Usually this is my go to place. Went on my birthday and asked for pedicures and full sets& one shellac for us 3. They did the pedicures & were rude to my 4 year old.. what 4 year old stays perfectly still? Anyway after the pedicures, they forgot about us and we waited and realized no one was going to do our nails. Lol like did I look poor or what the heck was that? Went in for new set & pedi.. the young lady (Prairie), was super nice and made sure everything was exactly what I wanted. I was the last customer to walk in and sat down immediately and was initially provided with great service. Besides that, I am being generous on my 3 star rating due to the nail tech listening to me when I said I didn't like how my French tips initially came out. From a distance my nails look alright, but the more I stare at them the more I can tell how crooked and uneven the French and shape is. Because I was the last customer and the nail tech had to start over, he told me the male sitting in a few chairs over is waiting for him then rushed applying the top coat at end of my service, as well as leaving white paint all over my fingers. I will not be returning. I made an appointment and specifically requested a manicure with nail art. I came for my appointment on time but they were extremely busy and got me in about twenty minutes late. I have no problem with that, as they cannot control the influx of customers. What bothered me was that they gave me a nail technician who made my cuticles bleed, told me that my fingers look fat, and he could not even do nail art. Which is what I came in there for in the first place. The reason it is two stars and not one star is because of the man at the receptionist desk. took my 10 year old to get gel on her natural nails. Was asked 4x in 2 minutes if I wanted a drink, to which I declined. The silence was defining in this place. Good pricing for just gel on natural nails though. Music was blaring way too loud, and no one talks in there. Beautiful place, but only go if you need a quiet place to get your nails done, but don't forget your AirPods. They won't talk to you anyways. also, didn't tell me my total, just said "ok have a good day," and handed me a receipt. Good thing I looked at the very bottom to find my own total... :/ most likely won't be back. Only due to non verbal setting. read more

Pricey for service provided.. had the basic pedicure, which was supposed to be 35, was asked if I wanted shelac, I said sure, $55 later. I guess they tag $20 for shelac.. my daughter had her nails done as well. Her nails look awakard. I usually go to get my time at the salon for relaxing, but not here. All they did was argue about something. They never took a breath. I'd certainly take my business somewhere else. I won't be returning. read more

I used to really like this place but hadnt been in years. Today was my birthday so i decided to go get acrylics and my toes painted (no pedicure just painted). They got me the second I walked in. Toes were fine but when I got to my nails he was drilling and i let him know 3 times it was hurting my cuticle, it then cut me and made me bleed. He didnt stop or disinfect and had NO GLOVES ON AND PUT HIS FINGER RIGHT ON IT, his nails were very visibly unclean he then went to the marble that I wanted and instead of just telling me he didnt know how he just tried to make it up as he went. Tried 4 separate times and kept wiping it off until i just asked him to wipe it off and just leave the marble off since i had been there for 3 1/2 hours at this point. My thumb is now very much infected and has puss also at one point 2 other employees were standing right next to me as they and my nail tech had a conversation where hed stop to talk with his hands, they came back to converse 3 separate times. My nails also stick up really far, they just in general look odd. What was meant to be a relaxing birthday treat was in fact not. was definitely not a $70 service.
