They had my laptop for 1 day and were able to salvage the hard drive from a old…read moredestroyed laptop and transfer all my data, photos and music on to a new laptop (and I didn't even have a power source for the old, dead laptop!). They also gave me back the old hard drive, just in case something was missing, we could back and get it off there. Could not have asked for it have gone any smoother. Will be doing business with these guys again for sure!

They were going to make an exchange, but I told them it was not a cartridge I purchased from them. They offered to UPS one out to me that day, and I got it 2 days later.
