You should be embarrassed with the customer service you guys provide. I was supposed to receive a delivery on 7/5/22. No one came or called. I checked the app and y'all just moved my delivery to 7/7/22 without me knowing. I called at 12:01pm on 7/7/22 and asked why it was moved. She said she had no clue. She did not see any notes or comments. I told her I will not be home tonight for my delivery and to change my delivery from signature required to leave at my door behind pillar. I also requested to speak with a manager and still have not heard back. At 6:08pm I called again because my app still showed signature required. The agent said disregard that because on her end it said leave at door. At 7:27pm the driver called and asked if I was at home. I said no and just leave it at my front door. She told me it said signature required and could not leave unless I sign. So, I signed via the link on my phone. When I got home this evening the package was leaning against my front door. The notes clearly state leave behind the pillar. This was an epic fail from start to finish. DO NOT CALL ME AND APOLOGIZE. I DO NOT NEED TO HEAR YOUR BS APOLOGY. JUST FIX THE ISSUES read more

My specialty pharmacy didn't carry Pregnyl, So I had to look for a cash pay specialty pharmacy. When I checked with four other pharmacies Alto had very competitive prices and was easy to order from. They also applied coupons automatically and the price for my medication ended up being cheaper than what was quoted over the phone. When I decided that I wanted to use them, I simply paid for the medication on my Alto account. I was able to choose a day with a time frame for delivery. They delivered within the time frame and my medication included a free sharps container written instructions along with a QR code linked to a video on administration of intramuscular injections and a complimentary caramel chew. Would recommend this pharmacy because of their efficiency and eagerness to help their clients. read more

I was undergoing fertility treatment when my Dr called in a last minute urgent prescription to Alto, which was absolutely critical that I take that evening. I was not familiar with Alto so I called immediately, at 4pm. Maya answered and walked me through the entire process: informing me that if the order was placed by 5, it would be delivered that evening. I had a few registration issues which she quickly resolved. She was so helpful, encouraging and even provided coupon savings options that reduced the cost. It was the best customer service I received in years! And my prescriptions arrived that evening. They were accurate and on time. I will definitely be using Alto again. Thanks Maya, you really brought sunshine to a journey that can be so trying. read more

Very responsive customer service and will go above and beyond to ensure they service and meet or exceed your needs. Alto is knowledgeable, reliable and efficient and quite resourceful. At the time of servicing my Rx request they processed initially with insurance and then informed me of a manufacturers coupon that would significantly reduce out of pocket costs. I was messaging their support team and responses were efficient and they kept an open dialogue exchange, going throughout various times of the work day getting back to me, at least until my order was completed. Courier service added a personal touch and the notifications on lead time were in sync with reality read more

I am new to Alto, and so far have been impressed with their prompt communications and the intuitive website. However, similar to other posts here, the experience with the deliveries was not good. The first deliver was perfect. The second delivery (today) was not. The driver delivered it to another nearby street (same house number), and fortunately the owner there did not accept the package. Eventually, I was able to locate the driver wandering around the neighborhood. I am hoping that Alto keeps track of which drivers are good, and not rehire those unable to follow directions. Otherwise, Alto has been a great business for me! read more

Alto is by far the most efficient pharmacy I have worked with yet. I have a busy inpatient and outpatient practice but over the last few months, they have been handling a good portion of my inpatient practice discharge process. The accuracy of medication reconciliation and tracking patient's medication usage has been extremely beneficial in the discharge process. The delivery of discharge medications to the bedside before patients leave the hospital has made for a much smoother discharge process for patients and clinicians. Pharmacist Brittany Ulrich has been instrumental in facilitating this. I highly recommend Alto. read more

always amazing! even if there is a delay they are so quick to tell me! they are just the best out there! I'll be moving soon and we will be moving out of the coverage zone and they still will send our medications threw fed ex it's 2 days shipping but honestly there so good I don't expect to have any problems at all so I'll wait the 2 days when we do move. please make the outskirts of Huntsville in your area. please I will stay with you because I love you but it would be nice to have the same day option when we move so I don't have to take asap meds to another pharmacy. read more

