He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. I explained that I was closing on a house but couldn't confirm anything until I had ultimately closed. Jasmine worked with me for a number of weeks to courteously keep abreast of all the updates on the house and to find a convenient time to come out and survey the house which they finally did! When Caleb and his crew arrived, it was obvious his professionalism and ability were of the highest order as was DFW's customer service.
