He made me feel so comfortable and explained thoroughly the cleaning process afterwards, so I had nothing to worry about. I barely felt it and I am IN LOVE with my piercing. The entire process, from checking in to being tattooed/pierced to paying and leaving was smooth and easy, and the staff was incredibly professional and kind. Jen makes piercings a breeze, and Eddie was awesome to chat with while he worked on my tattoo! With both piercing and tattooing, the artists are incredibly helpful about aftercare and follow up, and make themselves available for any and all questions. I will and DO recommend Lucky Hand to anyone who asks what the best place in town is! I'll absolutely be back :)

He messed up my piercing badly, it's ABOVE my belly button and it's crooked. I took it out 20 minutes after getting it pierced because it's so bad. Waste of $50 and pain!
