TERRIBLE customer service. I bought my tires here a year ago, I told the sales guy I wanted quality tires that would last awhile, he insisted we buy Kelly tires and said they were a 55,000 mile tire, for a good price, I just wanted a tire that would last long. Fast forward to now, our tires have 30,000 miles on them, we've been told by Ford themselves, and others we need to replace them because they're becoming bald, I've been calling for 2 days straight to ask about the guaranteed mileage, I just get put on hold and left there, I've left a message and never got a call back. I finally went into the dealership, talked to a service guy, he tells me my tires are only good for 40,000 miles and that the tires are cheap tires. He goes to look at my tires and tells me that yes they're in bad shape, then tells me the company won't acknowledge the request due to there only being 5,000 miles guaranteed on the tires. I look up the tire online and find out they are in fact 55,000 miles and we've only driven 30k, so now I'm being lied to twice, phone calls ignored and getting an attitude. This isn't the first time I've had trouble with future ford of Clovis. We refuse to have them do any more of our servicing and won't be coming back. We keep getting the run around and as I'm typing this, we're still on hold!! Ridiculous! read more

Spent a lot of money to get the transmission fixed, when I finally got my car the auxiliary chord was missing. When reported to the employee, I was told I would receive a replacement and would be called when it was there. However, they have still not compensated me after it being over a month. Would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

This is probably the worst experience I've had with a dealership. I've dealt with dealerships a lot and had no issues. This one on the other hand puts bad names on service. First off a got a decent deal on a truck but it turns out it had some minor issues. Came by this ford and dealt with oscar. Biggest mistake was dealing with this guy. Dropped it off and he called me back and told me status. I told him just get it handled. I came back a few days later wondering what the status was. He said it was all apart being worked on. He called me back a couple days later from there saying the starter was out and they didn't even touch it! Nothing was done! So I said I'll just take it home. Unfortunately they said it won't start or move without a starter and tires that's all of a sudden bad. Never coming back again. read more

I would like to take a minute and personally thank the service manager Tracy Gill over at Future Ford of Clovis. After initially writing my negative review I received a phone call within 30 mins asking me how the service department could make things right. Tracy took time to hear my complaints with my vehicle and at no point did I feel like he was not taking me seriously. I ended up taking the vehicle back to the shop that evening and he was able to set me up with a rental so that I was not relying on rides. He had the truck in the shop for a couple days and I am happy to report that since the repairs have taken place I have had no issues. I understand that within any company there will always be incidents that leave customers unhappy, but I am glad to see that when that happened to me they were willing to bring me back in and make it right. In my opinion that action was more important then the initial bad encounter. Once again, thank you Tracy and in the future I will surely be taking my business back to Future Ford of Clovis. read more

ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by how great of a dealership this place is. Everyone seems to go above and beyond to provide EXCELLENT customer service and make sure you are happy. The sales and finance team were great (both Tony's, Russ, Christian) who all made sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase.... on top of it even the service department was FANTASTIC. I've never met people who cared so much about making sure we were happy with our service (Matt and Andrew) and well taken care of. I am definitely a customer for life and will be referring all my friends and family here. I went to 7 different dealerships before deciding to buy from here and have bought and sold other cars all over California and can say without hesitation that this is the best Dealership in the Central Valley and the best dealership I have ever been to. They tried to sell me a car with frame damage while hiding it from me for nearly four hours.The sales man preached and preached honesty to me while attempting to stab me in the back. I have three kids and they were there with me, the sales men only cared about his commission. This is the absolute worst place for customer service. I was told that the job would take 2 hours and here it is the next day and my car is still not done. Yesterday, as i waited for my car to be fixed, it took them 3 hours to just diagnose my car when I walked in letting them know what was exactly wrong with it. There was no communication letting me know what was going on the entire time I sat there with my 2 year old. It took me asking multiple times to get any sort of answer. Finally after sitting there for 4 hours Ford sent me home with a rental and a promise that it would be done by the end of the day so I could pick it up in the morning. Well it is now 2pm the next day and I still don't have my car. I was just told by one tech that my car would be done by the end of the day and the tech who is supposed to be taking care of my car said it would be done by 3:30pm. I am absolutely appalled by the customer service I have received. I do hope that my review is read and maybe something I have said might change the lack of communication that happens at this place. read more

