This is the second time I've come here for a windshield replacement. The first time, the customer service was great, I was happy with the work until the trim on the drivers side was coming out. Twice I brought it back to have them put it back in. The third time it came loose I just cut it off. This time, I walked in an hour and a half ago and asked if they could replace it now. They said no problem. I just walked back in and they were barely removing the trim from my broken windshield. I asked them what happened, why are you just now getting to it? He said he had to go pick up the new windshield. They should've told me this on the onset, I would've gone somewhere else rather than sit here for 2 1/2 hours. Poor communication. Hopefully they'll do better than they did last time. They got their second chance from me. I won't be using them again. read more

My car's windshield had a crack that expanded over the summer's heat. Quality Auto Glass was able to make an appointment to replace it within 24 hours, which I appreciated. The total came out to $300.00 for both parts and labor. When I received my car back, the windshield was tinted purple on the outside and blue on the inside at the very top. I believed foolishly that it would fade (lol, it did not). The windshield is discolored and the original windshield I had was not only far more expensive, but had sensors in it and NO weird purple tint. I'm not Prince, The Joker, or Grimace. This is not 1987 and I don't want purple tint. Additionally, and probably just as bad was the fact that they damaged my car's molding by breaking it off/removing it improperly, which also broke the brackets on the vehicle. They then glued the molding back onto the broken brackets but neither the brackets nor the molding attached properly and the glue spread like melted cheese. The molding itself is $100.00 and not including labor. I have called and messaged the owner with images. Please be warned that this business did not carefully work on my vehicle and did a bad job of covering it up. I will reach back out to the business so that they can fix it although I may be lying to myself after writing all of this. See pictures below. read more

I almost made mistake and went with another place next to pick apart. My insurance had approved repairs and that other place still wanted $500 more than my deductible. I was looking for window repair on my truck and reached out to them and also mention to this company I had reached to someone else and that they lagged it on me. I'm located in Dinuba and so it's far for them but they agreed and charged me the extra amount of gas which I didn't have a problem to pay. I could have called someone near by (which I did) but I got recommended by a friend and were spoken highly by them. They felt bad and were understanding about it and said they would take care of it. So the day of I was notified saying they were going to be late and I was understanding of it. What I wasn't understanding of is that when I called and texted asking when they were going to head my way, I never got a response back. Very disappointed. Getting my window repaired was such a headache. I made an appointment at another place via my insurance. Three days later on the day of the appointment, I was told the appointment was never scheduled! That was frustrating. I called around and Quality Auto Glass got me in the same morning. They also offered the best price. Not only that, I was in and out within 30-45 minutes. I didn't use insurance so unsure if they take insurance but by the time I went, I didn't care about going through insurance because I just needed to get the window repaired asap. 100% would recommend. read more

They stole $250 from me and my window was in worse shape after. My window broke (not shattered, the regulator broke) and they said they replaced a part but needed another part and I'd have to come back. They never got back to me about the other part so they basically took my money and ran and didn't actually fix anything. I had to take it to a different place and they said when they opened the door up to see what was wrong it looked like "a wild animal" had gotten to it. They broke my side mirror wiring inside the door which I will now also have to fix and my door paneling was hanging off when I originally took it home from their shop. They're thieves, do not come here. By the way they also told me it WASN'T the regulator, which it was so they didn't even know what they were doing, they just took my money with no intention of ordering any other part. read more

My window was shattered on my vehicle downtown Fresno on Wednesday 09/11 and I had $5k of camera gear stolen. I filed a claim with my insurance, who then set up an appointment with Safelite for the next day Thursday 09/12. I stayed home from work for the appointment and Safelite never showed. I did not receive a call from Safelite until hours later, so I canceled with them I was desperate to have my window fixed so I searched on google/yelp and found Quality Auto Glass. I called and talked with Irvin. Not only was Irvin able to get me in with same day service, but his price was a fraction of what my insurance deductible would have been. Irvin was professional and provided excellent service. Irvin also vacuumed all the broken glass inside my vehicle, which was not even expected, but very much appreciated. Woke up one morning with a 12 inch crack in my windshield. Tried going through my insurance but they were trying to charge me an arm and a leg. I called Qualify Auto Glass and these guys were fantastic AND had appointments available the next day. I dealt with Ervin and Jr and I highly recommend them. Great price, great people, quick service. The person who did the sloppy job had the most ignorant excuses for his horrible attempt at installing a windshield. Unfortunately, my car was vandalized and they broke my driver side window. I called my insurance company and the repair shop they recommended were unable to get me in for about 5 days, and I just wasn't able to wait that long. I called Quality, and Irvin answered and I let him know my situation and he said he was able to fit me in the same day! It was about 10:30 when I called, and he let me know he could have the parts there by 11:30. Irvin was very professional and had me in and out of there by 12:45. He also vacuumed out all of the remaining glass which I extremely appreciated. Quality was able to accommodate me quickly and efficiently and I highly recommend them! My window has been broken for about a good three months now. I called around to get quotes everyone was quoting me 230. I called Quality Auto Glass they quoted me 165. Got my glass repaired by them and they took upon themselves to rip down the picture of my girlfriend on the dashboard. Discrimination at its finest and this review isn't the last of it either. And up charged at the end to top it off. You all gross humans. In times like these this is what your up to and I'm a paying customer, keep your personal views out of my property and do you job. I went here few days ago for the very first time to replace my broken crack windshield. Their service and price is awesome and unbeatable!!! I called safelite to get a quote and the price they gave me was almost $300!!! But when I found out about this place, I called and set an appointment right away to get my windshield done. They are very friendly and will tell you how much you will have to pay. I ENDED UP PAYING ONLY $180 to get a new clean solar windshield! Compare to safelite that will charge me $300+ if I went to them. Had the worse experience ever with this glass company and the owner Jr. Went here to have my back sliding window put in my brand new 2021 Chevy 4x4 end of Feb 2021. About 5 months later it would not work and when I took it back you could see all the wire hanging down. Never notice because back seat blocks. Jr. said he would get in contact with manufacturer and me. Week went by another week went by so I called and he said manufacturer still hasn't replied to emails. We went back and forth for 3 months and Jr was still giving excuse and to top it off he stop taking my calls and 9 messages I left. Finally I left a email and he replied that the warranty was up and maybe someone tried breaking in it and there was nothing he could do. Not 1 single scratch or anything to even suggest someonetried to break in lol . Wow basically he stole $800. Took truck to dealership and right away he said this was installed incorrectly and it look like someone's 1st or 2nd time installing a back sliding window. Basically be careful with this place even with the good reviews. Guy isn't good. read more

Went in Monday since I had the day off. I usually work Monday-Friday so getting it done on the weekends isn't really easy for me. I called them at 2:00pm and they had my windshield. They asked if I needed to schedule for another day or if I needed it ASAP. I told them ASAP so they got me in at 3:30 pm the same day. It took no more than 45 minutes and they were all pretty quick and did a really good job. It's like nothing even happened to my windshield. read more
