All auto glass replaced my windshield 6 days ago from writing this. The price was reasonable and the gentleman who came to my home was super nice and quick with the install. Only problem was they chipped my paint above the windshield when they were prying the old one off. It's been 6 days and I haven't heard from them on a follow up to them fixing it. I called yesterday to speak with the manager who was supposed to be contacting me and still haven't received a call back! *update! After posting this review they called within 2 hours. Amazing experience here! Got a Cracked windshield and needed a replacement ASAP before a trip the next day. Due to the good reviews, I called this place immediately and was able to get it replaced in the next 3 hours. Called at 11am appointment at 2pm replacement done by 2:45pm! Beware, beware! This place will put the cheapest glass in your car that will literally crack in two days!!! Check the pictures and check the date of this review. It's not worth it! I was driving home from work on the second day I got the windshield replaced and unfortunately a rock or a pebble hit it, and it cracked right away. I called the business right away and when I was honest and told them about my demise the best answer I can get was, "oh a rock hit it?, it's not covered, we can replace with the same price." I made an appointment for today to have it looked at and I got the same answer. They didn't even bother to say, "we can fix it." The crack is smaller than a quarter and the installer just straight up said, "it's too big!" I was offered a "discounted" price for $175. I paid $215 for it ONLY FOUR DAYS AGO!! I completely get it, everybody is broke during this pandemic crisis and yes you do get what you pay for BUT don't say I didn't warn you if your windshield, or other glasses in your auto breaks in a month or two. I'm not sure why this business doesn't have 5 stars. Sure, it's a little dirty, but the cost of installation is cheap and the customer service is spectacular. If you want a nice, clean place to change your windows, you should take your vehicle to your car dealership. This place does not serve food or beverages, so i don't see how cleanliness is relevant. I took my car in earlier this week, but they didn't have the proper window for installation. They told me they'd order the right one that day, and should get it in the following day. Thinking it'd take a while, I said sure, see you in a few days. The next day, I got a phone call saying the window was in ALREADY. I scheduled an appointment for the following day. The morning of my appointment, about 40 minutes before, I realized my fiance took the car that needed to be repaired, so I called them expecting some passive aggressiveness. The female employee on the phone was soooo nice about it, making me feel at ease. Much luck to this business :) I will be back for any future window repair needs. read more

So, my wife takes car in for windshield replacement, gets the car back with glass shards on the floorboard and seat. (We did not take it in like that) I called to let them know, that the glass can get airborn and my 3 year old is in the car, that maybe they should lay something down to catch the glass if theyre not going to vacuum it up completely and that I wasn't happy about their cleanup. Response was, yeah you should go to a detail shop to get the rest of the glass out. Really? Ive never had to include a detail job after a windshield replacement.
