Attended a mini pizza party at a friend's house for Sunday football. We tried the buffalo chicken, cheese, and Margherita. My favorite was the Margherita. The crust is nice and thin and toppings and sauce were just right. However, I was having pretty bad acid reflux after having too much pizza + wine that night!

Absolutely the freshest most delicious pizza I have tried in a long while. Flavors mix well. And afterwards you don't feel as bloated. Absolutely recommend to try Gaby's Pizzas .. especially the Bruschetta (yummy!). Service is also friendly, neighborly .. with a smile. You can't go wrong here.

Gaby's is a very solid, new-ish pizza place. I ordered from here on a Saturday evening and it was ready very quickly. There is some seating space inside, not very big but seems comfortable enough. We got takeout: large margherita pizza, a veggie calzone, rice pudding and cannoli. The margherita pizza is delicious, I really loved the sauce. Usually I find margherita pies to be rather bland (in fact I just had that issue the day before from somewhere else) but this one was perfect in terms of salt levels. I only had a bite of the veggie calzone but my fiancé raved about it. He got it with mushrooms and black olives (but you can add up to 4). As far as dessert, the rice pudding was really yummy! It was more along the lines of Central American style (with lots of cinnamon) but the cinnamon didn't seem too overpowering which is great. The only thing that fell flat here was the cannoli. The cream was on point but there was something really weird about the shells. It tasted like it was cooked in some really bad oil or something. It was probably just a fluke though.

So just ordered a cheese and ham calzone, now normally you would or I would expect for $13.95 a nice large ricotta, mozzarella with ham calzone that has a side of marinara sauce. Well as you can see by the pictures instead I got a flat small barely any ricotta cheese very little mozzarella cheese and almost no ham! Plus I received vodka sauce not marinara sauce. I'm sorry sad and disappointing. You have lost our business.

This is a top notch place. The owner is a very genuine person and he has excellent staff. The food is of the upmost quality. I hardly visit the same restaurants and this is my now my sole pizza place to be at. Every item I've had there has been very good and the service is second to none. I love coming to this place and have yet to be disappointed. This is a breath of fresh air in a market that has many cookie cutter pizzerias. If this is going to be the new wave of restaurants then I'm all for it. If you want a taste of delicious food and five star service come here. If you want to spend your hard earned money in a place where you will get the best possible product, this is the place.

This is a honest review! Found this place new near me I decided to try Ordered Stuff shells Three slices of pizza with pepperoni and onions Two slices of Sicilian with pepperonis Buffalo wings Chicken francese came with salad instead or pasta Now why would I order all this food and you send me a small 3 inch piece of bread with such a big order? AND why would a restaurant serve me bullshit frozen wings? Terrible and salty. The pizza sucked too. I winded up giving it to my dog, and she didn't even like it!! Tostinos frozen pizza had more flavor! Because I feel they are new in town they offer nothing outstanding than any other pizzeria around. Talk about putting your best foot forward to make an impression on new customers! They only thing that was decent was the chicken francese, but that's cuz I had no choice to eat it. I paid 58 bucks for garbage! I don't mind paying, it's what I got in return. Crap don't waste your money!! Plus the sauce was very acidic. You know how that goes! Never again!

Really great pizza ! The First time I went there I had a Hawaiian whole pie and it was delicious ! I go there all the time with my coworkers since we work around the area .There's really great service . I'm also a big FETTUCINI ALFREDO AND SHRIMP Fan I tried their's and it's probably one of the best I've ever had. Its fresh , flavorful and delicious (Must!!) ; from now on when I go there every single time it's the only thing I get I definitely recommend all of the pastas from the Gabby's special to the Shrimp scampi :beyond superb ! Whether you're going there for lunch ,on a date ,breakfast or dinner this place is they will not disappoint I definitely recommend it and I'm and I will spread the word about this place to everyone!

I am so disappointed. I read through all the reviews and had high hopes. I just received my Sicilian pie and it's awful.... the crust is rock hard and separating from the cheese ... since there is no sauce ‍

Penne Bolognese!! So good!!

So so happy to have such delicious food so close by my house. The pizza is amazing, the crust is nice and crispy and it's all very fresh. The owner and staff are extremely friendly on every visit. My favorite thing to order is the penne bolognese, blows the neighborhood competition out of the water and they always put extra cheese on top for me;) I love Gaby's! Highly recommend!

Vodka shrimp platter with zucchini, ricotta and mozz

Updated review** this place is literally awesome! Our family orders from here pretty frequently and they are great with all kinds of requests. Over the weekend we ordered food and had to make it keto friendly for some family members and as always the staff was very accommodating and the food was delicious and super cheesy!

