Mike and MBF fulfilled all of those requirements from the get-go. I messaged Mike through his website and he texted me the same day to schedule a consultation. He also took my college student budget into consideration when helping me choose my package, which helps so much. His warm, motivational energy had me ready to start the next week! I would've started that day except I didn't have much to eat. That's another thing I love about Mike - he pushes you, but also listens when you're not feeling great. He never jeopardizes your safety to rush things or try gimmicky exercises. I hated exercise my entire life up until I started here. His system is simple and starts with slow changes, which made it so much easier for me to adopt it without falling off.
