Took over 2 months to get an engine in my car, sob story after sob story on why they took so long that my naive self accepted. Was patient, kind, and what happens 3 months later with the engine they put in? Every dash light lit up. Engines ruined. Thanks for scamming me and my sister out of 4k. And to top it off they removed my big fan of human rights sticker right off the bumper as an added 'F U' and tried to tell me it was just peeling off. Same sticker on my husbands car and its holding up just fine. This is what you get for trusting people who act like they're there for you but they're clearly not. Do not trust this place. Really really was hoping I didn't have to write a review like this but I am not letting people continue to take advantage of others. Said they would make up their extended timing by doing breaks for free and the emissions testing. Really sold me at first but can't say I'm surprised the engine is failing conveniently right after the warranty. This was supposed to be my sister's first car and I really thought I did the right research and found a reputable place but I guess you can't trust anyone anymore. Really really saddened by this situation. I truly thought they were kind people but just another auto tech scam that deletes any negative reviews (I've seen some posted and they somehow get removed so I'm sure this will conveniently disappear eventually, but I promise you I will continue to tell the truth so someone else isnt scammed and lied to.

Here is why, these guys are HONEST mechanics not interested in ripping people off. I know, you may find it hard to believe. Finding an honest mechanic is like finding an honest spouse or business partner, once you've got them, you never want to let them go! I was in there this afternoon after having troubles with one of my vehicles, certain that I needed at least a new starter and possibly more. Not the case, upon their diagnostic check they found there was an issue with a sensor, they reset it, re-diagnosed to be certain, tested it and everything was gravy. The best part was they didn't charge me a dime! Nothing, nada, zilch! Not even for the diagnosis which they initially quoted at $99.00 and I had agreed to pay. Even better than that, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. If you haven't found your honest mechanic in this life, fret not, hope is alive, for now you have! These guys are the real deal and have gained a customer for life.

Debey's Service is located right on 9th street. Or is it 9 1/2th Street? Kind of hard to tell,…read moregiven the odd way the City of Greeley has handled the inter-inter-intersection of 23rd Avenue, Ninth Street (one-way), Tenth Street (one-way) and Tenth Street (two-way). Someone should talk to them about the lack of coherency and consistency in the quality of street-planning. Despite the confusion and the odd angle at which it is set, Debey's seems always to have plenty of customers. The number of returned customers alone tells us something about the quality of the work. Furthermore, I can vouch that the owner is not one of these types of mechanics that wishes a robot would deliver the vehicle to be repaired so he wouldn't ever have to talk to people. Martin Debey is a friendly fellow, doesn't make you wait an inordinate amount of time, and so far has priced his work competitively. (That means, they are not too expensive.) Also, if something doesn't quite work out, say a repair is made, but the vehicle still shows signs of the problem or of a problem that might be related, Mr. Debey doesn't hesitate to take the vehicle back and work on it again until the problem is solved. We've had better luck calling ahead and making an appointment. That probably makes their lives easier, too, as that way they don't have twice as many cars handed over for repairs on Friday as they do on Monday. All's fair in love and auto-mechanics. But you should still play fair in both places. Good work. Good service. 2013 03 31 - I am updating this to five stars, because the service we have received several times, since the above review, has been outstanding!

I could not have been more happier with going to Scott's, from the first phone call with Bradley and working with Carson, they provided nothing short than some of the best customer service I have come across in a very long time. The staffs willingness to take my vehicle in within the week to perform the task was just awesome, you rarely get that anywhere here in Phoenix, and so that alone told me a lot, because an inspection fee is typically not much but it requires time, so for them to drop what they were doing and perform what was needed AND to the detail in how they reported their findings was world class and utilizing current technologies to illustrate the checklist of items needing inspected, was awesome! I wanted to fly to Greeley to ensure the X5 upon sight and feel was the car for me, but instead of just going to the dealership first I had to thank the staff and meet Bradley and Carson, and that I did, and they were true to their service over the phone, two very nice people and class acts all the way. I want to thank both of them and the staff that worked behind the scenes to provide that peace mind and giving me that green light to purchase a vehicle that was safe for my family to travel in, and all I have to say is YOU GUYS ROCK!
