Food was extremely salty, the service was subpar the young lady who took my order did not know anything about the size of taco which they sale per taco and did not know how help she also failed to mention that even though fuzzys makes and advertises alcoholic beverages, according to her they do not have a bar so you must mix and garnish your drink at a public garnish station. So good service isn't something to look forward to here either. Want super cheap texmex? This is your spot. We had enchiladas, tacos, salads, and a kid's meal. The food wasn't the best but the price point was very affordable. We fed our whole family of 5 for under $40 and the patio seating was enjoyable. It was nice to eat at a casual restaurant where the food reminded me of Chipotle but was a bit nicer on the inside. We had not been to Fuzzy's in a long time, but this place was very clean and quiet when we went. On our experience, there was a sign urging us to try the new flavors of margaritas. I asked the person taking our order to tell us more about the flavors, and he was unsure, so he asked another employee who wasn't sure either. Finally, we found a menu listing all the flavors, but they didn't have the liquor necessary to make them. The man eventually made excellent drinks for us, but it took some time to figure out what was available. The meal arrived barely warm. The beef burrito was decent, the rice was crunchy as if it hadn't been cooked through, and the chicken nachos tasted sour. read more

The restaurant is kind of rundown and when we visited on a Thursday at around 7: 30 pm, there were a lot of dirty tables. It wasn't busy at all, but none of the staff was making any effort to clean up. The food was decent except for the basket of crushed chips we were given with our luke warm queso. They have most definitely stepped up their game. Customer service has improved by a lot, and the quality of the food has increased (or at least become more consistent). We have had one or two hiccups the past couple months, but they have typically fixed it without hesitation. The only issue was one time a $5.79 bacon, potato, egg and cheese breakfast burrito ordered was mostly tortilla. It was a highly anorexic burrito, and it's ordered regularly and usually very fat (worth $5.79!). The manager on duty at the time didn't seem convinced that something was amiss, and left us hanging (and angry). He randomly showed up at our table about 8 minutes later with a normal version of this burrito, but offered no apology or explanation. It was awkward! read more

My first time here. Only redeeming quality was the soda fountain worked. Waited for over 30 minutes for food, no updates on order management was unapologetic. Kitchen seemed really unorganized and had no idea what they were doing. When food was served it was cold or at room temperature. The meat looked and tasted like it came from a can. Enchiladas looked appealing but the taste was reminiscent of canned food, served fresh out of a can, rice was undercooked and spicing wasn't mixed in properly. Taco Bell Drive thru would have been a better choice. Save your money and don't come. read more

So disappointed in the food. We ordered 4 breakfast Bacon egg and cheese tacos, 1 bacon egg and cheese burrito, and 2 kids meals. First food was cold even though I was there for pickup 10 minutes before they said it would be ready. But that was not the biggest problem. The food was just not good at all and I've been at many other Fuzzy's so I know what it's supposed to taste like. Barely and I mean barely any bacon in the tacos and no bacon in the burrito. I went for Taco Tuesday today. I read the sign that said that "Any Taco for 1.50 except for Fish or Shrimp Tacos". I skipped breakfast and was very hungry, so I ordered two breakfast tacos and two avocado tacos and a drink. I paid with a 20 and got back less that 8 dollars? I waited for my food. Once my food arrived. I took the time to look at my receipt and found out the Avocado Tacos were 3 dollars each. I went to cashier to show the mistake, because an avocado is not fish or shrimp. I went up to the cashier, who turned out to be the manager, while he was talking to another customer. I waited for a pause in the conversation and quickly told him that a mistake had been made. He looked me in the eyes and told me that the "Avocados are like 1.50 each, they aren't a part of the deal, pal" I was stunned because the sign didn't say this. I said "It would be better if that was spelled out". This guy looked at me incredulously and audibly huffed as if I had insulted him. Now I'm getting kind of angry. Not because of the money, but because this Manager assumed that I was trying to scam him out of some tacos. After talking to another employee, I found out that this guy was the manager and that many people are confused by the special. I went back to get my tray of food, that I hadn't even touched. Despite my hunger, I THREW IT ALL AWAY in view of the Manager, and put up my tray! I then waited in line to talk to the manager again and asked him about his reaction to my complaint. He said that he felt that I was getting "aggressive" toward him. Over some TACOs?!?!?! I was offended, he apologized and said that wasn't what he was there for. I calmed myself down and accepted his apology. But this interaction has haunted me all day. Here's the thing. I had been to this Fuzzy's twice before. I noticed that the television behind the counter is on the OAN network. This raised some questions, but I put it out of my mind because the owners have the right to watch whatever they would like. I have lived in Texas most of my life and understand how the political winds blow here. Unfortunately, today I realized that all my assumptions were correct. The fact that the manager felt that I would get 'aggressive' about the price of some tacos was quite telling. I noticed that about 4 months ago, someone had the same experience with the Taco Tuesdays. How hard is it to simply change a sign so that it is clear to your customers? I will never 'darken' Fuzzys door again. Changed the Review to 1 Star after not receiving any response from the company. read more

All Fuzzy's are not created equal! This one could learn a lot from the location in Lewisville. Here, the cashier isn't what you would call friendly... The portions are smaller... However the food is the same quality as other Fuzzy's. The difference may be apparent, taco Tuesday at noon... This Fuzzy's is nearly empty, while Lewisville is always packed. Well drive the extra distance to go to Lewisville the next time. read more

We stopped by for some icy draft beers and nachos. Sadly the nachos and queso were only slightly warmer than our cold beers. The queso was just not edible at that temp. I asked to have it reheated and one of the guys just gave me a new cup of queso. But he missed the point, it was just as cold as the first one. I didn't bother to try to get it warmed again. Their was only one other occupied table while we were there and several employees working. However the bathrooms were very dirty, as was several tables and the floor. We like their breakfast so we usually put up with the poor customer service. Today, we called in an order that only consisted of 2 tacos and a burrito. When we opened up the food to eat, it was completely wrong. We ordered 2 potato, egg, bacon, and cheese tacos and 1 burrito with chorizo, egg, potato, and cheese. Our order we received was 2 chorizo, egg, and cheese tacos and a burrito without potatoes. The guy that took our order had a terrible attitude per usual. This is highly disappointing.
