Great work, I've had them tint two of my vehicles now. Was quoted a fair price and the tints have held up well.

If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would, but as this is the lowest rating I can give I will give it. To explain why I give this rating, if I would have known that it would take 4 months+ to get my windows in my house tinted, along with them having to make repeated trips out to my house, because of incorrect cut measurements and just neglect of the office staff and management behind the projects regarding the proposal and order. I would have thought twice about going through US Tint. We have a long email thread that started the request at the time of signing for the proposal on July 11th, after multiple trips by the technicians coming out to install the film, the job still hasn't been completed because of incorrect cut material, lack of materials, lack of proper needed equipment to install the material, the need for a secondary person for safety reasons (due to the second story), etc. I have also directly called Barbara (Director of Operations) after we received an email from her about this issue, and I only got her voicemail. After leaving a message on Nov 13th for her, asking for a return call to me about this matter. We still have not gotten a call back or a follow up email about the project and getting this job completed. Regardless though this is piss poor customer service, and obviously residential homes do not seem to matter to the company or the management of these projects. I am glad I didn't further invest my time into a new proposal for the bottom story of our house or our cars. You have lost my trust as a customer and I highly recommend anyone to think twice before using them for any project. read more

The quality of the work and the end result is FANTASTIC. Be prepared that this takes time. I made an appointment, and dropped my truck off by 8:20am. When I made the appointment, I was told that the truck would be ready by noon. While dropping it off, I mentioned to the guy doing the walk around inspection that I wouldn't be able to pick it up until about 2:30pm. He said that it wouldn't be a problem. I called in the afternoon, and was told that it would be ready at 5:00pm. They ended up getting finished at 4:30pm. Just plan on it taking the full day. The results are worth it. My 4th car done here! Loved the tint job these guys do, the cuts and installation process they conduct makes the window look like it came tinted. The lines are so parallel and straight along the window planes, their craftsmanship and attention to details are mind blowing. Now I gotta give a shout out to the employees. I didn't know what quality work was until I foolishly let another local shop (won't list their name here) did my tint since they were also doing my paint protection film (wish I knew US Tints also did PPF!). The job was horrendous! There were debris bubbles everywhere, film edges were jagged, and they even scratched my car. Nicolina, Jacqueline, and Mike really went above and beyond. Not only did they realize how terrible the situation was, they shared with me their compassion and listened to my rant. Then Mike helped me out big time even though he had nothing to do with the other shop's mistakes. Thank you so much to the entire staff for turning such a distressing experience into a amazing one. Everyone was nice. Was supposed to get white out tint installed on the interior of my front door only to find out it would not actually block out the light or shadows like I had discussed I wanted. They came back out later today and brought a black out tint to block out light and shadows like I hoped but this is what I am left with. They explained this is normal and unfortunately the sides will still let in light and shadows unless I add caulking to the exterior of the door or add a treatment to the interior. I wish I knew this in advance because $600 later it definitely doesn't look any better than anything you could find on Amazon for a FRACTION of the cost. I would not do it again. 5/21/2021: This is a followup review to one I wrote at the end of April where I had brought my '99 Honda Civic EX to be re-tinted. U.S. Tint/Shadow Enterprises did an amazing job then and they've done an amazing job yet again! I knew that I would be replacing the windshield on my Civic when I first brought it in to be re-tinted so I didn't have the windshield visor applied at that time (I didn't think there was any sense in paying for a visor that I knew would be replaced in less than a month). I needed the car for a road trip to Texas and wanted the tinting done prior to that trip. Once I returned, I had the windshield replaced (thanks Safelite!). Now I've had the visor tinted and it looks great! It makes such a difference reducing glare from the sun while driving. I was really impressed with how easy it was to request a quote through U.S. Tint's website. They replied through email with a proposal for the brand and tint of film I requested and offered a quote that I thought was EXTREMELY reasonable. They even included a 10% discount which I really appreciated. An appointment was scheduled and the car was ready in about an hour. The receptionist/front office employee was incredibly friendly and very informative about the warranty process. Great customer service! I have a second vehicle I'll be bringing by to be re-tinted here as well. I'm excited to see how well they'll do on that vehicle as well. I call to inquire about getting my 4dr sedan tinted and when they had open slots. The lady that helped me over the phone and very nice and was able to get me an appointment for the next day. When I came in for my appointment the owner was actually in as well and he was very nice, helpful, and informative. They helped me pick out the best tint level for my vehicle and the benefits of the levels we picked. I got all 3 windows in the back and both passenger and driver side done. It has been a 3 months since and there is such a big difference getting in my car now. I was really disappointed that I came here to tint my new car (based on good reviews) and was met with a dent. The manager treated this issue in a professional manner but the worker who showed me the cameras, a few days later, was quite rude. He claimed it wasn't their responsibility even though they didn't follow their own procedures correctly. They were supposed to inspect my car upon arrival and call me if there were any defects. But they didn't. They didn't point out the dent at all and they refused to pay for the damages. Very disappointed. I would not recommend. read more

The whole point of getting my car windows tinted is for the tint to be applied to the windows and for them to stay in place. One window tint began detaching so we brought it in for them to repair it. In the past, this was done free of charge, which is the way it should be right? Because the product that was supposed to stick, did not, and the application cost hundreds of dollars. We were asked to pay nearly $100 for the repair. They said peeling was not included in the warranty, which we verified as being correct. Maybe they adjusted their warranty, IDK. When I asked how long their product was supposed to last and not peel, they responded that it should never peel. If it isn't suppose to peel, and the objective is to stick the tint on the window, then why am I paying for YOUR product malfunction? Two stars because they were nice while they charged me. I'll be looking for another window tinting company who stands behind their work, even if I have to go out of town. Buyers beware! read more
