This place is AMAZINGGG everyone there is super friendly and they've got awesome personalities. Went in for a single cartilage piercing and Joel was beyond awesome! He made me feel so comfortable and explained thoroughly the cleaning process afterwards, so I had nothing to worry about. I barely felt it and I am IN LOVE with my piercing. I have only ever had great experiences with Lucky Hand. I've been pierced by Jen 3 times, and just recently got my first tattoo at Lucky Hand done by by Eddie. The entire process, from checking in to being tattooed/pierced to paying and leaving was smooth and easy, and the staff was incredibly professional and kind. Jen makes piercings a breeze, and Eddie was awesome to chat with while he worked on my tattoo! With both piercing and tattooing, the artists are incredibly helpful about aftercare and follow up, and make themselves available for any and all questions. I had heard great things about this tattoo shop and decided to get my first tattoo here... worst decision ever. I went in with one of my friends with an idea of a small tat that I wanted. Things seemed to be fine until I look closer at my tattoo after it was finished to see it completely crooked, with different depths of the lines and overall just a horrible tattoo. I also came to find later that I was way over charged for this tiny tattoo as I paid over $100 for it. Will never be going here again as they completely took advantage of me. read more

This place is horrible! We didn't even get the piercing! My friend was celebrating and she wanted to get an industrial and the second Joel the piercer person saw her he straight up said no can't do it. He only looked at her for a second just saying, " can't do an industrial your ear is to flat." Then he just turned away and went straight to the next person! We didn't get any explanation as to why that mattered or nothing. So we left and then she decided to try a different piercing that he could do. So we went back bout 5min later and asked for the piercer again. He comes up in a huff and my friend asked if she could get a rook instead. He straight up said no. No explanation as to why. So she then asked well "what is the reason I can't get an industrial? I'm only asking so I know". Joel said " the bar will pinch your ear cuz your ear is to flat." I then asked "even if it's that long bar?" I asked as a sincere question cuz those bars are so big cuz my industrial bar is and it would fit fine on her ear. Joel freaking snapped and was like " well why don't you come back here and do it then since you know so much!" Things escalated so quickly to the point where he followed us outside. My friend called the owner and the owner was nice enough to apologize. Apparently this guy is going through things and his finger is too fat to work on my friends small ear. It's like ok I understand you are going through stuff, but don't treat people like that and take it out on them! You loose customers that way! He could've just said my hand is too big here is a different piercer here that can help. That would have been a better approach! I know I was angry and used angry words after he started yelling at us which wasn't great, but he should have handle everything with professional answers and been kinder and none of this would've happened. read more

Jen did my nose piercing while I was visiting family this week. She was very so friendly, fast and very informative with instructions for home. She talked me thru every step to expect during the piercing and what to expect when I got home. She even gave me her phone number in case I had trouble when I got back to Tennessee. I don't understand why my friend and I had a scheduled appointment at 4:30 and yet we waited in the lobby for two whole hours. There was two people in front of us and one was only getting his ears pierced. Not only had we waited so long but the piercer has company in the back with her that were distracting her half the wait. read more

Highly disappointing experience. And we didn't even get to the tattoo! A friend of mine and I went in one afternoon to speak with someone about getting a tattoo. We spoke with a man named Randy. He was extremely rude and condescending. We were very open to different tattoos and ideas but instead of giving us the direction we asked for he continued to be extremely impolite and condescending. We decided to go with a different tattoo company in town. They were warm and friendly and very helpful! read more

A few of my friends and I got something done with James. He is very talented and does a great job. I was very very happy when I showed him a simple idea of what I wanted and he came up with a way better idea of the small tattoo and made it awesome. He free handed the idea and the shading looks great. James put time and effort into our ideas and tattoos, we all plan on going back soon! Went to go get my Navel pierced, called the guy ahead of time and asked about a Vertical labret and navel piercing He said yes they do those and to come in, he seemed really nice and when I got there Joel (piercer) decided to demand my ID then he rudely demanded I lift my shirt which was fine. Be looked at me and stated "you know its never gonna heal right?" The way he spoke to me was extremely rude. Then he acted like I was stupid when I asked do y'all take card and said Umm no cash only. After that he said I. Don't do vertical labret and its not a labret only Jennifer does so my friend and I spoke for a second,he then threw our IDs back at us and said just come back later. I went into this tattoo place looking to get a nose piercing for me and and sister and right when we walked in the guy didn't greet us we asked about pricing and he was very rude with the answer and when he asked how old my sister was and we told him 15 he said he couldn't touch her and walked of into the back room which was fine but the way he went about it was unprofessional I never experienced that before and really put a damper on my day.
