This is an amazing place. I never ever leave reviews, but today I just absolutely have to. Today, I went in and I am absolutely shocked at how sweet they are and very mindful of what you are requesting. I explained my situation. (Another salon in town did an awful job with my nails and I just wanted a soak-off and a new set). They immediately listened and made me feel very comfortable. To say amazing is an understatement, I went in with hopes that even if it's a solid color, my nails are fixed, instead I left with my head held high and very happy with the service that was given. During my time here, the woman made sure that I was comfortable and reassured me, which is exactly what I needed this lovely day. Thank you'll for doing such an amazing job on my nails! 3/10/26 came her at 10am for 2 pedicures and were greeted, seated and feeted right away. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and they offer a variety of services and choices. I chose the Good Feet pedi and my husband chose the Green Tea pedi. My husband loved his pedicure and all the goodie's that came with it. He did have a very strong "floral scent" afterwards and I suggested he take a shower. WOW, that scent is STONG so he will make another selection next time. My pedicure was pretty good and I felt a bit rushed thru towards the end simply because her 11am appointment arrived, tapped my pedicurist on her shoulder and said "where do you want me?" Within seconds my pedicurist assisted me with my shoes and scooted over to the other ladies chair. Maybe appointments trump walk in although I did call before showing up and she said come on in. No worries it's all good and yes we will return. I hope to get a different pedicurist and if not I will ask. read more

I just left from getting them done like I always do and they had of course someone different because It is NEVER the same person doing them. Today's person was awful. Second time this has happened now!! That person didn't even bother plucking it left them thick and looking basically the same as I got there. I didn't argue just paid and left. The experience was great but a little too busy and I didn't like how they used timers to keep track of your time. Pedicure nail painting was not impressive mine looks uneven but the experience was great (massage, steam, stone, etc). It's very cute decorated but next time I'm going back to Qute Nails much chiller experience and good nail techs. read more

I've been here a handful of times now and every time I come, they always do a wonderful job on my nails! The ambience is beautiful and relaxing and they have something cool, refreshing to drink. Plus I like their members card points system. read more

HORRIBLE!! Wish i could give 0 stars. Would absolutely not recommend ever to anyone. Me and my friend walked in was not informed about any wait they sat us down i went in just wanting to get my nails soaked off my nails were soaking for 45 minutes which is not normal. This is our first time coming here it was horrible. We asked how much longer and they said i was next and i saw someone else get attended to before me after i asked. I saw 2 people also walk out while we were in there because of waiting. When we were leaving the lady said "just let your nails soak and wait for the guy he's going to go file them off." Then the man I had doing my nails had to re do my thumbs 3 times because he could not get the chrome to stay and told me it was my fault!!! DO NOT GO, my nails looked like a 10 year old kid did them. Please don't go, for the amount of money I paid I should have gotten the finest nails in town. Possibly the worst experience I have had at ANY business I have EVER reviewed on Yelp. I'm extremely unhappy with the service I received at the spa. Firstly, the hot stones that were promised as part of my message were not hot at all. Secondly, I was supposed to receive a 15-minute massage, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. Moreover, the massage chair I used was completely broken and didn't work at all. To top it off, the polish job I had done was terrible. I pointed out the issues to the cashier before checking out, but they didn't seem to care and did absolutely nothing to resolve the matter. As a first-time customer, I'm extremely disappointed with the way things turned out. The music that was playing in the background was also unbearably loud and not at all relaxing. All in all, I had a really bad experience and I don't think I'll be returning to this spa in the future. I do not recommend this spa. read more
