I was even SCARED to write this review because of how TERRIFYING the staff was. Tony THE OWNER…read morecalled me and started YELLING AT ME OVER THE PHONE. They told me to come in but I DO NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL COMING INTO YOUR HEADQUARTERS AFTER THE PHONE CALL. I EVEN HAD TO BLOCK THEIR NUMBER BECAUSE OF THE HARASSMENT. So go on with your threats AND RELEASE THE UNTAMPERED version of the phone calls and footage of when I came in. They said that I was lying about the repairs that I wanted to get done. I have a physical copy of the receipt where Tony signs off on getting a repair done. Not a clean. If you can't fix my handbag, then don't say you'll fix it AND CHARGE ME FOR IT KNOWING YOU GUYS CANT DO ANYTHING THEN SAY THAT I'M LYING. Not only that, Tony and Kathy kept on going on about how horrible my handbag looked, to begin with. I brought in my handbag to get a tear fixed. And they didn't fix it. They said that "of course, it wasn't going to be fixed for $113". They were spewing lies saying that I was very stingy on price when I came in. They have footage of that conversation but refuse to release an untampered version of it. On top of Tony yelling at me, Kathy clearly didn't read my e-mail and just stated that I was lying. I asked her what service I paid for if they didn't want to fix my tear and she couldn't even answer it in the call. She was saying that they did nothing to my bag... even though I paid over a $100 for a service? I just got scammed. After that TERRIFYING PHONE CALL FROM THE STAFF, they told me to come in. I wasn't going to come in because I'm SO SCARED after that phone call. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE COMING IN AGAIN. I just opted for a full refund of $113 but they are only giving me back $90 because despite the physical evidence (receipt and bank statement) they claim that I only paid $90

I was honestly surprised of the detailed quality of cabinets and moreover the thought rendered and engineering of each cabinet. Virtually every aspect of putting the cabinets together were thoroughly thought through and made assembly a breeze All that said New Age Customer Service were phenomenal. Think of it, a customer service department that not only answers emails but actually thinks ahead and makes recommendations to better the experience. I actually was asked if I'd like a refund for an inconvenience. The customer service are as phenomenal as their product line. This was my first purchase but assure you it will not be my last. I'm now looking at their outdoor product line. New Age has set a new and very welcomed standard that other retailers should follow.

But my contractor could not install it due to some unforeseen circumstances. When we opened the boxes months later we noticed that the refrigerator was missing. I did not expect anything from the company since it was my fault most probably that I did not check the shipment correctly or the refrigerator was stolen or something else. I still contacted with the company just to ask them if they could check if they sent the item. They checked and confirmed that it was sent. But surprisingly they sent me a replacement free of charge as a compliment. The customer service by BHARATI was very timely, effective, courteous and responsive. She called me and sent emails enough times about this ticket and for other purchases I placed later and a couple delivery problems. I don't know about the products' quality or durability as they are still not installed but I am very confident if I have further problems the company will stand by their products. Overall, great company, greater customer service and greatest representative.

We got phenominal customer service from every person we interacted with in the store. Every single person was friendly, helpful, and was able to answer all of our questions. We love our furniture and are very pleased with our purchases. The only thing we've been unhappy about is the warranty. We asked about specific damage being covered, and we were told that pet damage is covered. We adopted a puppy who nibbled on some of our furniture. When we called to have repairs made, we were referred to an outside vendor, Ashley doesn't do the repairs themselves (we hadn't been told that). When we contacted the vendor, they told us only some pet damage was covered. So if my dog peed all over the couch that would be covered, but because she chewed the arm that was not covered. That was very disappointing because we had been led to believe we were covered. We could have saved that warranty money and then used it to hire a reupholsterer that Ashley won't provide.

