I explained my situation. (Another salon in town did an awful job with my nails and I just wanted a soak-off and a new set). They immediately listened and made me feel very comfortable. To say amazing is an understatement, I went in with hopes that even if it's a solid color, my nails are fixed, instead I left with my head held high and very happy with the service that was given.
