1 Star - Unprofessional Workmanship and Poor Customer Service…read more I hired this company to come out and replace a window on my 1999 Toyota 4Runner. The owner personally performed the work, and during the replacement, he tore out the factory plastic moisture barrier inside my door and threw it straight into the trash. This barrier is there for a reason. It helps protect the interior door panel from moisture and potential water damage. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the owner called me and insisted that I didn't need it. Rather than taking responsibility for removing and destroying a factory-installed protective component, he dismissed its importance entirely. I find it extremely concerning that someone who professionally installs automotive glass, especially the owner of the company, would remove an important protective component and then tell the customer it serves no purpose. I hired a professional to replace my window, not to remove and discard parts of my vehicle that were supposed to remain intact. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for automotive glass replacement.

I called and spoke to Lisa about getting it repaired after receiving an estimate check from Geico. She was Great and got me set up the next day! Appointment set to check out the damage on Monday and see if there is anymore interior issues on it. 5/5/25 The day is already here! Wow! Arrived, checked in. Nice workers. Signed away on estimate, etc. Gave the key and they said it they would call on updates for the vehicle repair. 5/7/25 Lisa called and she said the estimate wasnt good. They have the new one, submitting it to GEICO & should get back to me by Tuesday. They sent a text letting me know. Already 5/16/25 and there's been issues. They had issues blending paint and broke a fog light. It was suppose to be ready today, but now, after talking to Lisa and hearing about all the delays, she told me she needs to submit a new estimate to Geico, hopefully by the end of today. Then it "should" be ready by Monday. Hopefully. Fingers crossed. Oh know. She called me later today and this time she said they were putting everything together and scratched my fender. No no no. My only knock was that when the job finished they didn't let me know, so ended up waiting in their waiting area longer than needed to pick up. It wasn't done at the 1.5 hour promise time, no problem, I kept waiting. 60 min later is when I was when I got the keys & paid. Not exactly sure in that extra hour when the job finished. They were busy, I get it, but also your customers have things to do and are waiting. That's minor, and the only thing that stops me from a 5 start review. EDIT: Just to show I'm not just talking trash, when I got home, my wife was impressed with the look. When we get tint done on her car, I will take it to Tint Pros.
