Because they will scratch your car. I took my car just a few days ago "two days ago to be exacted" and it came back with scratches on my car. Maybe it's the tools they use or whatever but I wish they took care of my car more . It wasn't the owner who did my car. I'm So disappointed. The three star is for the tint but not for the labor. And I paid more than I should. Tbh I wish I had my tint done else where, I'm sure they will respect their customers cars more. For how much I paid for my tint which was more than 300 ... After two weeks of setting and canceling a series of appointments with Richard, my boyfriend and I finally found an opening in our work schedules to go in together to choose a tint shade. I was a bit worried since we canceled on him quite a few times, but he was actually very cool and collected about the whole situation; knowledgeable and straight forward with the tint shades. Initial thought: nice small and clean shop. The front office doesn't have much in it, so it's probably better to drop off your car and come back depending on how long it's going to take to finish the tint job. Richard gave us an estimated time of 3 hours, and about 2.5 hours into it he called us letting us know that it'd be another 2 hours since it was only him at the shop currently. We picked up the car later and he ended up throwing a discount on top! The tint/car looks great and I feel we def got one of the better priced deals on it in fresno.. with great service! I was looking around to tint my windows and found Sunset Tint. I had read other reviews of other shops that seemed good as well but when I called Sunset they were very nice and not at all pushy. Other shops were so pushy about trying to get the more expensive tint. So they got me an appointment the very next day. Nice waiting area with tv to watch and a/c. Great place to get window tint, they were able to remove my old tint and replace it with new tint. Did a walk in, wasn't a busy day they were working on one car. One of the guys came and helped me out, i explained my problem with it. Gave me some options and went with it. Car was out within an hour. There is a window so u can see them work on your car, glad to see they took a bit longer with the work just to make sure it was good. read more

Richard took the time to explain all about the tints he had to offer at his shop. I ended up picking the best one that I thought suit me for what I had been wanting. I explained exactly what I wanted and he told me the differences between them all and even showed me some demonstrations of each tint. I really like how he took the time to do that and not just throw a random tint selection at me. I just picked up my car right now and so far I am very pleased with how it looks during the night. Not too many 3M dealers around here so it was great to find someone who sells good quality tint. Very quality work from a very experienced guy. I drove from Lemoore so he offered to drop and pick me up at the mall while he did the tint. Took a little longer than I thought but the work was solid and I'm very happy with it. This is my second vehicle I have brought back to sunset tint. Richard has done a great job on both vehicles! They offer different levels of tint quality from middle of the road to high quality 3m color stable. I have gotten the 3m color stable on both trucks and wouldn't trade it for any other. If you're on the fence take my word and pay the extra money! Their prices are the best I've found in town and they really do have great customer service. Richard did a really good job on my tint for my 2015 Honda Accord. He was friendly, accommodating and affordable. The only thing I would recommend is that he clean the windows after he's done. My back window still had smudges but had it washed a few days after so wasn't too big of a deal for me. read more
