My suggestion is, if you don't have enough techs to accommodate the appointments, don't schedule them. Let the customer know you don't have enough techs. Very frustrating to have one person in our party have to wait so long

I explained my situation. (Another salon in town did an awful job with my nails and I just wanted a soak-off and a new set). They immediately listened and made me feel very comfortable.
