This place may seem trust worthy but I promise you they're a scam. I had work done a year or so ago…read moreafter being sent here by the dealership under warranty,I had a timing chain fixed and after bringing it home it had a check engine light. I then brought it back and everything seemed good fast forward to now when I had to do my emissions. It was brought to my attention that my check engine light did not work and after bringing it to a shop I was informed that there was electrical tape covering my light. I have not had a single person touch or work on this vehicle until now so all fingers point to these guys so I called them. At first I just ask for the service report to determine whether they had record of my vehicle or not which they did and I even personally spoke with the guy who worked on my truck. But once I brought up the tape he immediately became defensive and kept saying I bought a used car it could have came from anyone when I brought the truck back to him with a check engine light. I also have this whole conversation on recording but Moral of the story I had to pay 200$ because instead of fixing the issues they used electrical tape to cover it up.

Worst Shop Takeover I have ever encountered honestly. I've had to take my truck to this shop…read moremultiple times because they can't seal the transmission for the work they do. Here's the story line... 1/30/26 I noticed there was a consistent leak they quoted me for a transfer case extension housing bushing, master pro bearing /seal transfer case output shaft seal, output shaft bushing remove and replace, transmission fluid, engine valve cover gasket set, valve cover gasket remove and replace for 1022.99. Had them do the work. On 2/3/26 the LEAK WAS EVEN WORSE. Take it back on 2/3 they gave me a new Half Rear Case (This is where the imperfection is that I'd told them about 100xs now). THEN... on 2/17/26 I had to have the truck towed back to the shop because the truck would not accelerate and the RPMs were going haywire. So they get it up to check it out and tell me the diagnostic is that the 3rd gear is missing and another transmission rebuild would be required. (This is the same shop that did the rebuild the first time mind you). So fast forward I did not have them completed the rebuild due to the chain of events. I have another reputable shop work on it, it's doing alright. Moving on to 09/2026 I go great it's leaking again so I take it to my new transmission shop. They gave a diagnostic with confirming UV dye that the half rear case eagle auto repair installed has an imperfection. So I take it back to eagle auto I walk in I say I want a new half rear case there's an imperfection in the one you put on. They say no no we will take a look and see what's going on. I said if this thing leaks after you give me this truck back you'll be dealing with a different person. So they only use more sealant and send me on my way and I already knew it was going to leak. Im not an idiot. So called them today 9/28 get on the phone with the dude and I'm pissed he goes bring it back and we will see what's going on... what's there to see huh? I already know what the problem is I want a new half rear case there before I bring it in. (Which I think it's quite fair at this point). I get stern and he cry's wolf and says I'm not gonna have you talk to me that way blah blah we're not doing the work (AND this work is guaranteed for a year....) I feel as a woman completely taken advantage of and not cared for at all and jerked around left and right by this shop after all the money I have spent there. Im sick having to get my truck worked on over and over. And the owner of the shop even said "Im sick of you talking to me like I owe you money" verbatim... how disgusting honestly I wonder how this guy would act towards a man if a man brought up their shops work to them.
