Had some initial discussion through their website and email with Jamall. Then I just walk in, told him what model and color I want, confirm the price and discount. Paid a $500 deposit, 6 month later I picked up my truck. Before I picked up, 80% of the work can be done through email exchanges. I think Sales prefer it that way too. I only had to be in the dealership for about 1 hour to pick up my truck, just to sign a lot paperwork and verify everything. Only down side is, Ford right now only offer 5.5% for 48month even with good credit unless you are buying something no one wants like a Mach-E . I can't comments on service/repair yet.
