I submitted quote thru Yelp and I reached out to two other bidders out of six. Mr. Arsen was really pleasant to talk to, he has the know-how to make sure things will go as smoothly as possible. I would have been in deeper trouble with another contractor who I met was also nice, but not nearly attention to detail as Mr. Arsen. After initial consultation I mainly communicate with project manager Lika. She is an excellent communicator, although I never met her but due to complication with landscape of my property to elevation of adjacent property, from our endless back-and-forth to fulfill city's requirement, Mr. Arsen and her were very helpful with providing documentations. Demolition and construction were estimated to be 2 days. It took about 8 working hours to complete removing and installing 50 feet of vinyl fence. I'll be inviting Gaga to come back for another fence installation which will need custom fabrication from his team so that the fence is leveled throughout. Last Sunday, within a couple hours of the initial message, Arsen came to my house to give me an estimate. The following day, I was emailed a contract and after getting more estimates that were at least $200 more than GAGA, I signed the contract. They wanted to complete the project ASAP but had to wait due to the rain. Arsen showed up right on time and finished the project within 4 hours. After getting multiple quotes that included removal of the existing fence, I decided to go with Gaga and Mr Arsen because of the positive reviews and their competitive pricing. You may be wondering why that would be the case and it's because Mr Arsen did the work himself with an assistant and didn't outsource it to other people.
