We decided on a specific bed that needed to be ordered, and this is where John absolutely saved the day. With only one day's notice, he delivered a temporary bed directly to her facility so she could come home as planned. He didn't just drop it off--he set it up, made sure the sheets were on, added a fall pad, and ensured everything was ready and safe for her arrival. When our ordered bed comes in, he'll even swap it out seamlessly. Customer service like this is almost unheard of anymore, but not here. That being said, it was easy to find and they were able to provide us with a wheel chair so that my friend's mom could come with us to the Strip today. Their prices were reasonable too!
