Multiple times, they rescheduled and even unexpectedly cancelled multiples of my appointments and it takes having to call them each time and very firmly telling them to not change my appointments (at least without reaching out to me first) for me to even keep my appointments. Then today, I receive a very aggressive, borderline threatening and unprofessional message from them all because I had to reschedule a couple times due to work and scheduling conflicts. I understand that rescheduling is not ideal for both myself and for the salon, but sending threatening messages is not the way to go about this. If I'm not able to keep my upcoming appointment, I'm changing this rating to a one star and will update my review accordingly.

I didn't feel much burn or sensation while she was putting on the lashes. I believe she took roughly 1.5hour. It's been a week and the lash retention has been great, I only saw a few has fallen out. The retention has also been amazing. If you have sensitive eyes or hate that burning/watery-eye feeling from traditional lash extensions, UV lashes are honestly a game changer.
