Online photo print ordering system says done today (ordered last night) and then phone calls from their stores saying "no paper" or "no covers" and then finally "no one here to finish it" after I found the location with the supplies (that's me, I had to find the right store). So, after I got one of the books (ordered 3, and only 1 got printed), I started calling Walgreens around the city for someone who knows how to do the binding. One said maybe but not likely - bring it by and MAYBE we can do it (Hilcroft store). Another (THIS ONE BELLAIRE) said sure we can help!! Thanks for saving the day Giovanni!!

The pharmacy on the other hand is so unprofessional, unorganized, and overall rude. There are some nice employees but it is just an absolute mess. They never respond to prescribers in a timely manner, if they don't respond, they will just act like it is not their job to fill these prescriptions. As someone who needs daily medication, they are the worst people to work with. I have been coming here for a decade. Every 90 days I am reminded why I want to change pharmacies. You usually find cops patrolling through this massive Plaza at night so be careful if you don't want to see cops. It's open later than most of the other stores and used to be 24 hours. We got what we needed although it was expensive, so I guess we're grateful for that much.

I had gotten my passport photo taken at this location on 7/20 with a 95% guarantee by the photographer that it would not be rejected. This was my second photo that was rejected by passport agency. I had to send in both photos to passport agency since first photo was not received. I showed manager Chris my photo documentation with passport photo + receipt as well as documentation from passport agency that it was rejected for blurry, pixelated photo. I went to Walgreens and spoke to Chris manager and they would not issue refund bc I did not have a physical photo copy even though it would be destroyed anyway. I showed all my photographic documentation and still was not issued refund of overpriced $16.99 + tax. I was told to call customer service to obtain refund when phone number is not even available on receipt. There was no offer to retake passport photo or remedy this failed service in any way. Worst customer service and has delayed my passport renewal already a month + wasting time obtaining and sending new photos. I have already paid for expedited passport processing to see aging relatives and this has already ruined this planned overseas trip. I recommend Walgreens retrain their managers and employees in customer service as well as passport photography processing. I am more than frustrated with the major pharmacy chains in my area(CVS, Kroger,and esp.Walgreens)!!!! The pharmacist in most of these stores exhibit zero compassion!!!! The ladies at Well Lake are so refreshing. They care for the patients' health instead of the profit! The pharmacists at Well Lake are care and are very knowledgeable. The added bonus with the pharmacy is that they fill your prescriptions while waiting! After being at the Dr.'s off for hrs and feeling horrible it is a huge relief to know it takes just minutes to fill the medications. I pray this pharmacy get the business they deserve in order to remain open. I know my husband is a physician and neither one of us recommend anywhere else. In fact, I got the pharmacists' business cards and displayed them in my husband's office. I hope this review helps and encourages people to trust this pharmacy.

When I call they know exactly who my mother is. She's not a number to them. One time the pharmacist personally drove my mother's meds to her assisted living place. Another time the pharmacist called to alert me that someone was trying to collect information from the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS). Apparently my mother "agreed" to take their survey but he knew that I am her power of attorney and she was not in her right mind to make that call. I am so grateful to this pharmacy.
