Oh, but wait, the first time we called to request we were told they would "happily" provide a copy, but only if we signed up for a monthly maintenance program starting at $800/month. It took him more effort to so rudely dismiss our request than it would have to provide proof of insurance. We'll take our business elsewhere.

When I showed up, I believe the owner was rude and evassive when I asked him how long it would take to get the part number. He said I have to leave the computer for up to 4 days to just get the part number, then another 4 days to fix it. My friend was witness to his rude behavior to me. He basically told me to go somewhere else to fix the defective computer they sold me. Buyer beware!
