I purchased two ResMed CPAP machines from iSleep in Las Vegas in December 2025. During the sales…read moreprocess, I informed the technicians that I split my time between Las Vegas and Singapore and that the machines would primarily be used overseas. Everything worked fine while I was in Las Vegas. However, once I returned to Singapore, I noticed the usage hours were being recorded incorrectly. For example, after 8 hours of sleep, the machine would only show about 2 hours of usage. Since compliance data matters with CPAP therapy, this is not a minor issue. I contacted iSleep to ask how to adjust the time zone and was referred to their Clinical Services team. After explaining the situation, I was told they knew what the issue was but would not assist due to company policy. I escalated to a clinical supervisor who was polite but also refused to help or even attempt to find a solution. These devices are less than two months old and still under warranty. Refusing to assist with what appears to be a simple configuration issue -- especially when international use was disclosed at the time of purchase -- is disappointing. I was also told the time zone could be changed in the app, which is not accurate. The initial sales experience was smooth and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, post-sale clinical support was a major letdown. If strong after-sales support is important to you, I would think carefully before purchasing equipment here.
