This is the second time using this group and will not go anywhere else. This last time I set up a windshield replacement through insurance and was sent to another company. The customer service was horrendous with multiple issues. Called my insurance after a few weeks and had my claim transferred to Old Town Glass as they had done some minor repairs in past. Not only did they keep me updated with the status of windshield but they accommodated my work schedule for repair. The repair has been flawless. i will give this place 10 stars if i could, extremely professional and they know what they're doing . after purchasing a 21' honda accord sport i was driving on the 168 when a group of semis were literally hailing rocks all over the highway. unfortunately those rocks hit my windshield and back window. I started looking for places on my own and they took my insurance . I found this place close to work so it was really convenient. It's the best customer service I had , they were letting me know every step of the process and due to covid there was a shortage on the glass took me about a month to get in but when they finally received it they made sure to tint my window as well , luckily my insurance covered that. On the day of the window replacement they also let me borrow their company truck so I can move around which was great, took about 5 hours for both windows to be replaced and front camera recalibrated. honestly it looks just like factory ! it's a family own business and Jairo really took care of me , I will highly recommend this place and will be coming back in the future if I have any other glass needs. read more