Grumpy's Sourdough Pizza Co. 522 Saddle River Rd…read more Saddle Brook, NJ 07663 Hot Honey Heaven Grumpy's Triple Threat Multiple people have reached out to me and suggested I explore this locally owned pizzeria located in the heart of Saddle Brook. As I entered the parlor, it is a hole in the wall with minimal seating and no AC unit. Regardless that it wasn't fancy, I still had a very gut instinct the quality of their pies was going to be on the money. When I arrived a weekday afternoon to place my order, the cashier informed me there will be a 40 minute wait. For the fact that the wait is this long indicates there are in demand and their pizza is top quality. I also saw framed plaques along their table counter showing they received positive media recognition from The Record, northjersey.com, and bestofnj.com. Hot Honey Heaven: I was initially skeptical about the appearance of this pie because it looks kind of messy. However, I took a single bite and was immediately hooked. This pie was topped with pepperoni, crispy chicken, and ricotta cheese. Mike's Hot Honey was generously poured over the top. It has a combination of sweet and spiciness. I never anticipated honey would enhance the flavor of the pie; I wish I requested an extra cup! Grumpy's Triple Threat: Named after the restaurant, this pie is prepared with pesto, grandma sauce, and pink tomato sauce. The sprinkled parmigiano reggiano added a nice touch. I especially liked the artistic appearance. The three colors were visually appealing, especially with the swirls of pesto. All pies are prepared with their signature sourdough pizza crust. Each slice had a perfect undercarriage and a firm crunch. Customers have the option to bake the pies may light, medium, or well-done. I chose medium because a majority of the customer base prefers this style. As a bonus, Grumpy's offer complimentary crust upgrades. I opted to add garlic butter brush; the outer crust edge was literally brushed with hot, garlic-infused butter. While it is common to throw away the top portion of the pizza, the upgrade is definitely an incentive to eat the crust. San Marzano tomatoes are the primary ingredient for the sauce. It's not overly sweet and has a light tang. This pizzeria is geared for take out, but there are plenty of benches only minutes away at Saddle River County Park. You can enjoy your pie while admiring the beautiful scenery of the park. The parking lot has limited spaces, but you can easily find a spot on the street. Grumpy's may be a hole in the wall, but the pizza was outstanding. I'm really exuberant that I had a pristine experience exploring sourdough crust for the first time! I was far from "grumpy" after dining here! #grumpys #grumpyssourdoughpizzaco #grumpystriplethreat #hothoneyheaven

A heads-up if you're driving: parking can be a little difficult. There's a sign pointing to parking in the rear, but the lot is pretty small. You may be better off parking on a side street and walking over. I went just before the lunch hour, and the line was already out the door. They were also getting plenty of phone calls, so they definitely seem to have a busy business going. As for the pizza, the taste was good overall. The dough was a little tough and seemed possibly overdone, and the type of cheese they use made the pizza feel a bit greasy. That said, I'd be willing to try it again. Next time, I might skip the personal pie and try a different size or style to see if that makes a difference. Staff were very kind!!!! * I didn't see any slices on display, but people were ordering by the slice.

The pie was loaded with ingredients. I especially liked the crumbled sausage (as opposed to large random chunks) and the dollops of tomato sauce throughout the pie. It does have a thicker crust than your typical pizzeria but the crust was crunchy, while still remaining soft and airy. This may be the best pie I've eaten in a while, especially since the structure had the integrity to hold up all those toppings - it wasn't soggy at all, like a lot of pies with that many toppings tend to be. We did eat it at the pizzeria though, fresh out of the oven, so that probably helped. Prices are reasonable too. A regular slice is only $3. I'm just sad that we don't live closer. We just happened to be in the neighborhood running errands and we found Turvino's. If I'm ever in the area again, I'm definitely going to check out some of their other pies. It was nicely cooked with a thin crust and the right amount of char on it. We ordered iced teas with it, no alcohol because it was a work day, but everything was good and our waiter was quick to refill our glasses. Glasses. We asked to change the TV from a Spanish-language soccer broadcast to something else since none of us could follow along. Simple request, but the manager seemed put off by it. He handed the remote to a young bartender, who struggled with it for a while before handing it back to him. Instead of just asking what we'd actually want to watch, he put on baseball -- never asked, never checked in, just picked something and moved on to chat with what looked like regulars at the bar. It came across like our comfort wasn't really a concern once he'd "handled" it. Service issues aside, the real letdown was the attitude. As I was leaving and pushing in my barstool, a waiter dropped a can and some silverware near my feet. I told him not to worry about it, nothing got on me -- and the manager, who was nearby chatting with another regular, chimed in with a dismissive "no harm, no foul." Not exactly the tone you want from someone managing customer relationships. The food is fine, but the way this manager handled two small, easily fixable moments left a bad taste. A little more attentiveness and basic customer service awareness would go a long way here.

I would say the buffalo chicken was the favorite, especially since it is different from buffalo chicken pizzas I've had from other pizza places. Here, it was a creamy buffalo sauce that replaced a traditional plain tomato sauce and not just hot sauce drizzled over a regular chicken pizza like in other pizza places, and it tasted pretty good. Plain and chicken cutlet were pretty good but not outstanding. To quote another reviewer here, I am no pizza expert, so I cannot offer a more detailed critique. That being said, even their plain is a bit different from many other pizza places and it may even be to the preference of some, so credit must be given where it is due, and I believe it is due to their sauce and crust mainly. To taste a bit of a different pizza is refreshing and enjoyable. And the owner of the restaurant (at least who I presume the guy behind the counter to be) seemed very nice to me also, so I believe they are worth giving a shot. In conclusion, Two Guys is an underrated pizza place that is quite deserving of the business it gets.
