I called and spoke to Lisa about getting it repaired after receiving an estimate check from Geico. She was Great and got me set up the next day! Appointment set to check out the damage on Monday and see if there is anymore interior issues on it. 5/5/25 The day is already here! Wow! Arrived, checked in. Nice workers. Signed away on estimate, etc. Gave the key and they said it they would call on updates for the vehicle repair. 5/7/25 Lisa called and she said the estimate wasnt good. They have the new one, submitting it to GEICO & should get back to me by Tuesday. They sent a text letting me know. Already 5/16/25 and there's been issues. They had issues blending paint and broke a fog light. It was suppose to be ready today, but now, after talking to Lisa and hearing about all the delays, she told me she needs to submit a new estimate to Geico, hopefully by the end of today. Then it "should" be ready by Monday. Hopefully. Fingers crossed. Oh know. She called me later today and this time she said they were putting everything together and scratched my fender. No no no. Now it could take even longer. Disappointing. 5/18 Calling back to see what the deal is. No word back. Come to find out, now, the problem is they are waiting to hear back from Geico, Also told my car is finishing up. Hopeful to hear back. Did. Lisa said it would be ready by 4:30pm. After returning rental, went to pick it up. Arrived and it was waiting in the parking lot. Clean and ready to go. Greeted with Lisa. Ready to go. Signed away on all. Lisa was kind. Car looks Great! Definitely a bit of trouble, but I'm glad it done and looks good. A long process too! If you go, be prepared to wait a while. I appreciated the kindness, but it was a process. Wish them luck with all they are going through and hopefully learning and getting better!

When i picked up the car and took it home there were imperfections on almost every panel, i was really surprised that they let it leave in the condition it was in. I took it back and they did some fix up and made it much better. There are additional issues and I will need to take it back again. Plus one of the cameras on the tesla is out of alignment now. I'm confident they will take care of things, but I'm honestly sick of needing to take it back for reworks. The entire hood is also less that perfect sort of waves lines on it. I'm taking it back again when I can. Really disappointing, they did PPF on another vehicle for me and it was perfect. When everything is confirmed solid, I will update this review.
