The water in the bowl went cold twice while waiting. My tech kept going to someone's else's station to help them and left me to sit. My suggestion is, if you don't have enough techs to accommodate the appointments, don't schedule them. Let the customer know you don't have enough techs. Very frustrating to have one person in our party have to wait so long

Therefore, I have some background on what to expect within the nail industry.

Instead of hot towels, hot stones, and shoulder massages, it could include cool towels, optional massage, and extra pampering focused on the feet. When it's 100°+ outside, not everyone is looking for more heat. I think a lot of customers would love a refreshing spa experience after coming in from the Texas sun. Just a thought!

I chose the Good Feet pedi and my husband chose the Green Tea pedi. My husband loved his pedicure and all the goodie's that came with it. He did have a very strong "floral scent" afterwards and I suggested he take a shower. WOW, that scent is STONG so he will make another selection next time. My pedicure was pretty good and I felt a bit rushed thru towards the end simply because her 11am appointment arrived, tapped my pedicurist on her shoulder and said "where do you want me?" Within seconds my pedicurist assisted me with my shoes and scooted over to the other ladies chair. Maybe appointments trump walk in although I did call before showing up and she said come on in. No worries it's all good and yes we will return. I hope to get a different pedicurist and if not I will ask.

Kayla did my pedicure and she was quiet but very sweet. We would definitely go back here. It's a clean salon which seems to have a lot of clientele. The only negative was that I ordered the pedicure that came with the hot stone and after I left I realized she never did the hot stone. Pretty sure I paid for the upgrade, but that was my fault for not paying closer attention! The prices seem to be on the higher end but the quality is worth the price.

My original design was declined, and she said that the nail design was "for the city" which I'm guessing means the design I chose was better for someone more skilled than her. I understood and I'm glad she mentioned it. However, when I'd chosen a more simple design she still managed to mess it all up. I had a woman with short hair work on me and my sister had a woman with long hair. We both got manicures and pedicures. We were there for multiple hours. My sister's nails turned out slightly good but mine were all bad. The French tips are chunky, my nail overall is chunky, uneven application, and poor design choices. Additionally, my cuticles are sore. Plus, the lady kept dragging me all around the room and was quite rude and rough. Not relaxing or soothing at all. They also had this music on loop, so if you can't deal with repetitive sounds don't come here. I'm not even sure if my technician was properly qualified. She did awful nail art and couldn't make straight lines or a circle. If you're looking for a place to get plain old acrylics, that might be the only thing this place is qualified for.

She highly raved about this place and they did not disappoint. They offer wine and water and when we arrived they were not busy at all as it was early morning. Juan assisted in setting up my nails and was very friendly and communicative. Jenny then took over and finished the new set. My new set was acrylic with gel polish, almond shape and matte finish. The pricing was reasonable. My friends set was beautiful however there was some nail polish left on the skin of some of her fingers. We both got gel and they soak your hands in this bag of purple liquid that hardens and looks waxy. The liquid is nice and warm and leaves your hands really soft. However, I wish they would have asked if we wanted to take our rings off beforehand as they have some wax stuck in them. In the end, we were still very satisfied and the customer service and overall service was great. Jenny was very patient and did not rush on doing my nails. It was one of the few times were someone didn't make me bleed or burn me with the filling machine. I would recommend you give them a try!
