The diagnosis came fast, they were super courteous, and allowed me to hang around well beyond the shop closing for the day. avoid at all costs…read more 1.) they welded the eccentric on my vw instead of replacing it. now i need a whole new arm etc. 2) they didnt put the bolts back on the water pump properly. blew the pump. blew the engine. then had the balls to quote me a new pump. * again* 3.) totally screwed my pontiac. 3 grand in repair all for it to be torally wrong. fuel line bolted to block. brake lines bent by hand. alternator wiring backwards. choke was wrong. had to have it completly redone at dans wuto down the street. im telling ya. dont go. hell just eff up your ride. avoid. go to dans down the street.

I took it just up the street to my local repair shop because a hand injury made it difficult for me to put air in the tires. The shop was so nice, we chatted, I pet their dog, it felt good. When they pulled my car out they told me I needed an inspection (true) but that I would not pass it without new breaks (false). I took the car to Hendricks for an oil change and they said the breaks were fine for now but could be replaced when I do the next oil change in 6,000 miles. I'm a 70 year old woman. I feel more sad than angry about this experience. I'm pleased I have Hendrick to work on my car because my car dealer also pulled a similar trick with my last car. A woman friend recommended Hendricks. They are worth crossing the bridge for.
