This is ABSOLUTELY the worst walgreens I have ever been to. The staff at the front of the store are VERY sweet. The pharmacy on the other hand is so unprofessional, unorganized, and overall rude. There are some nice employees but it is just an absolute mess. They never respond to prescribers in a timely manner, if they don't respond, they will just act like it is not their job to fill these prescriptions. As someone who needs daily medication, they are the worst people to work with. I have been coming here for a decade. Every 90 days I am reminded why I want to change pharmacies. Took 10 minutes to do a return, then had the audacity to say "well, that's how it is" when asked to explain why they are not honoring their own prices. Gone are the days of an experienced, amicable pharmacist. I am so done with this pharmacist. Always unfriendly! Walgreens told me they were closing at ten min to 6. It wasn't 6 pm yet. Don't tell me you are closing ten minutes before the time. I just left urgent care and came straight to this pharmacy. I got a text my prescription was sent at 5:37. The pharmacist rudely said she received it "2 min ago," and flippantly told me to drive to the 24 hour Walgreens, which is miles down the street in Sat traffic, and I'm sick. I said I have a paper copy of the prescription, so I will just go to CVS. Another tech told me I couldn't because they already ran the insurance. After back and forth, the pharmacist raised her voice and just said she would fill it- like it was a huge imposition. Rude, rude, rude. It took her no more than two min to put the antibiotics in the container. I was out of there before 6 pm. Appalling "customer service." Universities seem to be churning out a new batch of callous pharmacists with zero interpersonal skills. She needs to do her job without an attitude. I've met awesome MDs with way better attitudes than this pharmacist. read more

What a great team member Giovanni is (photo Department) at this location. Three other failed Walgreens and poorly trained team members managed to suck up all my time today chasing their same-day photo service. Online photo print ordering system says done today (ordered last night) and then phone calls from their stores saying "no paper" or "no covers" and then finally "no one here to finish it" after I found the location with the supplies (that's me, I had to find the right store). So, after I got one of the books (ordered 3, and only 1 got printed), I started calling Walgreens around the city for someone who knows how to do the binding. One said maybe but not likely - bring it by and MAYBE we can do it (Hilcroft store). Another (THIS ONE BELLAIRE) said sure we can help!! Thanks for saving the day Giovanni!! read more

Pharmacy is understaffed, disorganized and rude -- while people's health is in limbo.

Been to this store many times over the years. I have never once had an issue, even during the holidays. I came over the Summer for a few items, nd the skies had blackened, and the rain poured, (it was the Derecho!) and so I grabbed a poncho, and the clerk made sure (without me having to ask,) it was on, fastened, and covering my backpack. I've had all the prescriptions (very expensive) transferred to this store because I can usually get in and out in 15 minutes. At my previous Walgreens, you'd be lucky if you could get out in 30 minutes and not be knocked sideways by some unsupervised yelling brat while waiting in line. read more

The walls here are a beige colour, so calling them "wall greens" is false advertising. But I'm not going to like, complain about it. Oh wait, I just did. So, this is a decent Walgreens. The makeup section is nice. I like the displays of new makeup launches. They usually have what you need from the drugstore, so this place is A-OK. I can't stand Walgreens prices (or CVS, or Rite Aid, or you name it) but Barbie has me drive her here regularly when we're getting the best Mex food ever at La Bala down the street, and we've never had any problems here. read more

In March I paid for a prescription with a check. In May, the store sent the check through again. I've spoken to the pharmacist department and store. No one can rectify this problem. Makes you wonder if they can't keep the processed checks straight, how can they be competent to fill a prescription? Told I must wait on a store manager to assist me but they are off for a few days. Don't every use a check at this store. It is problematic. read more

I was standing with a 100 fever at the check out and so was a couple of more folks behind me. The single cashier that was present that evening was redacting a photo for a customer in front of me for over 20 minutes while the rest of us were standing and starring and the computer while he was playing with the background. After 15 minutes he went "oh sorry I forgot to delete this background here", and started all over again redacting, printing and cutting. The lack of thought, the lack of prioritization and such a horrible customer experience is seriously quite unbelievable. Such dismissiveness was truly equivalent of a third world country pharmacy shopping. read more

horrible! came here to pick up needed photos the day before Father's Day and they had a cart in front of the door and said they were closed because they were short staffed & couldn't operate. Worst customer service, the technicians in the pharmacy entered my date of birth incorrectly and this locked me out of their site. I came by on my lunch break after I called in and was told it was ready. When I got there I was told it was not ready and no apology given. The "technician" dark haired kid offered no apology and said " u wanna come back later?" I had to leave to get back to work and tried to order it with a delivery. The delivery for never happened and I was told it would even though it happened after 530pm. I was called by an uber driver who told me my order was cancelled. I finally had to drive there at 930pm at night to get my order. When I got there it took them 20 mins to get me my meds and the store was empty. To top it all off I was charge $7 for the delivery fee. I called in the next day to have it fixed and was told my refund would take 7 - 10 business days and the manager was unavailable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY. The management is terrible and unsympathetic. The "technicians" are incompetent and untrained in customer service. Their website has kinks in it and inefficient & not user friendly. read more

