On what would/should be a very busy day, the salon was lightly staffed. The pedicure was rushed- with exfoliation virtually non existent. It was squeezed from the tube. A quick spread down the shins and rinse.I didn't get a color application, just wanted two coats of my own nail strengthener. We were done in less than 20 mins. I typically go to a different salon in Ramsey, but thought I'd give this a try. Won't likely be coming back.

Fashion Nails is the WORST nail salon…read more 1) They make up prices for addons not asked for 2) The the interaction between customer and manicurist is minimal. 3) Even if you make an appointment the wait is over 20 minutes - What's the point ? ? ? 4) the owner profusely apologizing doesn't help by any means. I have been loyal to them since they have opened when the wife was running the salon. I've also brought my mother, neighbor, and roommate to the salon based on quality and pricing. Every time one of them has gone they have issues with waiting even though they have an appointment. unfortunately i will not be going back even though it was convenient location wise and affordable.

She layered the polish ridiculously thick - looks like I have bubbles on my nails. Looks ridiculous. (And she blamed me that my "nails are too oily." Told her I was unhappy, offered to re do and file all of it off but I was in pain from the bleeding and quite frankly worried it would leave me with no nail bed. She still charged me. Very disappointed.
