Gorgeous nails by the tag team of Vincent and Lisa! The team is incredibly kind and always checking in on me to make sure I was happy with my nails. I showed them a picture for reference and they went straight to work. I did a walk-in on Saturday around 11 am. They weren't outright busy but they had 2 customers plus me. I had GelX done cut to almond shape. My reference photo is tagged with the owner who did them. (I dont claim these designs) I wanted something for the January month. I didn't like the star design so I kindly asked Lisa if she can just copy the middle design over to the ring finger and it totally works! And Lisa was great at changing design up for me. Some critical notes though. There are some larger gaps on my thumbs I didn't notice but as the day went on I can see them more obviously. Like I can see obvious mail on the sides. The fit of nail is smaller. No one would know unless they are taking my hand and pulling it close to their face. I also didn't realize they weren't going to clean up my cuticles. If I did I would have done it myself. Overall still very gorgeous and Lisa and Vincent were so nice. 8.7 out of 10. I might actually go back to give them a second try

The staff here are genuinely nice and friendly, which I appreciated at first. However, the pricing felt very misleading. I was quoted one price and then charged something different without a clear explanation Customer service is pleasant on the surface, but the lack of clarity around pricing makes it hard to trust. I've only ever painted my nails with regular polish before and was always hesitant to try gel or Gel-X nails because I worried they might damage my natural nails. With a trip to Disney coming up, I decided to treat myself and I'm so glad I chose the right place! This salon is very close to CSUF making it a great spot for students who want a quick, quality manicure. Even though I showed up pretty late and they close early on Saturdays, they kindly squeezed me in. The service was excellent and the experience was a solid 10 out of 10. My Gel-X nails turned out absolutely beautiful and gave me such a confidence boost. They lasted a whole month, which was impressive. I ended up soaking them off myself after one popped off during a wave crash at the beach. Overall, I highly recommend this place for their amazing service and gorgeous nails. That said, as a college student, getting Gel-X nails regularly isn't the most budget-friendly choice for me but for a special occasion, it's totally worth it! read more

I don't usually leave reviews but I had a bad recent visit with Vincent at Galaxy. I've been coming here for the past 4 years for mostly pedicures and an ocassional acrylic set. Ruby has done my nails in the past but I was disappointed with Vincent. To start, during my set he kept using his personal phone at random times. It was start and stop various times which is unprofessional to just use your phone. Although there was other nail techs there without clients, he would still answer calls and ring up other clients while still working on my set. He also gave me a weird attitude because I wanted oval and not almond like he suggested. I've come here and the past and done oval no problem with Ruby. The reason i'm leaving the review is because he charged me $70 for this short french tip after another person left a review about being up charged only $10 for french making it a $65 set. He even replied to this review saying "no one has complained about our prices before" and broke down the price point of a $55 full set plus $10 french making it $65 total. When I asked him about the pricing he said french was $15 although he confirmed french was just $10 a month ago on this app. I paid in cash and he again gave me a strange attitude for saying I wanted all my change, why would I leave a tip when your service didn't earn it? Don't get me wrong, the set looks nice but customer service is important too. read more

Go somewhere else this place overcharges. This place has had 3 names in 4 years. The owner charges wayyyyy to much and the quality of the powder for acrylics is so poor the nails lift within 2 weeks. Then when you bring a child for a pedicure, they charge full price. The owner double books appointments so be prepared to wait at least 20 min. We started going to VIP Lounge you get wayyyyy more for your money. They offer Foot Jelohh and it's the best. You can get a pedicure, callus remover, and the Jelohh for cheaper than a basic pedicure at this place. You will thank me later. EDIT TO OWNERS RESPONSE Yes you absolutely changed the name. And if you would learn to read I stated ... WE NOW GO TO VIP LOUNGE AND THEY OFFER JELOHH.... I never said that was the name of YOUR business. My daughter and I actually were going to you for 3 years. And you just make up how much you want to charge for child's services because it varied normally being FULL PRICE. The only one who is fake here is you! You OVERCHARGE and DOUBLE BOOK and UNDER DELIVER!!!!! So this is not a smear campaign this is the truth. Sorry you cant handle it. Maybe learn how to read and start there. CUSTOMERS DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO VIP LOUNGE!!! Thats where we go because we no longer go to Vincent. He over charges and double books. Staff was friendly. Nail designs came out beautiful! Just the glue wasn't good, two nails came off instantly less than a week of having it on and funny thing is, its so difficult taking gel x nails off, but these all came off so easily. I got GelX, under the nail there was thick glue visible. My finger nail burned so bad, got a ring of fire. Never had an issue with my go to spot, unfortunately the place I always go to were fully booked, this place was my last option. I had high hopes but sadly they were not met. And i am so happy that I decided to do so. Nancy did my Brazilian and was very detail oriented and quick. She used the hot wax and paper method with small sections. I appreciate the small sections she did! The salon it self was very inviting, beautiful, and relaxing. I have been going to Legacy Nail Salon for about a month maybe 2 months and I couldn't be more happy with them. Every time I go in there they welcome you with open arms and make you feel good. The quality of work just keeps getting better each time I go. Usually when you go to the same nail salon after awhile the work slowly get worse and worse and you get disappointed all the time....right? Or some times it's good then the next time it's bad. Lisa is hands down the best nail tech I've ever been to! Her shaping is absolutely amazing, and her artwork is always flawless. She takes her time with every set and makes sure everything is perfect before you leave. You can tell she's incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about the quality of her work. On top of being unbelievably talented, Lisa is also the sweetest person. My nails always look beautiful, last for weeks, and never break. No matter what design I bring her, she executes it perfectly. I went in on a recommendation from a close friend. The salon was very clean and beautiful. I wanted to soak my acrylic nails off and go to gel. The owner of the salon recommended that they just make the acrylic thinner and shorten my nails, and allow the acrylic to grow out so my nails don't break. The lady doing my nails was very sweet and did a fabulous job! My nails feel and look great. Definitely going back, espcially because when I was paying, the owner told me that if anything happens to come back in and they will fix it no charge. Only $21 for my nails... what a deal since they did such a great job! read more

My co worker showed me this place and we've been coming here for the past semester for our fills, design changes, and gel x!