They had my prescription for so long it expired. They didn't bother to tell me so I need a new paper script. And every time they mess up, they spit out the same speech. "I'm so sorry..." Yeah well, sorry doesn't cut it. I'll take my business where they know what they're doing and don't screw over the customers. read more

They gave my son's medicine to another person twice! Then told me that it was nobody's fault! Check your meds to make sure they're yours.

I would give them a 0, but that's not possible so I give them a 1. I ordered a business PDF card online to be printed there at 12 pm and called them immediately after to confirm the order and they said the order would be ready in 30 minutes and 1:30 at the latest. I walked into the store, waited in line and asked for my order and they told me the person who prints wasn't at work today. I asked for the manager and he said he would print it. I waited for 20+ minutes and then he said they called me to tell me that they couldn't print it, but I had no missed called. They lied to me and I was late to the meeting I needed them for, never go to this location!!! read more

Don't bother calling, was waiting for someone to pick up the phone for over 15mins and decided to just drive down there while the phone was still ringing. Get to the counter, sure enough, phone was ringing and atleast 5 people ignored the phone and couldn't even answer a simple question. Imagine the elderly needing to call and can't drive to the store themselves and can't simply answer the damn phone! read more

This is the second time they shorted the number of pills in the prescription for me and my family. Tried to call them about it but was put on hold for more than 40 min then was disconnected. Will be transferring my Rx somewhere else! read more

I'm very disappointed in the service at this location as well as the pharmacy manager Eric, who apparentlY has 23 years of experience. On Tuesday my doctor prescribed me insulin, I dropped off the prescription Tuesday and they said it would be ready in a hour and a half so my husband went to pick it up and they gave me the insulin but they did not give me the needles to administrator the medicine. I called the pharmacy on Wednesday to resolve the matter and they said that they also needed a prescription for the needles. So I call the doctor's office and they told me that they did in fact write the needles on the prescription and they would also call on my behalf to make sure the pharmacy got the information. So today I go to pick up the needles and they tell me that is $70 and that they needed additional doctors authorization for it to be approved by insurance. Long story short I called the Dr's office they call the pharmacy and it went through no problem so when I called back to talk to the pharmacy manager Eric - he was so nonchalant and done caring and basically told me don't worry about it come get the needles it's free. So I proceeded to explain to him that he needs to figure out what happened so it won't happen again and I've already wasted 3 trips up there. read more

It's Easter Sunday and all of the major stores are closed. We desperately need a blank DVD to burn some software because our server is down at our office and we need it to work for tomorrow morning. I figured Walgreens might sell blank DVDs so I gave them a call and I spoke to the photo department Who said "Yep we've got them right here. Come on in". Well my husband drove over there and the guy in the photo department said "if we've got them they'll be over there and pointed to an aisle." Disappointingly they weren't there and there wasn't even a spot where they sold them and were just out of them! I am completely ticked off and will probably never shop at Walgreens again. read more

I have shopped at this location for over 15 years literally since high school my whole family has used them for prescriptions flu shots photos EVERYTHING. but with new renovated interior comes new policies. BUYER BEWARE AT THIS LOCATION YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A NUMBER. my x boyfriend bought some impulse buys picking up a prescription for my five year old trying to be helpful I tried to return these items knowing I had no receipt completely fine with store credit JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER STORE ON THE PLANET only to be denied. No store credit no exchange for items of equal value (toys my five year old would actually like) If there is no phone number entered when you purchase an item you will be denied for any return. Gift or not they do not accept returns without a phone number. Save time and headache go to the CVS at chimney rock and bissonett they may not be as pretty or expensive but they really are closer to the corner of healthy and happy. read more

I love the options of the cosmetic section here it is absolutely fascinating to me because they have all the brands including higher-end products. I've never had a problem with their customer service but their phone service system is so annoying! It just gives u the run around, you literally call the number that is online and they tell you to Dial the same number and for some reason cannot connect to anything!! read more
