My nail shape is unsymmetrical, it took 45 min to paint due to paint running and smearing a lot and still left with messy cuticles due to paint running. They take extra diligence to make sure they never hurt you (every other salon I've ever gone to cuts me at some point without fail, but not here) even when removing super thick acrylic, they were extremely gentle and patient. Beautiful job on my nails and made sure to do what I wanted rather than pushing their own opinions. Every other salon lately tells me "no. You can't have that. We are doing it this way." Cracked my dip over real nail while on travel, so had to find someplace to get a quick fix. Jacob got me right in, asked all the right questions (how long ago, did I it bleed), then recommended we file it, super glue, and do a few layers of clear to give it strength and let it heal. He had a gentle touch, no pain at all, and sent me off with a much stronger nail coat, bandaid, and a reminder to be careful with it until it heals enough for me to remove the dip and trim my nails back. I was visiting from out of town and they were able to accommodate me as a walk in for a much needed mani pedi. Jacob was wonderful and educated me on how to take care of my skin even though I live the farm life. Indeed, the next day, many of the cracks I came in with were healed. I appreciate a business owner who knows their stuff. The place filled up quickly while I was there. I strongly recommend making an appointment. Many people came in for eyebrow waxing while I was there. The place also has their regulars whom they know very well. Jacob and his mom were very kind and excellent company. So I came here because it was the highest rated on yelp but when I asked for what I wanted their powder had specks of random glitter so I had to change what I wanted and that was the end result. The total cost was $86 I don't know what they charged me for I think it was super overpriced but I didn't want to argue or ask for a different set because I had already been there for three hours and I was just over it. This place definitely deserves this review! They are absolutely amazing! I have ingrown toenails and Jacob absolutely took care of me and made sure that it didn't hurt! The esthetic was so calming! Their pricing reflects the high end care that they give! I got the Tropical Stone Pedicure with Gel and it was $63 which is not bad at all! My hands got soaked in Acetone then he clipped my nails and said I was done and i had to pay extra money for the nail file and buffer that was place in a zip baggy and told me "you can bring the baggy next visit" seriously? Awesome place, I wish I would have visited much sooner. Staff is great and extremely welcoming. I arrived with a group of friends and we all needed two or more services and the staff was able to accommodate all of us. They offer complimentary drinks and snack cups. They also have private nail rooms which was nice because all my friends and I were able to stay together and gossip while sipping on some moscato. Enjoy ! read more

To start, they were super nice and I wish I could give them 5 stars. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and asked for a pedicure. They said yes there's no one else waiting we can get you in right now. I wait 5-10 minutes and they take me back to a private room for the pedicure. My first thought was that this was very nice and unlike other places I've been before. Unfortunately I sit in the chair with my feet in the water for 15 minutes before someone actually comes over. Every 5 minutes someone would say just one second and then not come over. Then the guy who does my toes is super nice but walks in and blows out a vape into the room as he does. He also takes multiple phone calls out loud on speaker. There was some problem with a water leak and he also had to step out a few times to talk with someone. On the paper that they have they advertise a "express pedicure " that takes 25 minutes which is what I chose. After all of these things I walked out after being there for a little over an hour. Additionally the lighting in this private room was very dark and moody and it made the color swatches look different than they actually were. I went for a light nude pink and ended up with purple toes. I won't be coming back even though they were very kind. read more

I chose this place based on Yelp reviews. I called ahead to schedule an appointment... No problem. I arrived on time and was told I had to wait a little longer. In their defense, it was a Saturday morning on a holiday weekend and 2 employees out on vacation. I waited for almost 30 minutes before I got called in. I could tell that some of the customers were irritated because the owners were frantically trying to assist all customers at once. However, they seemed to still be providing good service. Once I was taken to the back, I was very impressed by their commodities. They have rooms with 2 pedicure chairs each, low lights, relaxing music and wine. I opted for the hot stone treatment as recommended per another Yelper and I have to say -wow-. I can honestly say that this was the best pedicure I have ever had. Justin is very gentle, friendly and they take their time. It honestly felt like a spa treatment for a fraction of the cost. The pedi lasted over an hour and was fabulous. Lots of massaging and hot stones. Normally, I don't like those, but the way the nail tech used them was fabulous. The last few times I've gotten a mani (which isn't often), other techs cut me. Not this time! I may have to start driving the 6 hour round trip to continue coming here. I picked this place based on the amount of good reviews, I had an amazing pedicure but the fact that I got an infection in my nail bed when I got a new set of nails is why I'm only giving one star. Within 3 days my finger was red and swollen and painful to touch; I finally had to remove the nail when puss started coming out. This is unacceptable to charge $100 but then not have clean tools that cause customers to get infections; and now MONTHS later I've had an infection in my big toe. Since the owner says I didn't go there I went on March 16th at 5-6pm and had to have my nails removed and start antibiotics 6 days later. My nail bed on my left hand middle finger was almost completely lifted from an infection underneath. read more

Just went for a pedicure for first time. I usually go for the least expensive but I chose the $35 with stone massage. It was sooooo amazing!! Kim was so sweet and great with massage. The chair.... i usually get upset because chairs are broke or don't work well but with this salon its like someone is actually massing you! LOVE that its semi private rooms with only 2 chairs in each room. Place is clean and they are up to date on sanitation which many salons here fail at. The foot massage was great and she was very kind, however nobody knows what an ingrown toenail is. I was there for the better part of 3 hours and still left with only pedicure & nails taken off, no polish, no new set of nails. Very slow and very inefficient!! It was also a very cold evening and they would not turn the heater on! They were using space heaters but as soon as the tech got warm, the heaters were turned off.
