs. Whereas other sports teams bring in LGBT singers, performers, etc. Additionally, there was only one photo opportunity. The Mercury, DBACKS, and the Phoenix Rising do a far better job and this is a miss overall for me. Putting Pride Nite aside... the game was fairly entertaining for someone who isn't a fan of basketball. The team did very well against the Cavaliers, and I loved how they engaged the audience. Definitely more lively than the Mercury games I've attended, and the energy was electric. If I wasn't so disappointed in Pride Nite, I would definitely consider rating a 4 or 5-star.

Saw Trans Siberian Orchestra here and they were terrific! Sound system was great. Seamless way of getting inside. Staff was kind.

The family and I came out to see the Suns and Celtics play. The place was wild and the music was on point! Come out and enjoy a game, you will not be disappointed!

I've attended concerts, NBA, and WNBA games. I love sports so it's always been a great experience for me. The FanDuel bae connected is also a plus

NBA Finals Game 4 Road Rally at Chase Field (7/14/21)

I'm an Arizona native and a lifelong Phoenix Suns fan. It has been a life time of ups and downs for me supporting this team. Even though the Suns were established in 1968, my earliest memories are of the 1992-1993 season when Charles Barkley won the MVP and the Suns made the NBA Finals against Jordan and the Bulls. It was also our first year playing at America West Arena (now Footprint Arena). I was just a teenager during that time and remember being glued to the TV set. Even though we lost that series, the community really embraced that Suns team. Suns fever was everywhere. I remember "Go Suns!" being on every building and everyone wearing purple and orange. The next big run was with the 2004-05 Seven Seconds or Less team with Steve Nash, Shawn Marion, and Amare Stoudemire. Despite almost making the Finals, Nash won two MVPs and that team ended up being a fun and exciting team to watch. Sadly the Suns teams that followed that era were barely watchable. Owner Robert Sarver made blunder after blunder decision moves for years and it was hard for me to engage with those teams. The 2019-20 marked the resurgence of the Phoenix Suns. James Jones was hired on as general manager and Monty Williams was hired as the coach. The Suns went 8-0 in the bubble during the COVID-19 pandemic and almost made the playoffs. 2020-21 was our huge break-out year with Devin Booker, Deandre Ayton, and newly acquired Chris Paul. This team had the second best record in the NBA and took us to the NBA Finals where we lost to the Milwaukee Bucks. I will always have special memories of the recent 2021 playoff run. I was able to attend two Road Rally games and two playoff games including the "Valley Oop" game against the Clippers and Game 5 of the NBA Finals against the Bucks. I enjoyed seeing all the Suns murals around the Valley and the "Rally the Valley" signs and t-shirts. Many of my favorite restaurants and bars came up with Suns inspired dishes and drinks. It is always a blast to see the community come together and support our local sports teams. The Suns have yet to win a championship, but let's hope it's soon! Go Suns!

Although we were there for the opposite team, the facility was very nice. You should already know parking is a nightmare at venues like this so be mindful. Seats are cramped, but basically every stadium I have ever been to is like this unless you are on the floor or get box tickets . Staff was excellent. Keep in mind if you bring a DSLR camera , they may (more than likely) make you switch out your long lense for your standard one and either return the rest to your vehicle or lock it away in customer service. As usual, food and drink vendors are on par w/ theaters and airports, so either eat and drink before hand or be ready to pay $$$ for a can of water. Yes, I said can.. All in all was a wonderful experience despite our team losing. 2 of my kids were happy either way since their team is the Suns

Okay so we all know the suns have had a few bad seasons..... but it's still a fun family event to get out and cheer them on. The arena is a good size and u can see petty good from all seats. My family Enjoys all sporting events so it's nice when we can get time to all come out to a game as a family.

Went to the Suns vs. Raptors game as part of a group package. Tickets were about $35 each. It was a fast-paced game and they played upbeat hip hop music while plays went on each side of the court. The Suns dancers were entertaining and provided great choreography (although I am a little biased as one of my friends is a former Suns dancer). We didn't order any food here, so I can't comment on the quality of that. Overall, a fun experience (Suns won, if you wanted to know)

This is what $7 gets you at a Suns game

The Phoenix Suns organization does a great job on the basketball side of things but as far as gameday operations and taking care of the fans they are for sure DEAD last in the Phoenix Valley! From being the most expensive concessions of all the teams to withholding a bunch of the fan giveaway CP3 bobbleheads just to sell them in the store for $25 each then next game to the fact the bathrooms ALWAYS run out of soap and paper towels (not to mention the photos below of not even being ready for doors opening for a game) they just don't seem to care about the fans - just our money!

Why did the Suns go to Ballys. It's on ESPN but blocked. WTF! Sling, Fubo and UTube TV have blocked it for our area. I am done!

It broke my heart when Amare left, but we still have one if not the best point guard in the league, Steve Nash.

Been a fan since the team moved here…read more The first 5 seasons, I would ride my bike over to Sun Devil Stadium and get tickets from scalpers if I didn't already secure some from friends. Then my wife and I bought our season tickets in 1993, and we have been enjoying gameday experiences ever since. Of course, the new stadium was a big change, and we have seen so many fun games at the new place. We enjoy the cooler weather to start the seasons but wish the roof was open more than it has been. The whole point of the roof was to provide us with a cool place to play in the hottest months when the seasons start. Then it is supposed to be open the rest of the time. Playing in the building with the roof closed when the outside weather is beautiful makes no sense. Football is generally supposed to be played outdoors, IMHO. Kind of stuffy to play it in an industrial building with a closed roof. We have met many new friends since the games shifted over to Glendale and still see many friends from the SDS days. There's just something about the gameday experience and supporting the Cards in person that a big screen TV at home cannot compete with. Love that they have added some better drink options over the years so we can drink some non-soda drinks, like lemonade and Vitamin Water. Great popcorn deals as well. See you at a game soon and best of luck on the 50/50 drawing.

The organization assigned me three different customer service representatives in one year but I could not rely on any of them to follow up and keep me updated about my purchase. After I had placed a deposit on tickets, I was told by the sales agent that I could have four ADA-compliant seats - but when I went back to select them, there were none. Rather than finding us a solution, they asked if my daughter could walk down stairs. This violates the accessibility guidelines. When I asked for a refund because of the misleading information provided to me, they told me that there were no exceptions to their no-refund policy. I was provided a workaround: my daughter would sit in a separate section (section 106) while the other three of us sat in different sections. However, for many of the games, that section was occupied by individuals who did not appear to have mobility issues, and the staff refused to do anything about it. Now we have asked for a refund for credit owed, and the last correspondence was 3/18. Save your money.

These fan fests usually take place throughout the week leading up to the big game. They are a way to hype up the fans and give them opportunities to score some autographs. The Valley has hosted both the Super Bowl and the College Football Playoff National Championship and have had similar fan fests in the past here at the convention center. Phoenix has hosted the NCAA Men's Basketball Final Four in 2017 and 2024 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale. I was fortunate enough to attend both events. I like that the NCAA Final Four Fan Fest is pretty affordable for families. Tickets are less than $10 and there were several options of getting free tickets. I had tickets to the game and was able to get in for free. The event went on for a few day at the Phoenix Convention Center in downtown Phoenix during the Final Four games. The event had many interactive games, celebrity and athlete appearances, autograph signings and lots of free stuff. I enjoyed walking through the two mini marts that they erected for former players Charles Barkley and Magic Johnson. The "Chuck Stop" and "Magic Mart" were fun interactive experiences that poked fun at their rivalry from the Capital One commercial. Shaq also had a Home Depot experience that you could walk through.
