All the people in here are coo very helpful. Have been going to them for a while now haven't had any major problems and if there was a problem they were quick to fix it. Have ordered stickers, beanies, banners, shirts, ect and all came out great. Overall pretty great service. read more

My friends have been going to this place for quite some time and speaking highly of it. So I traveled 45 minutes just to make a shirt, with high expectations, and I was not disappointed. They were very fun and it seemed customer service was their top priority. Definite 5 stars; would recommend. read more

Great customer service and quick turnaround! Always a good experience here. Seems like no job is to small nor to large for the staff.

All around professional shop. Shirt looks amazing and was done a day early. Not only that, but Fabian, Adrian, and the whole G2 Graphics staff are the best. They love what they do and it shows in their work. This is my go to for anything graphics related. See you guys soon! read more

I've been dealing with G2 Graphics for several years now and have always had great products come out of this shop. Valerie, Megan and Gabby are always great to work with and very helpful. My car club gets all of our t-shirts, stickers and banners from here so there is many times when we need things right away and G2 always seems to come through. read more

My team loved the banner. It was exactly what we were looking for. I submitted my order on Saturday afternoon and my banner was done by Tuesday. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall a really great experience. read more

I called to make a banner and they were super help full and answered all my questions. I called on a Monday and they told me my banner would be done on Friday. They started on it Tuesday morning and I got a call on Wednesday saying it was ready for pick up!! They were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. read more

I would definitely recommend this place for sport banners and tshirts. Both Michelle and Jose kept me informed of every step of the process. They provided good customer service. read more

G2 Graphics was amazing from start to finish. Gabby and Michelle were awesome! They have great customer service. They provided tips on how to save money. I created my on design with their online web design. It was very easy to work with. Very user friendly. Once the shirt was designed, it was just a matter of going over everything with the lovely Michelle and working out any loose ends. The shirts were exactly what I wanted. I was short a couple of shirts but that was my fault. I called Michelle and she quickly helped me and printed out the shirts in one day. Just in time for our yearly Light the Night Walk. Thanks G2 Graphics!! I will always be grateful for the amazing service your company provided. I will definitely continue using your services. Wishing your employees and company the best always! Amazing service and fair pricing. We brought in about 25 shirts and were told they would be done in 2-3 business days. They were done in 4 hours and look perfect! Thank you so much! read more

The customer service here was terrible. I went in with my daughter to order a banner for her softball team today. There is absolutely no parking here, so after struggling to find a spot, we went in. There were two women working there and the one closest to the door just looked me up and down and did not acknowledge me until I said some thing to her. She looked totally annoyed that I was asking about how to order a banner, and told me that I should have brought the graphics with me or that I should have made an appointment. She said all of this while talking very...slowly...to ...me. As if I were an idiot. Really? I said never mind, and as we left my seven year old asked me what was wrong with that woman and why she talked to us like that. Even my seven year old knew rudeness when she saw it. What a joke this place is. Never again. read more

I wouldn't give it 1 star.... I sent my branding files for business cards on a Thursday and I was promised them for the following Friday. This seemed like a rather long time for business cards. However, I was referred to a guy names Adrian. Anyhow, I was given a call on Monday and was told that there was an issue with my branding artwork. I resent the branding files and never received not one call from Adrian who is the designer. When I originally visited the place and asked for Adrian he did not want to come out to see me. I was told he was too busy. This seemed odd as I was referred to him. I went against my better judgement and decided to give G2 a shot. What a waste of time. I called on Friday the day the cards were supposed to be ready for pick up and a young girl said that there was still a problem. I asked to speak to Adrian again... I was on hold for about 10 minutes and this young girl came back to the phone and said he is busy... Honestly, I work in a Customer Service oriented line of work. If I gave this type of service I would go broke. Needless to say, my deposit was sent back via mail. I will never do business with this company and will let everyone know to stay away from this company. This review is intended to help anyone who is considering working with this company. BEWARE~!~! read more

G2 Graphics has Really bad customer service. The people working have no customer service training or knowledge of how to approach and or talk to customers. Walked in and waited and waited while a guy sat there and giggled with a young lady who I know was not there for business till some one in the back finally says do you need help??????? I said yes and they said be with you soon. Waited waited. Time is money. I will do my business elsewhere. read more

I had my vehicle wrapped and my experience with them wasn't great at all. Their work is not amazing the wrap is lifting. They struggle to make deadlines and are unprofessional. They will still make you wait when you have a set appointment. Good prices but be prepared to have a headache. Not worth the low prices. read more

Worst experience my company has ever had with a printing company. They "offer" quick turnaround for DTG. That's a lie. Their dtg machine "broke" 3 times and took them about a month to print 50 sweaters which was supposed to take 3 days. Also ruined a few of my sweaters so I had to use my time and gas to go get more for them to print on. The dtg work was so so at best I would recommend any one looking for dtg work to stay away. Didn't use their screen printing so no review on that but if it's anything like their dtg work stay away read more

Customer service is horrible!! Ordered t-shirts to be screen printed and the end result was an absolute joke. The quality of the screen printing is extremely bad and it appears as though it is bleeding. If you are looking to have screen printing done I highly suggest looking elsewhere unless you're ok with a less than mediocre end result. read more