I will NEVER let that service dept touch my truck again. I went in for a five point inspection to renew my out of state plates and when it was completed, they added recommendations for what also needed to be done. Started with a cracked serpentine belt( they said three belts total, which my truck does not have and I was not aware at the time there is only one belt) then went on to tell me thriller pulley was worn(all3)rust in coolant, brake fluid (all fluids)was dirty and conlaminated, drained and refilled front differential fluid. Replaced with synyheticgear lube and addedgear oil supplement, replaced brake fluid, needed new wiper blades (which I knew but they did not put on but still charged me)cleaned my battery terminals(which I could have done myself but didn't look dirty to my inspection before), did BG13RD,BG13FD and BGTC(whatever those are) due to mileage and replaced all three pulleys due to wear. Seems like a lot but charged me 1591.00 for the work. The list goes on and on. Somehow the front end was our of alignment but they never mentioned it!(thank God) Charged me 735.51 just for the belt and all new fluids. Took it to another reputable shop where my last alignment was under three yr. warranty to have that done and when that mgr looked at the paperwork from Future Ford, he came basically to the same conclusion that I did. I was RAPED !! They could have done all that was on the paperwork ( not all listed here) for 600.00 to 900.00! They are very reputible but not certified to do 5 point inspections for out of state registration. It had to be done by an " authorized dealership and that is why I had to take to that dealer. WARNING!!! DO NOT LET FUYURE FORD SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!! That dealership will never touch my truck again. I want to say that my truck has always had regular maintenance and oil changes at schedules times needed. I've always taken the best of care and always get compliments on the "nice" truck!!! That service dept. is the shittiest and thirds everyone of them. Take full advantage of women and those who don't know mechanics!!! Would rate them zero stars if the option was there!! read more

I called Michelle back and could not get a word in all she wanted to do was argue. Her boss called and then Tracy Gill called we exchanged voice mails, I left three he left two. My 73 year old dad went to get an oil change and came home with a $60,000.00 2015 truck. He had a 2010 truck with 44,000 miles with one year for payments to make. I know that he didn't fully know what he was doing, because when he got home he said I didn't even know that the truck was a 4 wheel drive. My dad only drives to target and breakfast. Why would he need a 4 wheel drive. I feel the FORD Dealer took advantage of a senior citizen. He has been going through a lot and has not been himself. Lost his wife of 40 plus years and had to move from Oklahoma to California. One little oil change has turned into $60,000.00. Way to take advantage of a senior citizen on a limited income. read more

After owning a Mazda in the Bay Area for 10 years, we were ready for an upgrade. We ended up with a 2017 Explorer and LOVE everything about it! The buying process with Ray Rendon was as easy as could be and we have had ZERO issues with the car since purchasing in June. With the Mazda, I had AWFUL experiences with service and maintenance... today, I brought the Explorer in for its first oil change and could not be happier with the service I received. Worst auto repair shop ever!!I have bought three vehicles here!!And the last truck bought in 2013 had only 19,000 miles on it was in good condition I though.....well they did a bate and switch!!!Told me I had good credit ,and yes I did worked out the contract,low interest. so I signed on the dotted line. in a week I got a letter in the mail saying I need to bring the truck back and redo the lone because I did no qualify for the low interest and had to redo the loan at a higher interest rate.....so dumb me I did because I had the truck a week and fell in love with it!!!!give me a break it doesn't take the bank a week to qualify you they knew the day that I bought whether I would qualify or not this is what is called a bait and switch and future Ford in Clovis is very good at doing thisnow I'll fast forward to two years I brought the truck in and it needed a sensor switch replaced and the window was leaking I brought it in a week ago Thursday to set the appointment up so they would have the parts so I wouldn't have to take all day because I live over 50 miles round-trip away bring it in the following Thursday told me to be there early they have my truck from 11 o'clockcharge me $100 to tell me what I already knew didn't fix anything and the leak that was in the window was that dealership tried to tell me and this was I believe one of the head mechanic said that it was the original windshield which it had been replaced when I bought it they were driving it up to me and a rock flew in and hit hit the window so it had to be replaced so I know it wasn't original and they're trying to tell me it was...so not covered....and that for the work to get done I had to make another appointment which will have been the third and it was gonna cost me another hundred dollars deductible to have these things done-my advice don't ever buy a car from there and never never have any work done there they are not honest people!!!!!this place should be shackdow!!!Everyone that had a problem here needs to contact the better business bureau and report them try to get them shut down or to become honest people read more

