In fact, I was looking to buy a new car so I didn't have to think about any random mechanic shops for a hot minute, but I was impressed with this team and their culture. I'm not sure how to transition into this, so we're going to dive right in. Through experience, I avoid business people interactions, and I stay away from the dealers like the Black Plague. I'll always try to get a Toyota and over the years there's been enough times where I've picked up on the passive remarks and feeling like I should apologize to the service staff for my foreign car's being foreign [insert a lot of attitude here.] I'd take my car here if I lived in the area. They were knowledgeable. They didn't "assume" instead they preferred to use clear communication and respond with sincerity. Thanks, service team.

My sister recently took her car in for a repair and our lovely, involuntary, state inspection. Not only was the service fast and efficient, but the prices were so low I thought I was seeing things... and I probably was, but that's my therapist's problem. Anyhow, when we told them about a weird noise the car was making, they replied, "Oh, that's just the ghost of your old alternator coming back to haunt you." I laughed, they laughed, the car laughed, and then we stalled the car. All in all, I highly recommend Morrow's to anyone in need of some car TLC.
