So I have to give this company five stars. They really went above and beyond for our soccer teams jerseys. First they got them back to us right away. We are talking within 24 hours. The quality looked great. I ended up messing up and giving them the wrong spelling of one of the kids. They were able to remove The mistake and fix it while still delivering a quality product. The whole staff is very friendly and attentive. They have been a pleasure to work with and I plan on bringing back many more jerseys and ordering items for personal use. Thank you for your great work and Edward deserves a raise read more

I was very disappointed with the service I received here today. I placed an order for 12 sweatshirts and 12 shirts for our team spirit pack. I asked for our players last name and number on the back, with a couple of special requests for names. I recall two emails where I made sure to confirm the special requests would be included. Because of issues I had last year with another vendor, I checked each item of clothing to make sure things were done correctly. The special requests were NOT included (certain kids wanted nicknames) AND the sweatshirts DID NOT include the player's last name and number. Also, there was a misunderstanding of the type of color that outlined the logo on our clothing. Instead of apologizing for their print error, the manager, Michelle, said it's a "simple fix." My question is... why wasn't the accuracy of the order double checked before I picked it up? Now I have to take an extra trip to their location because of THEIR error. Regarding the color that outlined our logo... simply put, there was a discrepancy between Michelle and my interpretation of the color provided in my example. Admittedly, I agreed to the mock up provided thinking the outlined color would appear slightly darker when printed. My issue is how Michelle handled it. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding and explaining the inability to reproduce the order because of costs and labor, she didn't accept any fault in the matter. She said I should have came in and brought an example. While I understand her perspective, perhaps she should have suggested I do so. I don't know anything about this business, how colors translate onto clothing or the type of colors I should be asking for. If she cared about the product she produces for her customers, maybe she should have reviewed or made me aware of this. I expressed my opinions with her... told her that I'm unsatisfied with the product and I'm not happy to present this to my parents. She did not care. Very disappointing, especially from a manager. Why would she? She already collected our money. For anyone interested in player shirts and/or sweatshirts, I suggest you use a smaller business who care about their product and customer satisfaction... who are more concerned about the quality of their product rather than just getting the job done as soon as possible. read more

**Exceeded all my Expectations!** Service was quick, innovative, inexpensive and ran smoothly. I've received so many compliments on my daughter cheer box. It looks so professionally done and stands out amongst the group. I've been coming here since 2010 and have always been extremely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place for any creative project you're working on. If you want that extra touch of professional creativity, this is the place to go! Favian and Val were extremely helpful and very informative! This is my go to place for T shirts, banners, business cards, and now cheer gear! The possibilities are endless! Got one screen preburned and while screen printing the mesh got loose and messed up my design. That also messed up my order I had due. Truly disappointed because I paid over $60 for ONE PREBURNED SCREEN smh. Now I go to a different supplier and their screen never failed me once. So I'm happy I found a better option. Giving 3 stars is honestly me being very generous. I got 10 shirts out of one screen when I had 95 to do smh. read more

Absolutely can't recommend these guys highly enough. I worked with Xavier and Adrian who are quick, polite, and thorough. Had a number of print jobs done recently and I am beyond impressed. I am very focused on exact coloring and quality, so it's always tough to find someone that's up to par for my terms of print and artwork. They nailed it on every project I gave them, helped me out on short notice a couple times, and pricing is very competitive. I have worked with many large LA based company's for huge products and I will only return to G2 for all my printing needs. The customer service that was given to me and my company by both has been absolutely extraordinary! They went above and beyond! I look forward to future business with them and amazing quality work. THANK YOU!! Would recommend them to anyone. read more

I recently had my sons Doc band wrapped by G2 Graphics and I have to say they did an amazing job and offered excellent customer service! I dealt with Adrian and he offered great ideas to customize my sons doc band and listened to our ideas. You can see from his work that's his really good. They also custom layer an image on the straps which not too many places do. Give them a try you won't be disappointed! read more

Review long overdue. Please don't waste your time, I'm sure there's a smaller, kinder shop close by. I came in a few months ago to add a number on my shirt, I had called in before going, not only was the gal rude over the phone but when I arrived a young man came out and said someone will be with you shortly, I waited more than ten minutes and finally the rude girl comes out as if I was bothering her. I should've taken my business elsewhere at that moment but since I was in a hurry because my son had a tournament a few days later so I left my shirt. Not only was it overpriced and with that kind of customer service, I wouldn't waste my time. Be kind, it truly makes difference. read more

I love the work Favian did on my rear windshield. It is just beautiful. It's what I wanted and even more. I gave him my artwork and he was going to touch it up. However, what he added was more than a touch up. Because of his enhancements, I know my ad will get attention. Thank you and God bless you Favian!!! read more

G2 Graphics did an AMAZING job to do My teams Pennants! Megan helped me thru the process she was awesome, All the communication was done email which was a first for me and was a little hesitant about it but it actually turned out to be easier. What I loved about it is that if you don't like how they design it, you can modify it how you want and it came out how I wanted it. Good quality, good price, excellent customer service. Definitely coming back and recommend it!! read more

Fabulous service and very accommodating. Our son had a cranial helmet that was very white and super unattractive. G2graphics covered it with a fun construction site graphic that helped us appreciate the helmet rather than hate it. So many people at Disneyland stopped and asked us where we got our helmet covered since they liked it, we told them go to G2graphics! Our son unfortunately had to get yet another helmet due to a mess up in shape in the first one and we got another white helmet. G2graphics stepped up again and covered it within a day with a fun Mickey design so he wasn't walking around with a stark white helmet. We had so many compliments with the graphic and we couldn't recommend this place enough. Fast, helpful and provided just what we were looking for. read more