WORST SERVICE... take your business elsewhere. I went to this dealership to get a quote on 10/27/18 around 10am. I went super basic (it was my day off), no makeup, plaid shirt, uggs, whatever. I told Dillon (This review is not about Dillion, as he provided me excellent service), that I wanted a merchants firm offer left open for a month (I never said I was an attorney). He went to his manager, who this review is about, and asked him for a price quote right in front of me. The white manager didn't even look at me, nor even put the date on the quote. I said I wanted a date. Not even looking at me, he tells Dillon to put the date near the quote. Livid that I'm getting pretty much dismissed, I walk out. But I look at the price, and I want the price to be legally binding, so I go back in the office, and tell him that I want a date in his writing next to the quote. He said Dillion already wrote a date. Im irate now, because of how dismissive he was. I told him, I'm an attorney, and I don't want the date in Dillons handwriting, so write the date again. He then looks at me (now I'm worthy of his time because attorney equals money) and writes the date. I storm out. I know what's up. He didn't think I had money by my clothes and the color of my skin. I then went to the Fresno ford dealership right after leaving Clovis ford, where I received excellent service. I told them if I'm pleased with the price, I'll order right then and there. I ordered myself an almost 40k car. Not the most luxurious, expensive car, but enough to show you should treat all your customers the same, even if you don't think they have money. Please take your business to the Fresno ford dealership, and do not waste your time here. read more

I purchased my car from here several months ago. I found it online and it was located at their Santa Rosa location. On a Saturday, same day, they sent someone to go pick up the car and I was able to drive it home that evening. I thought that was amazing customer service, of course, to make a sale most dealerships will go the extra mile. A few weeks later I had an issue and called service. They got me in quick to assess. They didn't have the part in stock but ordered it right away and said they would call when the part was in. This was a Friday; on Monday they called and said the part was in and scheduled me the following day to have it fixed. They were upfront with the process which was great. Now my third encounter there was a recall on my car. I called in on Monday, the part was ordered, received a call Tuesday afternoon the part was in and scheduled for fix on Wednesday morning. Everybody is very kind and professional. I'm very happy with my experience thus far! read more

AGAIN!! I am sick to death that I have to come here to get oil changes since we bought that package. I have had at least 6 oil changes here and NONE have ever been timely. Last time was a missed broken wiper after be assured that it was checked. Two hours in of course. Now it's been 2 hours and still waiting. Car isn't even in the bay. So much for 1.5 hour. Stopped by this weekend to take a look at the Ford Fiesta, am in the market for a new small car. Waited longer in the lot before anyone came out to help us than any of the other six dealers we visited today. Unfortunately even once a salesman came out he "couldn't find" the keys to any of the fiestas on the lot. After waiting awhile, he eventually managed to open one up, only to declare the battery on the car was dead, so we could not so much as even take a look at the trunk space. What kind of new car comes with dead batteries? Can't help but wonder why the salesman wanted to blow us off, when the gentlemen at the Kia dealership right next door approached us as soon as we walked over and instantly offered a test drive. Am I going to go so far as to say that Future Ford lost a sale that day? No, not for sure- but we certainly did not get a fair chance to compare the Fiesta to any other competitive options like the Kia Rio, Chevy Sonic, Nissan Versa or Hyundai Accent - all cars we got to check out that very same day. Just my experience. Maybe it was because it was 104 degrees out that day and the salesmen wanted to stay in the shade? read more

