I explained my situation. (Another salon in town did an awful job with my nails and I just wanted a soak-off and a new set). They immediately listened and made me feel very comfortable. To say amazing is an understatement, I went in with hopes that even if it's a solid color, my nails are fixed, instead I left with my head held high and very happy with the service that was given. Spent almost $200 to get rushed nails and rushed pedicure and have gel cured on my skin around my toes and uncured on my nails and had to come back to get it fixed. Playing with my money and my health. *update: i had to go a second time, a few hrs later, to get the same nail fixed for the same reason, it lifted because the gel wasnt fully cured underneath. black gel is harder to cure because of the pigment, light bounces off black. it cant be a thick layer or it wont cure and it has to cure for longer in general. But they should know all that and to not be curing it on people's skin.