I went to G2 graphics because I followed them on instagram and I've seen their work. I don't regret it. I went for a very small job and I thought they'd reject it due to them mostly dealing w large jobs like wrapping while cars, but no, they knocked it out of the park. Adrian the co owner is the person that did the work and install.. his attention to detail was amazing but the best part is his friendly personality. Definitely recommend this place for all your decal and vinyl work. My experience goes to show there's no job to small or big for them. Will definitely return in the near future. read more

Wow what a shady store. Avoid going here if you can. I ordered 2 shirts and one tang top to have printing done on them. Long story short I walk in nothing comes out to what I wanted and the quality was terrible. On top on that the wanted cash. No Amex. Ha my ass so you can save the tax and not report it. Surprise they are still in business. read more

What a great experience! I had been looking for a place to have my son's DOC band wrapped in a 'vintage aviator' design and most sign placed I spoke to said they won't do that design...too difficult. Favian spent about an hour and a half with me working on the computer, designing exactly what I was looking for. He was super attentive and didn't rush me at all. I picked up the helmet a few hours later and it was awesome! Super happy! These guys were really friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend! read more

I have been doing business with these people for about 6 years, through 3 separate locations and I can honestly attribute my companies success to their efforts. I would not be able to do what I love every day if it wasn't for G2. Family owned and operated, with a clean shop and the ability to make anything happen graphically. They are straight up people with good prices and excellent quality products. Not to say over 6 years there have not been a couple miscommunications, but they were always prompt to correct any mistake and never left me anything short of satisfied with the products that I sell every day to my customers. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. read more

This place is wack and expensive!! Went there last time to get a sticker made and they said to fill out a form with my information and what sticker i wanted, and come back later or the next day to pick it up. i know they are busy but cmon doesnt take you more then 10 minutes to make a sticker ive been to other shops that do the same work and are way more busy then this place but still manage to do anything for thier customers right away! G2 Graphics goes above and beyond my expectations everytime. Gaby, Jose and Valerie have excellent customer service skills and are always willing to go that extra mile. I had a recent incident where I had order some shirts for my uncles Funeral services and I had confirmed the order to go ahead with the print. With everything going on I made a mistake and approved the wrong date on the shirt. I called them right away to inform them I made a mistake. Come to find out they had already started printing, so they had to stop the printer and start over. They went out of the way to find me 4 new shirts from the inventory and make up for the shirts that had been printed wrong. I am so grateful for the efforts they made that day and continue to do everyday. I will continue my services here at G2 because of the customer service, attention to detail and hard work. Thank you G2!!! read more

Just want to give a huge SHOUT OUT to G2 graphics and all their hard work, Adrian and Michelle set the standard when it comes to Customer Service not only was my order complete it was 100% accurate, They consistently go above and beyond when it comes to their customers they provide quality products and materials and it is definitely worth going to them even though their prices might be slightly higher you get what you pay for and quality comes at a price, if you would like to be tight ass I'm sure you can find a mom and pop shop down the street that will do it for $5 less. This is my 2nd time having stripes done with these guys (I forgot to review the 1st time) A few years back, I Had a 2012 Shelby GT500 needing a full set and they nailed that as well. I should mention that I've referred a few friends of mine along the way and they too have been happy with the graphic work done on their cars. What else can I say? G2 Handles Business. read more

Must Read!!! Grab some popcorn and read along. Simple, stay away!!! Especially from the lights of worker named Michelle has no common sense/customer service whatsoever. Those glasses ain't fooling anyone. She has made my experience at G2 a BIG disappointment! When i walked in they knew i was there but didn't ask me if i needed help, waited about 10 minutes before they came out from the back, all i hear is them in the back messing around talking about God knows what. I had a logo designed here and when finished I wanted to print my company logo on two shirts, & clearly told Michelle  that i wanted them printed on the right side of my shirt & must add i emailed them this exact information. I called them to print my shirts and she said it would be more expensive due to the fact that it had a lot of detail, so their designer would take some color off to make it less expensive. No call back from them, i called 4 hours later waiting for the designer to be done with it and she tells me that he had left home for the day. After that she tells me like if she was just about to call me back like "Oh i was going to tell you if you wanted to print them like that how it is" & I asked her what was the price difference and she ends up telling me its the same price anyway. I didn't say anything, told myself like wow okay what was the whole point for designer to take off some detail & wait more than 4 hours. Anyway so i said okay lets print them like that. So they printed my shirts and when i picked them up, the print was on the left side. Her response was "Oh, well it's standard on the left side for company logos, unless its requested to be on the right side." I was like ok like i didn't request it. Whatever so i left it at that again, they were already printed on the shirt, so in reality there's really nothing i can do i guess. I asked when they would be ready and Michelle told me she would call me when they're ready. For the record she never called me at ALL not once did she reach out to me. I showed up before they closed had me waiting for 15 minutes and brought me my shirts. After that i was done with them, as far as doing anymore business. I emailed the designer for the file of my logo and he said that it would be a $40 fee extra to take the whole file from them. I get to the store to pay the $40 but guess whos there again, Michelle. She starts telling me that it would be $150 fee to get the file, after she stop talking her nonsense, i told her that i talked to the designer & he said it was $40 and her response was just "oh ok" & continued to add more gibberish after that lmao like wow really trying to do me dirty. Paid the $40 i had her email me at 2 different email accounts and she also put the file on my usb stick i get home to check my usb, file isn't there & i didn't receive my 2 emails that i should have gotten. I called G2 talked to Michelle again, she got my email wrong when i clearly spelled it out for her & the designer already had my email on file since we were emailing each other over the design of my logo. I also must add that after all this i tried talking to the owner (Fabian) but the workers made it seem like he the president of the United States saying that he's busy like okay lol I confronted Michelle on the phone and let her know everything i wrote in my review & she just made excuses on excuses. read more
