I went into Jeff's office feeling lousy and came out feeling refreshed, and most importantly my pain had significantly diminished. I can't wait to go to bed tonight knowing I won't toss and turn due to my stiffness. On top of his ability as a massage therapist, you can't beat his prices. I'll easily be able to visit his office twice a month whereas offices like massage envy (crap massage anyway) will charge you $80-90 for an hour. The office is small, but when you walk it is smells calming and the music is relaxing. I grabbed a few of his cards to pass on to friends. Definitely recommend his services to anyone in need.

Here is an update of that review: I had to go to the ER due to the infection I had that received due to the mistakes and improper service I received here. I'm a auto-immune person, so my immune system is compromised. The smallest infection can have tremendous impact on my health, bc my body does not have means to fight off infection. The day after the initial manicure, both of my ring fingers were completely swollen and something as simple as wrapping my hand around a doorknob to open a door was impossible without pain. Finally after a whole day crying (think of your worst hangnail, then times that by 10 - and that's not an exaggeration, seeing that your hands have the most nerve endings in your body), I decided to go to a DIFFERENT salon to take everything off. While at the new salon fixing my problem, I learned that popping my acrylics off is in NO WAY how the process is done. The nail techs told me that they wanted to say this was a new thing for them, but it sadly wasn't. Many of their clients come from this business bc they need to have their nails fixed. As we were taking the new acrylic off, I sat in my chair, covered in tears while another tech was rubbing my back to try to soothe the whole thing. In my last review, I stated that while drilling my nails, the sides of my nail beds were knicked multiple times. What I did not know was that, not only were my sides knicked, she had drilled COMPLETELY THROUGH MY NAIL! I could see the holes and the actual skin under your nails! This was the case for both of my ring fingers. I knew that I needed to get Neosporin immediately, and wrap them. That did not help AT ALL, in fact things were getting worse. Finally, after an excruciating few days, I developed a 103° fever. As stated above, I am not able to fight infection. The fever, along with the pain and fatigue, were sure signs that I needed to be treated immediately; and I went to the ER. When the ER doctor took off the bandages I was wearing, my nails were COVERED in pus. I almost threw up. There was definitely an infection. I was placed on antibiotics for a week, and if that does not work a "more aggressive treatment" would be the next step to remedy all of this. That treatment would be the COMPLETE REMOVAL of my infected nails. ALL of this happened due to improper practice at this salon. I will be contacting the Texas Board of Cometology to have the whole salon visited, evaluated and hopefully fined or shut down. I will also be contacting the BBB for the way things were run. Finally, if I DO need to have my nails removed, I will take legal action. There is NO WAY this could have happened, aside from human error. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT GO THERE! I'm posting photos of this, *warning* these are gross photos taken at the ER.

Now, I look as if I don't have my eyebrows. Secondly, disrespect. The lady laughed at me when I was quiet and very upset. I told her "I'm not happy with this" and she just laughed and said I looked fine. They don't listen to you and they are disrespectful.
