Skip this place if you ever want to receive your medical items. The first manual wheelchair I received broke within a couple uses. I contacted MedMo and the person said they would "have to see" if it was in warranty. I kept following up and luckily they brought me a metal framed wheelchair, versus plastic frame which easily broke. Even the delivery man said it was common for their plastic wheelchairs to break. Not sure why they keep giving them out. I got insurance coverage, went to PT to be evicted for an electric wheelchair, did every single correct paperwork with one of their fantastic workers named Matt, got the pre-auth from my insurance and even a second medical record from a second doctor stating I need an electric wheelchair. 3 months go by with no word. Then four mos, then five. Turns out Matt doesn't work there anymore. They passed me off to another worker called José who apologized and promised they would follow up on my order. José told me I would need to do everything over as they lost everything they needed. PT notes, doctors notes and prescriptions, all lost. I offered to obtain the records and give to them & José said it was not necessary. 3 more months go by and I contacted Katie who said 6 people walked out on the company and they had no way to handle orders anymore. It's been over a year now, and now wheelchair. What a joke. Go with literally ANY other medical company if you want your medical equipment delivered. This company has ZERO follow through. They will NOT return your voicemails and your medical equipment will fall through the cracks and you'll never receive it. What a waste of time. They should never have allowed Matt to be let go. He was so stellar, going to my doctors appointment and PT appointment with me. You know there is something majorly wrong when 6 employees walk out all at once. read more

Rude people!!! expensive and Rude. I wanted to get my 95 year old father a new scooter. After looking at scooters on line I knew what the prices should be. I do not mind spending a little more for customer service. We negotiated a price then when I said I was using care credit. They said no and went up on the price. Very Rudely. They said if I should just buy it online if i did not want to pay their price. Went back to look at oxygen machines. I walked in and there were 2 employees. Manual said nothing about reset and when I called them, their tech said nothing about reset and came out and charged me $49.95 to unplug it from the wall socket, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in causing the transformer to reset so it would work again. When the chair was delivered the gentleman was rude & short. The charger wasn't left l; being we just moved when called told us it was here. Unfortunately it wasn't I am the only able bodied person in the house so it took me 2 weeks to go through everything. I completed that yesterday no charger...so drove 37 miles each way. Went in was given a new one. I thought that was nice until I got my husband in the car & went back in. I asked the lady to see if she happened to have a copy of his rx for drop foot as she was looking & said his name the store manager came out & said "drop foot" and proceeded to walk like he had drop foot. Making fun of a disabled person when that the business your in is uncalled for & hurtful. So it makes me wonder what he does to other disabled customers when they leave. I didn't want to tell my husband because he's having a hard time accepting his disability but I was crying by the time I made it to the car. He's blessed he's not disabled so he doesn't understand what it does to a person. But being in the business of selling items for disabled people he should have some compassion. read more

My mobility scooter "died" after I got far inside a casino on Saturday night. My husband had to push it (no easy feat) out of the casino and to the parking garage at the far end. We were trying to figure out how to get it fixed on a weekend. Most places are only open Monday through Friday. My husband found two that were open on Sunday. The first call said to leave a message, so he called the one much further away. The phone was answered and we were told what to check before we drove all the way there. Well, the issue was more than what we were able to do, so we drove out to this shop. The person on hand ran tests and was able to fix it without our having to leave it. And he didn't charge to fix it. We were here (out of state) for a couple business meetings. Our regular shop near home has never treated us so well. Excellent customer service here at Mobility Mo. Horrible place! I bought 2 attachments for my nebulizer. The girl asked "mask or mouthpiece" & I said mouthpiece. I looked at the package & it looked okay. But when I got home, it was the mask & not the mouthpiece. There's a tiny mouthpiece that attaches to the mask so it looked like it was the correct one. I opened both packages to check inside them. I brought them back today & the 2 managers were pathetic! They refused to exchange both since I had opened them. I did not use them. They exchanged only one & tried to "sell" me the other. I took the one exchange & they didn't even give me back the one I paid for!! Very nasty guys! While I was in the store, another man came in with a complaint & they didn't want to help him either. That was until he yelled "You won't see ME in here anymore". Immediately they took him to the back to talk to him & I'm sure they worked something out with him. Maybe I should've yelled or maybe they discriminate against women. Started off on a good note. I was looking for a blood pressure machine and needed to separately purchase an XL cuff because a cuff that size doesn't come with the machine. The young lady who helped me was polite and knowledgeable. I asked her about bringing it back if the cuff or machine didn't work for me. She assured me I could. When I brought it back two days later, I at first dealt with an employee who became rude and obstinate in the face of common sense. Ultimately he could have cared less what my problem stemmed from, nor did he offer a solution or even a compromise. When I asked to see the girl who sold it to me, he told me that wouldn't matter, she's below him, and his decision is final. He told me to take my machine because we were finished. I asked to speak to the manager. He said he's around but he's busy and told me I could wait until he's finished. This employee made zero attempt to go get the manager. Finally the manager came out from the back. His demeanor was calm and informative. He explained there is no return policy and said it's posted all over the store. He turned to point to the many signs and had a hard time finding any until he found one on 8.5 x 11 paper on the front of a counter. Again, there was just one sign. I told him I didn't look right at that spot when I purchased the machine. I added that his employee, wearing a company shirt, representing the company as a sales rep told me this purchase could be exchanged or returned. I accepted her word. He apologized that that's what she said and refused to refund or exchange. I asked him why, after an employee tells a customer something, they would ever look around the store to see if there's a posted sign that contradicts what the employee said. He had no answer. Ultimately they valued the one sign's message, which any customer may or may not see, over his own employee's word to the customer. I will give the manager credit for showing me how to switch an attachment from one cuff to another. But I will not do business here again because of the very rude employee who was obstinate and dismissive. read more