My friend told me about this pharmacy, which she loved so I decided to try it when I was having trouble getting my rx from my local pharmacy. The process from getting my rx switched to Alto and then getting it delivered the next day was seamless and so easy! I loved getting messaged right anyway with whatever was needed that could hold up the process (address, CC info, etc) and getting informed when delivery was expected and on its way. I don't think I will go back to ever using a regular pharmacy. My husband is ready to get his prescription moved over here too! read more

I've always been skeptical about using a delivery service for my medication but push came to shove and I gave it a go. Not only did Alto Pharmacy save me HUNDREDS of dollars on my prescription - they were on POINT 100%! I was told exactly what time my delivery would be delivered and it was at the EXACT time they said. So I've already made arrangements to have all my medication transferred to Alto after one interaction. That's impressive! Also, big thanks to Ana, the delivery driver, for her part in all of this. Thank you so much! Very satisfied customer here! read more

Wow, I have never known a pharmacy company to be so easy and also deliver to you with so much care. I've been a Walgreens/CVS customer for a very long time and I didn't realize I was settling. Alto pharmacy is the Gold Star standard of Pharmacies. They delivered my medications without me having to physically go to a store location, kept me updated with when and where the delivery person and ETA of my medications. The App is user friendly and has an appealing layout. So glad I was introduced to this company, I will be changing my pharmacy to Alto Pharmacy. read more

Super happy with Alto Pharmacy's ease of use app, prompt communication and awesome delivery service! My one and only complaint is that (I was told via their app chat) they are not filling physician's orders for Ivermectin, which is a crucial and fundamental therapeutic, desperately needed in the ongoing fight against SARS-CoV-2. If you really want to be a game-changer, Alto Pharmacy, fulfill these physician orders and intervene on behalf of the patient...Thousands are in need and will be forever grateful clients. God bless! read more

As a Medical Director of a Local Rehab Hospital, knowing quality work starts from having quality staff. I have had multiple interactions with the lead pharmacist, particularly about the services offered that could potentially benefit our facility. The most important thing to me is quality work and timely deliveries for my patients, which they have demonstrated a clear and present plan to meet and exceed my expectations. I have walked away very impressed at their plan and look forward to a future partnership. read more

I can not thank Alto enough. they were able to get two very expensive medications to go through my insurance that they were not wanting to cover. One of the medications did not cost me anything after they found a discount card for me and the other one is only costing me $25 a month. The medication is delivered to my house. Their communication is awesome. They let you know the status of the process every step of the way. I can not recommend them enough. Best pharmacy service out there. read more

I had my first delivery from Alto last week... such an amazing experience... not only was my new prescription taken care of but they also took care of transferring my other medications from my old pharmacy creating a streamlined process... I did not have to worry about coupons as they took care of that and saved me a lot of money. The convenience, support and cost savings is unlike anything else...I will never have to wait in long lines again... Highly recommend Alto Pharmacy read more

Alto pharmacy has their own App. It is very easy to use and you can ask your questions via direct messaging. They helped me find the lowest price for my medicine contacting my insurance company and using a discount coupon. Delivery was on time and very convenient with messages letting you know when the driver is arriving (my medicine requires signature acceptance). Overall a very positive experience and I be using Alto Pharmacy again. Thanks! read more

Must admit I was skeptical at first because I am a die hard "CVS girl". After trying them for a few deliveries, I am hooked! So easy to set up account, scheduled my med at 1:30pm and was surprised to see I could receive it that same evening. Great service and I love that I can track my delivery as it is coming to my house. It is up-to-the-minute and motion by motion. It's really an Uber for Pharmacy! I will surely transfer ALL of my meds now! read more

As someone having chronic diseases, I can definitely Alto outweighs other pharmacies in terms of caring for their patients, showing respect, and excellent communication and service! Usually, many companies' actions do not speak louder than their words, unfortunately. However, Alto says "you rest" and they really try their best to make their patients rest and they take care of the rest. Highly recommend it! read more