I cannot express how unprofessional this business is but I will try so you do not have to loose money or your time. I called G2 about making some custom shirts for the fire department I work for, called on a Friday and no call back so I reached out the following Monday. As a business owner I do not usually chase business's down to give them my money but unfortunately I did this time. When I finally got a worker to take my call "Gaby" I was informed that my custom design that a firefighter designed and has been on the wall of the station for 20 years would be on the shirt and completed the following Friday. When I called on Friday to pick them up after driving in from another state I was told that the designer was out sick and they would not be ready. She said I should have told her it was important and then she would have known to call me and tell me about the delay. Some members of my team will be gone for months and this was my only chance to give them the shirts. Anyways she told me they would work on a new logo and have it done same day. When I came in to check to the logo I was horribly shocked when it was a crude clip art version of the custom hand painted design I sent in. Gabby told me she wasn't an artist and I should have known liberties would be taken with the design. I did speak with a manager after that cared a little but could not fix the problem. This place is unprofessional and will not meet deadlines. There are 100's of other option please reach out to them. Updated after the owners response. This is not the case Adrian, the manager offered to print a crude clip art design that was not even close to my design and have it printed after I had already left the state. I came in to pick them up on the designated day and needed to give them to my crew 3 days after that. The poor design would have been late. I was assured by your staff that they would be ready by the pick up date. There was no communication error on the date needed Gabby told me when they would be ready and when they were not she blamed it on a designer having an emergency. The date I needed them was agreed upon when your business took my deposit. And for the free tee shirts I text your associate back and stated if they were free I might as well get them shipped over to me Gabby replied back sorry we are busy over here. Never heard another word about it. read more

I normally don't right reviews because I know some people can have a good and bad experiences with an establishment, however, first impression is a lasting one in business. I took in 15 work shirts on a Monday morning to have my name embroidered on them, and the lady who took them said they'd be ready on Friday. When I went to pick them up on Friday evening on my way to work, the lady asked me "well did someone call and say they were ready"? I said "well no, YOU told me they'd be ready today". She said that if no one called, that means they aren't ready. "HORRIBLE customer service!!!" I said well when I dropped them off you never said you would call when they are ready, you asked "is Friday good for me", and I agreed. Well, the shirts were not ready and she said to come get them on Saturday and someone would call when they were ready. This time I waited for them to call, and guess what, NO ONE ever did. This place maybe a great place to take your car, but the worst place if you want to get shirts made or embroider. I'm not sure if this is a rare occurrence or not, but like I said, first impression is a lasting one in business and the lady at the front desk was not even apologetic. She act as though I should have known if no one called, then they weren't ready. Tomorrow will be 8 days since I dropped off my shirts and I'm going to get them regardless if they are finished or not. I can't rate quality because I have not seen their work, but if it's anything like their customer service, I may be in for a rude awakening. So for now I'm giving customer service (which is HUGE in business) 2 star because maybe it was just an off day. read more

We were here to have our baby's DOC band wrapped. Favian helped us out with the design. We came in with a pretty solid idea of what we wanted (we even brought a photoshop mockup). Im never the one to give a bad review but this needs to be known... This shop is totally unprofessional and under managed. Workers completely ignored me and other customers in the shop. I have been going to G2 graphics for years now. I started going to G2 to get shirts made, a few stickers here and there, but now I run my entire business through them. I have had the pleasure of getting to know the entire G2 family but I work directly with Gaby and Megan. The entire shop is extremely friendly and professional but Gaby and Megan are absolutely incredible!!! I send my orders to them via email along with a date that I need my products completed by. They always finish everything on time and in most cases, earlier than my deadline. As soon as my orders are done I receive a call from Gaby letting me know that I can pick them up. When I arrive to G2 everything is ready to go! I pay Gaby, I get my receipt and I leave with my orders. The entire process from start to finish is so smooth. The quality of the products and their incredible customer service will keep me as a customer for life. I would not be able to run my business without them. I am truly grateful for all that they do! read more

I am so delighted with my first experience with G2. We had a very complicated order for our Allstars and everything was done quickly, at a fantastic price, and exactly correct. The printing was vivid and beautiful, and the embroidery was spectacular! I must stress the importance of clear communication. I worked with Valerie via email for 90% of the time. She gave me tons of information, many options, and worked to get our items exactly to our liking. We had a variety of different shirt types, jackets and hoodies all with three different options for a blank back, roster, or player name and number. We also had hats, visors, and embroidered bag flaps. Without exception, our order was completed perfectly. I couldn't be happier with Valerie and G2 Graphics and will be using them from now on all year round. read more

G2 Graphics (in Covina) is the only company that I will ever use for any Graphic design work, printing, or anything related. They are the best, and I cannot recommend them enough! Not only are they the most reasonably priced, but they go way above and beyond to make each job perfect! I own several companies and have used them for so many things: Banners, Vehicle wrap, Printing, Signs, Magnets, and much more. We found G2 graphics online when searching for a company to wrap/design or baby's Doc Band helmet. From the first call and email the staff was very friendly and helpful. At the appointment we spent about an hour working with the designer to create a custom look. A few hours later it was ready to be picked up. The attention to detail was great. The designer seemed genuinely interested in making it look special. We have already recommended G2 to two other families needing their doc band wrapped. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND G2 Graphics!!! read more

This is the second time I have used G 2 Graphics, and they have done an amazing job. I called last minute for both jobs they not only did the job fast but did a great job. read more

Excellent business practices! I ordered tshirts for my sister's bachelorette weekend. I called them and spoke to Valerie. I emailed her the pinterest image I wanted. She responded with a quote the same day (very reasonable pricing).