Couldn't believe the way I was treated here. I was in a position that I needed to sell my car and before I went to CarMax I decided to see what Future Ford would give me for my Mustang (as it was the same manufacture). The first salesman that came out was nice enough really didn't have too much of an issue with him, however he went and got the Used Car Manager. My problem was not his offer per se but his demeanor and condescending attitude he had towards me and my car. This guy is a real slimeball salesman, played the "we're not interested in buying your car at all" game himming and hawing over things and making them out to be bigger than they were, the biggest was replacing the tires) which he was making it seem like they would cost $1000 to replace, but came back with an offer after telling me twice he "Didn't even want my car". I told him not yet, I wanted other offers from other dealers in town, and he absolutely REFUSED to give me a written offer, while both Toyota accross the street and Honda DID this without even asking me if I wanted one. He had completley flipped around from not even wanting my car to wanting it and becoming very pushy for me to do the deal that day, saying things like "I thought you needed to sell it today! Our offer isn't good enough?" I proceeded to inform him AGAIN that Future is NOT the only dealer in town and that I thought he didn't want my car to begin with, I felt so offended and off-put talking to this guy that even after buying 2 cars from these screwballs in the past I will NO LONGER be doing business with them again. This guy treated me like a second rate human-being as he tried to pull the wool over my eyes and really needs lessons in customer service. I ended up selling the car to one of their competitors who treated me like a person and not some quick cash they could make. With him flipping his schtick like he did it made me realize very quickly he had been trying to pull a fast one on me the whole time, this tactic is literally one of the oldest tricks car salesman have been stereotyped of using in the media. I had really thought this type of sales tactic was a thing of the past, not at Future Ford I guess. Tom had even recommended I take the car to CarMax, and BTW the dealer I sold it to BEAT CarMax's offer. I know the game, they would have sold my car as a Certified Preowned Vehicle and made more money on it that way than selling a regular used car. Yes I understand money needs to be made and businesses aren't charities, but FFS learn how to treat people and don't just see people as dollar signs with legs. read more

I've been a Ford owner my entire adult life! I've owned 3 super duty trucks, 2 F-150's & 2 mustangs... & I've never experienced such horrible service as I did yesterday at this dealership!! My amazing service advisor tried assisting me with an issue that wasn't covered under my ESP.. the fact that it wasn't covered isn't the problem.. when I arrived to pick up my truck, she informed me that although she kept telling her service manager, Keith Kamimoto she needed his assistance, he literally dismissed her & said you can ask me tomorrow!! Now, here I am being told this repair will be a few days in the shop, $1500 & I'll need a rental....!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'm new to this town, have no back up vehicle, therefore my stress level hit the limit when he just completely dismisses her!! We all have options where we spend our money & our time..! Stay clear! Well you know the old saying, if you a young woman going into an automotive place of business, you will be taken advantage of. I learned such a big lesson by car shopping at Future Ford KIA in Clovis. I guess you could say they saw me coming. I am pissed at myself for letting them talk me into items with the car purchase that I now know I didn't need and pay way over price for those items. You would like to think that they would treat everyone in a fair and professional manner but this was not the case at Future Ford. I bought a 2011 KIA Optima from them and than they proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay for the "Certified PreOwned" Inspection, that even with the inspection (and the car having a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty) that I needed the extended warranty which they charged me $3,250 for!!! That's not all, they said I needed the Gap insurance which was another $750. And yet still more, they sold me the Vehicle Paint and Interior coverage. Now I know you are saying, I should have been better aware, but when you are sitting there hoping you can trust someone and they are telling you that nothing is covered without the added charges, you feel PRESSURED into going along with the program... Add to that the excitement of buying a car for the first time! Do not trust the sales team at Future Ford and please learn from my mistake!!! read more

I had a horrible problem of my Ford shutting off on me while driving it. I took it in and they had some trouble finding the problem so it had to go in twice to get fixed, but the staff was really nice. I talked with a gentleman named Rob. He was very kind and helpful and Ford helped to pay for part of my repairs. They had a very sweet older man drop me off at home and pick me up each time I left my car.
