Very professional service. Resolved our issue quickly with reasonable fee. I recommend it strongly.

Our faucet was replaced by him, he responded and came on time. Everything was smoothless. Will definitely recommend.

I don't usually give the review but this time i have to help people like me looking for a very reliable service. I had a plumbing issue at my house, water running through the spot of the copper pipe behind the wall. Thank god i found the issue right away and I called Just Plumbing. Mr Vlad came in 30 min. He figured out and repaired the pipe in an hour. Then explained me how to prevent the wet wall from the mold instead of replacing the new one. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. His price is right and reasonable. I called one plumbing care ahead of Mr Vlad and got appointment for tomorrow. Also the price for just to find out the problem is about the same as the final cost of Mr Vlad charged me. So Just Plumbing Mr Vlad is my plumbing care provider for the future. I am very happy with his professional service and the cost. I recommend him for everyone who has a plumbing issue. Thank you so much Mr Vlad! read more

I had a serious leakage issue beneath the kitchen floor ,under the crawl space, that had a snap pipe that connects to the cleanout. Basically all the water from the sink and dishwasher was getting dumped in the crawl space that was causing a lot of fowl smell to be emitted throughout the home. I tried looking for a good reliable plumber and this is how I found Vladi from Just Plumbing Handyman and he was amazing for the following reasons: 1. Professional and showed up within half hour of the call 2. Understood the problem and identified the issue immediately 3. Took care of the issue and resolved it thoroughly by testing after the job and sent the before and after pictures 4. Professional job with an honest pricing is absolutely the best part of deal and peace of mind with Vladi. Called Just Plumbing at noon to check out the fluid fill valve because water was filling up very slow in the toilet bowl, Vlad arrived the next morning, he wore face mask and removed his shoes before came in to our house. He looked at the problem and replaced the fluid fill valve, flushed the toilet multiple times and stayed at least another 15 minutes to make sure no water leaks. Vlad cleaned up everything also. Paid Vlad as original estimated but he gave me back $25! This is an outstanding experience to have Vlad fixed the problem, no other plumbing company will tell their customers to pay less after the repair has been completed. Absolutely recommend Just Plumbing to anyone to look for honest, professional and skillful plumbers in the East Bay. read more

Vlad made an urgent visit to fix a major leak in our plumbing. Looking at the photos he knew what to do and gave me a price. On site, at home, he had all the tools needed to fix the problem very well - including overcoming some of the deficiencies created by the previous plumber. Highly recommended. read more

My wife and I called around to find a plumber who could install two new Toto toilets. After speaking to several plumbers, we made an appointment to have a plumber come over to give us an estimate. After looking at our brand new Toto toilets, the first plumber turned down the job because he had never installed a bidet before and wasn't comfortable in taking the job. Luckily my wife stumbled upon Vlad. After getting off the phone, he said that he could swing by and take a look. Vlad gave us a reasonable price and explained that he had installed a dozen of these toilets and was completely comfortable and confident in taking the job. I could tell immediately that Vlad knew what he was doing and during the time he was here, he shared many stories and words of plumbing wisdom in how to avoid water related problems down the road. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with Vlad's attention to detail and how he left everything neat and spotless afterwards. We would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs that you may have. When you find a reliable and highly qualified person like Vlad, you don't need to look any further. One call and you know the job will be done correctly the first time! read more

I called to set up an appointment, which was then confirmed by text. He arrived inside the time window with a text warning 15 minutes before arrival. The fix to my garbage disposal was quick and efficient. An honest man with great integrity, I would recommend him highly!! read more

I broke some piping during a messed up outdoor spigot replacement project late Monday morning. I texted a photo of the wreckage to Vlad about 11am. He was here by 12pm, and finished by 1:15, including a second spigot that was frozen in place. Fast, friendly, efficient. read more

I am very happy with Just Plumbing. Compared to other experiences i have had with plumbers - this one was the best. Vlad responded very quickly and arrived to my house promptly. He diagnosed the problem and told me exactly how much it will cost to repair and even drove to Home Depot to buy the part without charging me extra for his extra time. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. Other plumbers in the past charged us by the hour and cost us a lot more. I will keep Just Plumbing on my favourites list and use Vlad in the future for sure ! read more

Vlad was the first to respond when I did a Yelp request for quote to a different plumbers in the area. He was here in an hour! I will call Vlad again when I have another plumbing issue. read more

We had a pipe break and had to turn the water off to the whole house. I called Just Plumbing Handyman that morning and he was out to us at exactly the time he said he'd be there. Vlad responded quickly after 730pm when my kitchen sink was leaking a lot of water. He was wearing a mask and quickly identified the problem as well as another one I hadn't noticed. He fixed the leak and fixed the other leaky pipe and then quickly left out the front door wishing me a good night. He would not take my money. I tried to chase him down and he refused any payment. A true gentleman and a professional. Thank you. read more