I hadn't been to an Ollie's since I was in Nashville nearly two summers ago. This store has plenty of parking. I had no problem pulling into a spot fairly close to the entrance and walking in. You can score some cool deals here. It depends on what you are looking for and need. I was here before Easter. There was some good deals on candy and chocolate. I'm sure that it would have been even cheaper after the holiday. I spent a lot of time in the housewares sections. Reusable straws. Frying pans. Tongs. Silicone cookie cutters. Pretty much everything was there. The quality is decent for what you are paying for. I liked some of the quirky items like Yummy Can Bacon where you can cook bacon strips in your microwave. I also liked an LED soap dispenser to make washing your hands more enjoyable. You can save a lot on food. Cereal was cheap with brands like General Mills. I saw a lot of canned items, such as soup and peas. There was a spill in an aisle. A female staffer was sweeping a powdered detergent mess. It did smell nice as I walked by it. Staff are everywhere, but they left shoppers alone. Nice! The book section was cool. Phone accessories were next to it. It was cool seeing wireless chargers and phone mounts for your car. I will always have a soft spot for steering wheel covers at Ollie's. I got one at an Ollie's in Nashville and still use it. It was nice seeing a variety of them at this store. If you are on a budget and like deals on pretty much everything under the sun, you want to come here. It's best to sign up for a free Ollie's Army account. You can get digital coupons and save a bit more. I enjoyed shopping here. I got my fix before I headed home. I hope to drop by again when I'm in the area. (156)

The installation team documented the issue and confirmed that a replacement console would be sent. Four months later, we are still waiting. Every time we call, we're given a different ETA and told that an "investigation" has been opened. On the next call, there is no record of any previous contact--no notes, no updates--and we're forced to explain the situation all over again. This cycle has repeated multiple times with no resolution. Based on this experience, I would never purchase from this store again or recommend it to anyone. If something goes wrong, you are essentially left on your own. That appears to be their business model, judging not only from my experience but from many similar customer reviews. To make matters worse, they refuse to send follow-up emails or written confirmations after customer service calls, claiming they "don't have access" to customer email addresses. This conveniently leaves customers with no written evidence, making it much harder to file a formal complaint with a consumer protection agency. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

This wasn't a cosmetic issue -- I have health problems that make it physically difficult and painful for me to get on and off a bed that high. I called the store five times over six weeks and sent multiple emails -- all of which were ignored. It wasn't until I threatened a credit card dispute that anyone at West Elm finally responded. Their solution? Either wait another four months for a full bed exchange or return the bed entirely for a refund. Neither option was acceptable -- not only because of the inconvenience after already waiting months, but because returning or replacing an entire bed frame over a small error like this is incredibly wasteful. I highly doubt they'd resell it, so it would likely end up in a landfill. All I ever asked for was the correct legs -- a simple fix that should've been resolved quickly and professionally. Instead, I received terrible customer service, no accountability, and zero concern for the impact on my health or the environment. I expected better from a brand that claims to be sustainable and design-conscious. I'll never shop here again.

Two years later, the steps were cracking and splitting so we had Chris come by this March for comment. He said it was the manufacturer and quoted a replacement cost which we thought was strange because the faulty stones were from his supplier and he should stand by them and not have us pay. We had him quote on some other work we wanted him to do including building another flower bed and creating a garden around our pond. We got the quote and asked him for more details. We then got an email saying he got a big job and couldn't do any of the jobs for us this summer. BUT GET THIS ...... Today (October 19) we went to their garden centre and picked out 8 trees to buy and get delivered. After they typed in our phone number, the guy who was helping us pick out the trees immediately went to the back office and shut the door. We knew Kim was there because we saw her. A few minutes later he emerged and said they were having computer problems and they'd be in touch to organize payment and delivery. Once we got home, we got an email from Kim: "I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WERE IN TODAY AND PICKED OUT SOME POTTED TREES TO PURCHASE. PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT BE SELLING YOU THE TREES" To which we replied: "Hello Kim - could you inform us to why?" Nothing back from her. WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. NOT ONLY DO THEY NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR LANDSCAPING WORK, THEY HOLD SOME GRUDGE THAT WE DON'T UNDERSTAND. Back in March, the meeting with Chris was pleasant enough - we talked about our dogs and his new dog, then SILENCE. Then 7 months later they won't even sell us anything ..... WHAT GIVES WITH THESE PEOPLE? By the way - we also bought some trees a few years ago from them and some of them also died.
