I found a better outlet for my cable and it's half the cost very happy with it I called sparklight to cancel she's told me that'll be $183 final bill . I was outraged they said they don't prorate I have to pay for another two weeks even though I don't have their cable anymore . The sad thing I've been with them for so many years back when they were Cable ONE and whoever they were before them loyal customer in other words . And they can't even give me a break on my bill like I say I'm just sorry I didn't do this sooner very disappointed in them.

They smile in your face with the two faced system. For instance the the home internet junk box. I tried it out the entire time it did not work. No access to anything. So I return then get charged for using something that did NOT work. They charge restocking fee to sell it to someone else. Why is there a restocking fee or have to pay for service that did not work. Please customers do not get excited about these products they push on you. They seem to just make money off restocking fees. It's ridiculous and horrible business practices. I had an almost 400 dollar bill. Just for their junk. I had to return a WiFi that was supposed to help me with my business. It just turned on and off on and off. I showed Jamal the video he clearly saw something wrong. I still had to pay a restocking fee. You will be paying for products that do not work. The 360 insurance doesn't cover much of anything. My iPhone fell into a fire. Not a lifted finger to help. Then there is the S.O.B. Named Cam a Real Snake oil salesman. They knew I had an issue with Google. Cam slips me one anyway when I told him I wanted the Motorola. Something cheap so I could just pay for it. Instead of bringing me the Motorola I asked for he brings me Google Pixel. Knowing Google had hijacked all my photos I have had for 24 years. I am a Tour Guide and Business owner. One day I was on the way back home from Giving a Tour in Yellowstone. I see this pop up from Google telling me I should by this photo album. I'm looking at it. And they are all my photos from many Tours I had givin through out the years! I yell out Helllll No! This is messed up! I said no and commenced to talking crap all the way home to Idaho Falls. After this I could access my photos then I couldn't accsess my account. I was with Verizon for over 20 years. They took me as a joke. So I discontinued my service and decided to give T-Mobile a try. At first it was not good. Especially going to the store on 25th st. Don't go in there to ask for help. They all look like a deer in headlights! Then just tell you to go to Isource even if you have an Android. However the Isource Man Remington is Awesome! I have to leave money for him on the counter to take it. If anyone needs to learn to operate a business they need to learn from Remington at Isource. A guy that absolutely genuinely cares about his customers and employees. Quinn at the T-MOBILE on Utah is new. He genuinely tries and listens. Jamal Is good too. However Cam which is now at the Grand Teton Mall store is a pathological liar. He will say anything to get a buck or make sure you keep a product that does NOT meet your needs. I wanted to return the Google Pixel but John kept saying go talk to Cam but I already have and did. They will have you hold on to a product till time expires to return it. Then you are just stuck with it. Now everytime I have to worry about my intellectual property being stolen. It's already bad enough through a bad couple of years. I was the Caregiver for my mother for 8 years until her passing. Then my beagle gets ran over. Then I'm in an accident that totalled my truck. My intellectual property gets stolen. Then when you are trying to recover and build a business here comes people like Cam to kick you in the gut again! Where is the decency, standards and morals? I hope this review helps. Only talk to Quinn or Jamal when need help or go see Remington at Isource. Watch your back in these stores because they sure don't have it.

This pathological liar had turned a good Experience to a nightmare. I had been dealing with Quinn at first since I started visiting the store. I was going to the store on 25th Street. But everytime you walk in there the employees look like a deer caught in headlights. They would just immediately send you to isource for everything. Anyway I visited the T-Mobile on Utah. Remington the Gentleman at Isource said they were better than the other store. Remington at Isource is very helpful and a Great Businessman. I'm happy to go there anytime even if it's just to say Hello. I had an issue with the IPhone I had. I had tripped and it fell into a hot bonfire. AppleCare and T-MOBILE 360 wouldn't help me get a replacement not even a 5% off or anything. I told Cam I just wanted to get the cheap Motorola for now. Because I can just pay it off and save up for another IPhone later. So he went to the back and which I thought he was getting me the Motorola I had asked for. Instead he brings me this Google Pixle. And told me it takes better pictures. Said it was a better phone. But I just wanted the Motorola. Even though I cannot stand Google and Billy Gates because of them stealing and not giving me back my intellectual property for over 24 years. So Cam just rings me for the crappy Pixel anyway. Which I leave to store very unhappy. So I return to the store a day later and saw Cam again. He tells me to hang on to it that it's ok. Then they push other products on me I really did not want or have no need for. So over this past month I'm in that store once or 3 times a week. Not liking the product they put on me and the WiFi kept going in and out. It seemed to be defective. So now the run around begins. Cam had moved to the Grand Teton Mall store. John the Manager tells me I should go over and talk to Cam. But I bought the products at the Utah location. I'm in my head thinking this is not cool. So I go over to the Grand Teton Mall to see Cam. I tell him about the WiFi hotspot and if he could help me change the password. He couldn't figure it out and then lies and tells me it cannot be changed. I told him again I did not like the Pixel and again for the third or 4th time to hang on to it. It's a good phone. But the good phone is $200 more than the Motorola. Cam was just thinking about himself and his little commission on the phone. So I go back to the Utah store they tell me AGAIN to go talk to Cam. Now I'm overly frustrated and I have a business myself to run and try to get up off the ground. This is no help at all and some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Meanwhile they have kept giving me the run around and the return time has expired for me to return the item. Now I'm stuck with a product I despise. And afraid to use it. Because my intellectual property will be stolen again. After losing my mother, my dog getting ran over my pickup getting totaled and my intellectual property stolen. It's feels the kicks in the gut and face just keep coming. I'm already sad and depressed meanwhile people like Cam have their foot in your back. This has been a truly horrible experience. I hope this story helps other people make a decision. Stay away from Cam the Snake Oil salesman. He lied and sold me a product I clearly did not want. And don't waste your money on the 360 or AppleCare. They DONT CARE! I would never ever treat anyone like this just for a few bucks!