I contacted the plumber on Saturday morning around 7 am because of an issue, and he was there a little after 8 am. He repaired my toilet within 30 minutes, and did not charge me extra because it was on the weekend. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him. His name was Vlad. read more

Vlad is the best! My home is 60 years plus, with old pipes and really tight turns. I've owned it for 20 years with multiple dogs at all times, that's a lot of years of dog hair that finally clogged drain between kitchen sink and washer. He had to get REALLY creative to access it from the back of house, garage and finally the roof. Spent hours and then came back again the next morning to check it again, make sure he got it. And didn't charge for the extra time, just the low end of his original quote! So nice to find a hard working, honest and reliable Plumber that is also resourceful and creative. I'd give him 10 stars, 5 isn't enough! read more

Vlad responded quickly and was able to help us out with a couple of small plumbing issues that needed to be fixed when we purchased our new house in Dublin. He was thorough, professional, and explained not only what he had done, but he took the time to answer a lot of other questions I had about our home's plumbing. I'm also always happy to support someone local and going into business for themselves. I'd recommend Vlad and Just Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber. read more

Vlad came out late in the Corona-virus lock-down and fixed a broken drain pipe that ran from inside my kitchen wall and into the crawlspace beneath my kitchen. He was prompt, professional, and adept at diagnosing my problem and fixing it. For the record, I had some other estimates before Vlad came out. I'm going to state why I went with Vlad because it might help others make a similar decision. The two other crews who came out before Vlad were not plumbers, but were "technicians" who were really sales-driven, minimally-engaged employees of a plumber who didn't bother to come out themselves. Neither of the technicians who came out seemed interested in the leak as a problem to solve. Vlad did. While he is a plumbing handyman, he was familiar with the plumbing in the houses in my development, and he had a very good idea of what he was going to encounter when he opened up the wall. Which he fixed very nicely. The previous technicians did not want to get on the ground to look at the problem, and did not care about any relevant details that I had taken note of. They only wanted to charge me nearly a $1000, with no guarantee it would not go up, and with no real knowledge of what they would encounter under my house. Vlad, on the other hand, got dirty looking at my plumbing, quickly identified the nature of the leak (Crack on the 45 degree pipe in my wall) gave me a maximum price, and told me he would take the personal risk and do the work if things turned out to be a worse case scenario. In the end, he convinced me that he was an ethical, credible person and he fixed my complex leak nicely and at a hundred dollars less than the other "technicians" had offered to do it for. I'll hire him again if I have further plumbing problems. read more

I got a clogged kitchen sink and I came to Yelp to find a plumber to clean out the pipe. After sending out requests Vlad was the first one to respond in about ten minutes and was ready to come right away and he also offered the best price so it was no brainer. Vlad is superb! He came at our house on a Saturday night to fix our 2 leaking faucet and 1 leaking main valve. He did such a great job and even fixed some pipes attached to the faucet. And it only took him about 90 minutes. He has so many professional tools and is quite experienced and confident about what he did. The price is also quite fair. And he wear masks all the time. There is nothing we can complain about. We would definitely hire him for future works and recommend him to everyone we know. Thanks Vlad! read more

Fantastic workmanship and professionalism! Vlad resolved our issue without having to replace the entire faucet. He was prompt, qualified and charged a reasonable fee for his labor. I highly recommend his services! read more

This is a first for me. I was interested in replacing a drain pipe that my husband had put in years ago from the garage sink to the outside. It is not clogged or leaking. I just thought it should be replaced. Vlad was the first plumber to contact me. I explained my situation and he said that it sounded like there was no need to replace the drain pipe! He was so refreshingly honest. My husband passed away a few years ago and I could hear him saying the same thing as Vlad. I truly appreciate an honest repair person and I won't forget this when I really need a plumbing job done. read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to Vladislav and Just Plumbing Handyman. Our kitchen faucet needed replacement. We didn't really want to do it right now, but it needed to be done. Vladislav was recommended to us and I gave him a call. He arrived in less than two hours, gave us a good price and did everything very quickly. He came well prepared wearing a mask, gloves, etc. for both our and his protection. Thank you so much for working in these difficult times. I highly recommend him. read more

We wanted to fix the water line to the refrigerator because the old water line was not installed correctly. Mr. Vladi not only fixed the water line but also installed the new line the correct way. Everything was smooth all the way from the estimate to the finish of the work. I had other companies provide an estimate, they did not even look at the old connection. Mr. Vladi took the time to look at the old connection and gave a reasonable estimate compared to other companies so we hired him for the job. It is rare to get an honest estimate nowadays and he is the one to contact to get the right estimate for the job. He was on time for the appointment and also let us know an hour in advance with the time he would arrive. He did a clean and professional job both inside the house and in the crawl space. He fixed the leaks and installed the new water line for the refrigerator the right way with the stop valve and a box in the wall. With the current COVID situation, he was compliant with the county's mask policy. We had a great experience working with Mr Vladi and would certainly recommend him. read more
