This is my first time using Alto and I would DEFINITELY use it again! The delivery driver sat through a ton of traffic coming from SF to Dublin and still had a smile on his face! Greatly appreciate it! read more

Good news / bad news. The bad news is their automated system leaves something to be desired. It can be misleading in that it allows you to order things and arrange delivery when in reality they don't physically have them. What's worse is it waits until the last minute to tell you they don't have them. Specifically in my case it was Wegovy and it has taken as long as two days to be told they don't have it. If there is any doubt about availability, call them. Don't rely on the automated system. The good news is the service is efficient and convenient so long as there is no doubt with regard to availability. read more

The service is great. Prompt delivery. However, I wish there was a way to check pricing before transferring a prescription, because Alto is almost double what I paid somewhere else. read more

I've never heard of this pharmacy but was so impressed this weekend! I got a prescription from doctor Friday afternoon and received updates about the prescription being ready by Saturday morning. The price was very reasonable and FAST delivery was available got FREE for the very same day!! My package arrived safely and promptly. read more

Unbelievable service. I got my medication within one day whereas express scripts took weeks. I am so grateful to Alto.

Great service! My review is for their free same day/next day delivery service; I have not been to a retail location. ! I had an out-of-state mail order pharmacy that was preferred for my insurance plan, but the delivery time varied wildly and orders were sometimes confused. Alto not only delivers rapidly, their base prices are slightly cheaper (in my case) and they automatically apply coupons where possible, making them $40-60 cheaper for some of my prescriptions. Highly recommended! One thing, you have to sign for the delivery, but you can schedule the time to be sure you are there. So far they have always delivered in the chosen window. read more

The service provided is always excellent. They let you know the time it will be delivered and then you can track it - The drivers are always super friendly. read more

Alto has been a huge time saver with a smooth process. It's far better than our local pharmacy or mail order prescription service with the same insurance coverage. I'm so happy my doctor suggested them when prescribing a hard-to-find medication. Plus they include a caramel with each delivery. I always forget about that and it's a fun bonus when I open the package. read more

Fast, friendly, always pick up the phone, happy to hear from you and give great customer service. I wish I knew about them sooner. Their delivery service is always free. read more

Excellent phone assistance with refills. Great staff. Excellent hassle free delivery of medicines. This service is time saving, reliable (consistently excellent over 2 years) and very convenient. It's amazing on how detailed they are with letting you know how far away from your house and the exact time medicine was delivered. I try to wait till I have more than one medicine but if you just need one they have no problem delivering just one medicine! That's great customer service.. The envelopes they use are secure and non descript so you would never know prescriptions are inside.. They offer online re-ordering or automatic refills but I prefer to call in my refills. Glad I use this pharmacy! I can't praise them enough. read more

I have been using Alto for about 4 years. Always a reliable service and cordial service when you call. I feel Highly supported when calling and discussing meds or deliveries. I highly recommend Alto! read more

They only put 2 small ice packs for my need to refrigerate medicine. When I received the package the ice pack is warm and I can no longer use the medicine. It's 90 degree out there!! They refused to replace it. Instead they asked me to pay again. Very bad customer service and shipping. read more

I have nothing but positives to say about Alto. I got my prescriptions transferred, delivered and all other things sorted out in less than a week. Way to go Alto and the Alto team. read more

Service is great, I particularly like the ability to text (though response has become slower compared to before), prices are good, too - but *please* stop sending me plastic junk like "shotblockers" with every shipment - I received two this time, one from the compounding pharmacy, one from you guys. I tried it once - it doesn't do anything more than what one could do for oneself by pinching one's skin. read more

Great website and service. The online messaging system is prompt and keeps you updated on the upcoming deliveries. I no longer have to deal with brick and mortar pharmacy, standing in line being on the phone and waiting for somebody to answer the phone. read more

Had NowRx. Lived them. Transferred to Alto. Needed medication urgently. Took 3 days to deliver. Spoke on phone to Alto, made SPECIFIC delivery arrangements. They did not follow delivery instructions. App said medicine was delivered. Could not find delivery. No way to contact in app. Called, insane hold time to find out medication was delivered to leasing office instead of to me at my door. Attempted to resolve with supervisor. Told: "You are not a good fit for our business!" Miffed that a business, especially one providing a critical service like prescription medications, would not work with customer to resolve issue/make situation right. Just tell customer: "You are not a good fit." With as much money as I have spent there this is horrible. Going back to big chain pharmacy store. At least I know where my medicine will be. Insane, just insane that a business would tell a customer they are not a good fit! No such thing as customer service. I miss NowRx. read more

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Alto Pharmacy. The first time I was told they would supply the diabetic supplies and I asked where they were located, I was told San Francisco and San Jose. My first thought was "Oh heck no!" I have to go there to pick them up? Them my doctor told me, they will deliver to your home by 9pm tomorrow. I thought "How great is that?" Sure enough , the text message came that it was on it's way and we got it by 8pm. You bet I transferred ALL the prescriptions I previouslyl had at Walgreens to Alto. It is GREAT service and always on time. I havep prescriptions. Thanks Alto !!! read more

Great service! Delivered next day and within timeframe committed! Recommended pharmacy!

Excellent service. Same day delivery. Responsive pharmacists, very supportive. Flexible and fast.

What a great experience! I was having trouble getting a prescription from Walgreens (they don't regularly carry it). Got a text from Alto, and the prescription was at my doorstep a few hours later, and for a much lower cost than through Walgreens as well! read more

My neighbor kept suggesting I try Alto and after all the staffing difficulties and irregular pharmacy hours at the Walgreen's I'd been using, I downloaded the app and set up my account on Wednesday. I called my clinic to change my preferred pharmacy to Alto, and placed my first prescription order late Thursday afternoon. My medications were delivered on schedule today (Friday) by courier. No repeated phone calls, no miscommunications, no wasted trips or long waits at the drive-thru. It was fast and seamless. I'm very satisfied. read more

Alto pharmacy represents a state of the art when it comes to providing fast and reliable home delivery of my medication. I feel empowered by my ability to have what I need when I need it. If there is a way to keep the cost of my medication down, this pharmacy will find it. I even enjoy the access to their wonderful app. read more

I asked my doctor to send my prescription to Alto. The process went smoothly. Registering my new account at Alto app was super easy. Alto's staff was very professional in answering my questions as a new customer. I received the first delivery today. The medicine was packed very well in a thick envelope. No damage to the packaging. Labels were clearly written. No missing item. Delivery was completed within the specified time window. I was able to track where the courier was using a real-time app. Courier followed my instruction to leave the package in the safe area. Alto charged me half of the cost I used to pay at my previous pharmacy. Thank you, Alto. read more
