Louie was the first person who notified me about the project through Yelp and gave me immediate estimate and had very good reviews. His quote was very competitive and he was able to accommodate the day and time that I wanted. He arrived on time and did the job in an hour. The payment was through Zelle which was very convenient for me. I highly recommend his company. read more

He was Very friendly and showed up on time That is very important to me!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently had my windshield repaired and was really impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I reached out, the company was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Scheduling was quick and flexible, which made the whole process convenient. Louie arrived on time and clearly knew what he was doing. The work itself was done efficiently, and the quality was excellent! What stood out most was the attention to detail and customer service. He took the time to ensure everything was clean and properly finished, and he didn't rush through the job. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. I definitely recommend this windshield repair company to anyone needing fast, reliable, and high-quality service. read more

I had a pretty decent sized chip in my windshield. Louie provided me a quote quickly at a very reasonable cost and to repair It at my home. The entire process took under 30 min. Would highly recommend his service to anyone with this need. read more

Update: when a seal came loose, Mr. Fix Your Chip -- months later -- addressed it with zero hassle. Treating the work as warranted -- and then honoring the warranty and acting with integrity is really quality business practice. *Highly recommended*x2 Dec. 12, 2024: I can see why all of the other reviews are so positive. We needed a windshield replaced on our Camry and a few chips taken care of. Louie communicated clearly from start to finish. When Louie and Melvin arrived, they took care of everything efficiently -- but not rushing. Louie obviously knows what he's doing. The windshield replacement looks great and the chip repairs also look good. I appreciated that Louie is not only competent but friendly and a good communicator -- this will definitely be my go-to for this sort of thing from here on out. *Highly recommended* read more

So easy to schedule, honest and great pricing! He came out to my school and I STILL made it to class on time! It was so nice to finally get it done quickly and efficiently while I was just doing something else. Great work done and so friendly! I feel like I'm driving a whole new car! read more

Got to me quick and fixed my windshield next day! Looks good as new couldn't be happier with the service. Will recommend to anyone!

Quick to respond and professional. Louie drove out to my location just to see if the chip I had needed repair or had already been repaired. It was already repaired so I didn't need his services after all but he was knowledgeable and happy to help. You don't get that type of service anymore. He will be my go to guy if/when I need my next repair. read more

My friend recently got a windshield chip fixed from these guys and he said they did an incredibly job of patching things up! Saw it with my own eyes today and yeah it looks good as new! Fairly priced and amazing quality! read more

Unprofessional when I tried to get his business information and set something up. Maybe he doesn't need business but customer service goes a long way with me. I tried asking if he is licensed and insured or if he was accredited with the Better Business Bureau and i couldn't get a straight answer. When someone is evasive makes me think the answer is no. read more

It's been a longtime coming for this review, Mr. Fix your chip has now become my go to for any and all window problems. I have given his business cards to my family and friends because I could not recommend this guy enough! It's been about a month already and no issues with the install at all! He works with you and is very understanding and at the same time the quality is at 100% I have a 2021 Jeep Gladiator and he treated the install as if he was working on his own car, I could leave my vehicle with him knowing that he is very trustworthy and nothing will happen. I'd choose Mr. Fix Your Chip over safelite any day. Support this guy Louie and you will not regret it. I already saved his number. read more

Our car was broken into at our hotel while we were moving from CA to OR which really increased our stress and altered our travel plans! The passenger side window was completely smashed. Louie from Mr Fix Your Chip was super responsive to our voicemail and came to our hotel quickly to fix our window so that we could continue on our journey. He was efficient and courteous and went out of his way to help us out on an early Saturday AM. I highly recommend this local business over the chains as we were able to speak to a real person and come up with a solution quickly! read more

Had a weird chip on the top glass of my Tesla Model 3. Tesla Service only does full replacements and no chip fillings, quoted me over $1300 to replace. The temperature has been rainy and cold, I was worried the temperature changing would spread the crack. I did a search on good o' Yelp. Luis responded to me immediately, spoke to him over the phone and he got me into his busy day the same day. He drove out to my place, arrived on time, we had a great conversation about both our motivations for what we do as careers as he busted out delicate tools and worked on the glass. I can tell Luis only leaves work that he's proud of because he worked meticulously on sealing that chip. He even did some detailed polishing! I can't even tell where the chip is anymore. Luis saved me so much money and time. Great local business owner who takes pride in his work and doing customer service right. Will definitely recommend him and return to him for future glass chips. Thanks again, Luis! read more

Backing out this morning, the sun glistened on a chip on my windshield. In the past I let it crack all the way, and then had it replaced. Having heard that you can have that little chip repaired, I decided to give it a try. Louie answered the phone, said he'd be at my house in an hour. I put my car out front and within 30 minutes my windshield now looks brand new. If my life depended on it, I couldn't tell you where that chip was. Call Louie. You won't be sorry. read more
