I called this AM and Roy was able to come out within the hour to troubleshoot, provide us the info on the best options to repair this. We have had the springs replaced 1x with them before but the garage door does get a lot of use. He replaced all the other original parts with a new belt, the newest model motor with new entry pad & remotes, helped to establish the new app, made sure that everything worked properly, answered all concerns and provided fair pricing. Roy was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. The door is soooo smooth and quiet now vs the cranky sounding original that was installed by the builder. The second company said, I only needed to replace the motor and they balanced the door for an extra charge AI for what it's worth said some additional work should be done and that neither of those were correct Reliable came out and gave me the same recommendation as AI. I don't need to replace everything but there are things I should replace. Richard is a super nice guy even gave me some advice on self-defense when we got on the subject and his price is a reasonable. If there are any update updates, I will edit this review.
