One star is still too generous for this dishonest shop. I wasted $200, and my phone ended up in worse condition. Initially, we agreed on a price, and I dropped off my phone, expecting it to be ready in a few hours. By 5 PM, I hadn't heard anything, so I texted the guy, and he said he was still working on it. At 7 PM, I went to the store, but he was nowhere to be found. The next day, I returned, and the guy asked for an additional $40. Since my phone was already there, I reluctantly agreed. When I picked up the phone at the end of the day, it had a new screen and seemed fine. However, the next day, I discovered the camera wasn't working when I tried to scan a barcode at a gas station. I returned to the shop, and the guy "fixed" it but cracked the back cover and asked me to come back in two days. When I got home, the camera was broken again. I went back, and the guy still didn't have the cover and couldn't fix the camera. He even claimed my camera was broken before, which is absurd, given I had been using it for years without issues. Additionally, there was a big gap between the back cover and the phone, allowing dust and water to get in. He blamed this on the battery. This guy not only took my money and damaged my phone but also treated me like a fool, offering excuse after excuse. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. Avoid this shop, and please report them to the Better Business Bureau if you encounter similar issues. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life!!! When I went to get my laptop screen fix they told me 2-3 days after 2 months i demanded my computer back. They made up every excuse why they couldn't give it back. Finally the manager called me and told me they had lost it. I dnt know how this happens ‍. He said he would replace it and wrote me a check for $550 only for it to bounce at the bank!!! Please save yourself the headache and pass this place up!!!! read more

Worst place in the Houston Area. The tech was barely awake and continued to watch TV with me in the store!!!!!!!!!. I had brought my Iphone 12 in to get the battery replaced. They ended up breaking my screen and promised to replace the screen with an "original" part. When I got the phone back, not only the battery did not hold a charge because they apparently used cheap replacement battery but the screen was not functioning properly either. Face ID not longer worked. The owner of the company, Adil, offered to buy back the phone for fair market value and issued a check baring the name of the business. The check bounced. He then promised to pay cash but never showed up and could not be reached by phone. This store is an absolute scam. Beware! I am now filing a criminal complaint for issuance of bad check among other things. read more

He was supposed to fix SIM card tray. I went and got a new SIM card and then Amen had the nerve to say I didn't know how to put the SIM card in. I want my money back . This place is unprofessional, unorganized, and unfriendly. I have now been there three times to pickup packages from Wish and left empty-handed. They have piles and piles of packages with no organization and can't find anything. The "tech" is always on his phone and barely speaks to his customer. He then walks in the back and flips a few packages around to "find" what he's looking for and comes back blaming Wish for not delivering, despite the package being registered as arrived 3 days before. I have no idea why Wish continues to use this place, since they've now had to refund me three times, and I suspect I'm far from the only one. Absolutely ridiculous business process and I would never, ever allow that lack of professionalism to handle my tech equipment. read more

Came in here to fix my iPhone X's screen. However, there was a hardware malfunction and because of that, I told the man to reassemble my phone back. Later on, I notice that all the screws on my phone were missing. If you're going to assemble my phone, assemble it back right. This place is a bit of a scam. read more

Would not recommend this company for fixing your cell phone glass. After some quick searching online the customer service representative behind the counter said it would be $100. Mentioned another company was willing to do it for almost half that price and his response was that they were probably using cheap products for the repair. I mentioned they had the same products he had on his hangers on the wall. He gave a smile and I asked for my phone back. When I got the phone back, I asked if he had any specials to help reduce the price and he said no. read more

Repaired my Iphone 6S and replaced the missing parts' that I didn't even know was missing from the last repair place went to. After replacement, I found a small defect in the screen in which he took a look at it & replaced it immediately. Really good service, fast, and explained what was wrong with my phone as well.
