The overall layout of this salon is nice, there are not too many chairs set out for waiting for service. One of the main issues here is due to lack of the waiting area for services, people get lost in the mix of who is next and forgotten. Customer Service: The customer service here was good, it was just unfortunately when one of the techs could not do a design they would ask another tech to do it and I was left at a nail station for 15mins halfway into my nails being done and not being attended too. Quality/Quantity: After leaving almost three hours later the quality of my nails was fairly good. I do not have any doubts that the job could be done by any tech here, if so they will have someone that is capable to do so. Side Notes: I was a tad disappointed with this location due to being left with my nails halfway done for 15mins more or less.

She basically went to work without cleaning up my nail beds. Also, her shaping was absolutely horrible. She was just rushing to get to the next customer. The photo is 24 hours after getting them done. It looks horrible. A basic manicure should and always has been the standard. I paid full price and didn't have time to complain about the crap service. I also left a tip...again, wasn't expecting a miracle...but I expected the basics. Never going back and not recommending to anyone.

I have been growing my nails for 6 weeks. They were shaped into a claw... the fact that she said "it okay honey. I make long with tips. We glue on they look nice honey", just made me ANGRY! I explained that I do NOT want tips! I just wanted a polish change. She either can't understand English or just did not care. After I cooled down, I told her to cut them all the same length and round them this time. (I will start over, I thought) She tried to make small talk " what you do today?" Me: I'm going to my sister's funeral. She passed from cancer. Her: "oh that too bad. She did not get check ups? She not find it soon so she die quick?" Me: she found it and battled for 4 years and I really do not want to hear you speak again. Please just finish my nails. Her: " okay honey I make pretty. You look pretty for party" Me: smdh! I was already distraught. This girl made my day worse. Moral of the story, keep your eyes on them. If you don't want a cut down!

I had a woman with short hair work on me and my sister had a woman with long hair. We both got manicures and pedicures. We were there for multiple hours. My sister's nails turned out slightly good but mine were all bad. The French tips are chunky, my nail overall is chunky, uneven application, and poor design choices. Additionally, my cuticles are sore. Plus, the lady kept dragging me all around the room and was quite rude and rough. Not relaxing or soothing at all. They also had this music on loop, so if you can't deal with repetitive sounds don't come here. I'm not even sure if my technician was properly qualified. She did awful nail art and couldn't make straight lines or a circle. If you're looking for a place to get plain old acrylics, that might be the only thing this place is qualified for.

Juan assisted in setting up my nails and was very friendly and communicative. Jenny then took over and finished the new set. My new set was acrylic with gel polish, almond shape and matte finish. The pricing was reasonable. My friends set was beautiful however there was some nail polish left on the skin of some of her fingers. We both got gel and they soak your hands in this bag of purple liquid that hardens and looks waxy. The liquid is nice and warm and leaves your hands really soft. However, I wish they would have asked if we wanted to take our rings off beforehand as they have some wax stuck in them. In the end, we were still very satisfied and the customer service and overall service was great. Jenny was very patient and did not rush on doing my nails. It was one of the few times were someone didn't make me bleed or burn me with the filling machine. I would recommend you give them a try!

We first called to see if they had to make an appointment keep in mind this is Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. And they were open and available! What amazed us even more they were able to take all 3 of us ( myself, my wife and son) Laura did an excellent job cutting our hair! Very easy to talk to and great personality! Esp. I went in with long hair and just wanting a trim, Every time i say trim in the past it ends up being a 3 inch shorter than i came in with. So you can see my reluctance to get a "trim" Went in and Laura did my consultation. First the first time 1/2 of an inch was cut and the angels sang. SO HAPPY! Finally a real trim and she added long layers. She is awesome and her color I've seen which is also great. Daniel, My boyfriend gets his hair cuts by Antonio at the beauty parlor and Antonio is a saint as well. Gentleman hair cuts, good beard trims, rat tails, greaser looks. He can do it all! The salon super cute and clean. I know the owner Tara and the other gal Danielle are super talented as well.
